Als flexible Garnitur ausgebildet besteht ein derartiger Garniturstreifen aus einer Gewebe-Fundation und einer darin gehaltenen Vielzahl von Drahthäkchen. Eine derartige flexible Garnitur offenbart die EP 1 020 548 . Die Drahthäkchen werden dabei als U-förmige Doppelhäkchen von einer Rückseite durch die Gewebe-Fundation hindurch gestochen und bilden auf der Vorderseite die eigentliche Garnitur (Garniturspitzen). Der Garniturstreifen wird mit seiner Rückseite an der Fussfläche des Deckelstabes befestigt. Die Befestigung erfolgt mittels Klammern (Clips) an den Längsseiten des Deckelstabes. Die Klammern umfassen mit ihrem einen Ende die längsgerichteten Randbereiche des Garniturstreifens und greifen mit ihrem anderen Ende in Ausnehmungen des Deckelstabes. Zu diesem Zweck werden die Drahthäkchen nur in einem zentralen Bereich des Garniturstreifens angebracht. Die Klammern (Clips) bestehen aus einem Blechstreifen, dessen eine Längsseite in die Gewebefundation eingestochen ist und dessen andere Längsseite in die Ausnehmung des Deckelstabes eingepresst wird. Die Gewebe-Fundation wird bei der Montage unter erheblicher Spannung an der Fussfläche des Deckelstabes formschlüssig befestigt. Die Clips führen dabei Zugkräfte derart aus, dass die Gewebe-Fundation von der Fussfläche weg ballig verformt wird, so dass auch die Garniturspitzen in unerwünschter Weise nach aussen auf einer konvex geformten Hüllkurve angeordnet sind. Die Bildung der konvexen Form wird unterstützt durch die zentrale Anordnung der Drahthäkchen. Durch das Einstechen der U-förmigen Doppelhäkchen verbleibt der mittlere Abschnitt der Doppelhäkchen auf der Rückseite der Gewebe-Fundation und führt dazu, dass der Garniturstreifen in seinem zentralen Bereich eine erhöhte Stärke aufweist.

Diese mittleren Abschnitte 27 werden beim Fertigungsvorgang des Garniturstreifens 24 nicht komplett in die Gewebe-Fundation 25 eingearbeitet. Aufgrund der Elastizität der Gewebe-Fundation kann ein teilweises Versenken der Abschnitte 27 erreicht werden. Es verbleibt jedoch eine rückseitige Höhe H der Doppelhäkchen 26 bestehen, welche über die Gewebe-Fundation 25 hinausragt. Wird nun der Garniturstreifen 24 an die Fussfläche 23 des Fussteils 22 des Deckelstabes angebracht, befinden sich die mittleren Abschnitte 27 der Doppelhäkchen 26 zwischen der Gewebe-Fundation 25 und der Fussfläche 22. Dadurch wird die Dicke des Garniturstreifens 24 an Stellen wo Doppelhäkchen 26 eingesetzt sind um die rückseitige Höhe H der Doppelhäkchen 26 erhöht. Die rückseitige Höhe H der Doppelhäkchen 26 entspricht der Abmessung in welcher die Abschnitte 27 über die Gewebe-Fundation 25 hinausragen. Dadurch ergibt sich nach der Befestigung des Garniturstreifens mit den Clips (nicht dargestellt) am Fussteil 22 eine ebene Garniturfläche. In dieser Vertiefung können die über die Gewebefundation 25 hinausragenden mittleren Abschnitte der Doppelhäkchen 26 aufgenommen werden. Die Anformung es Abstandshalters 41 ist dabei in der Höhe derart abgestimmt, dass sich nach der Befestigung des Garniturstreifens am Fussteil 22 eine ebene Garniturfläche ergibt. Werden die auf beiden Längsseiten des Deckelstabes 20 angeformte Abstandshalter 41 in ihrer Höhe unterschiedlich ausgeführt, ist es möglich die Form der Garniturfläche entsprechend zu beeinflussen. Die grössere Stärke der Gewebe-Fundation 25 kann auch durch eine Einlage innerhalb der Gewebe-Fundation 25 erreicht werden. Claims (11)

  1. A revolving flat (13) comprising a flat rod (20) and a clothing strip (24) which is fastened to the flat rod (20) and has a central region (B) and an edge region (C), wherein the clothing strip (24) is provided as a flexible clothing which is formed from a fabric foundation (25) and from U-shaped double hooks (26) held in said fabric foundation (25), and the U-shaped double hooks (26) are attached in the central region (B) of the clothing strip (24) with a rear-side height (H) facing toward the flat rod (20), and the edge region (C) is provided with a clip (30) for fastening the clothing strip (24) to the flat rod (20), characterized in that between the clothing strip (24) and the flat rod (20), a spacer (40, 41, 42) is provided at least partially in the edge region (C) of the clothing strip (24).
  2. The revolving flat (13) according to claim 1, characterized in that the entire edge region (C) is covered by the spacer (40, 41, 42).
  3.
