Steckersystem (2), aufweisend ein erstes Gehäuseelement (4), wobei das erste Gehäuseelement (4) eine erste Außenwandung (22a) und eine erste Innenwandung (20a) mit einem ersten Innenvolumen (24a) sowie ein erstes Hebelelement (18a) aufweist, wobei im ersten Innenvolumen (24a) zumindest ein erstes Kontaktelement (14a) angeordnet ist, wobei das erste Gehäuseelement (4) eine erste Aussparung (16a) aufweist, wobei unter Verwendung der ersten Aussparung (16a) ein zweites Kontaktelement (14b) in das Innenvolumen des ersten Gehäuseelementes (4) einbringbar ist, so dass das erste Kontaktelement (14a) und das zweite Kontaktelement (14b) in elektrisch leitfähigem Kontakt bringbar sind und ein zweites Gehäuseelement (6), wobei das zweite Gehäuseelement (6) eine zweite Außenwandung (22b) und eine zweite Innenwandung (20b) mit einem zweiten Innenvolumen (24b) sowie ein zweites Hebelelement (18b) aufweist, wobei das zweite Gehäuseelement (6) eine zweite Aussparung (16b) aufweist, wobei unter Verwendung der zweiten Aussparung (16b) das erste Gehäuseelement (4) in das zweite Innenvolumen (24b) einbringbar ist, wobei das erste Gehäuseelement (4) eine erste Gehäusehälfte (5a) und eine zweite Gehäusehälfte (5b) aufweist, wobei die erste Gehäusehälfte (5a) und die zweite Gehäusehälfte (5b) relativ zueinander bewegbar ausgebildet sind, wobei durch Einbringen des ersten Gehäuseelementes (4) in das zweite Gehäuseelement (6) die erste Gehäusehälfte (5a) und die zweite Gehäusehälfte (5b) derart zueinander bewegbar sind, so dass das erste Innenvolumen (24a) verringerbar ist.
