Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kältegerät, insbesondere Haushaltskältegerät, aufweisend eine Tür mit einer Türinnenseite, die Rastmittel aufweist, welche zum Halten eines Türabstellers an der Türinnenseite mit korrespondierenden Gegenrastmitteln wenigstens einer Rastvorrichtung zusammenwirken, die als separates Bauteil an dem Türabsteller angeordnet ist.
Die
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Rastvorrichtung für einen Türabsteller eines Kältegeräts zu schaffen, welche bei Benutzung im Kältegerät zuverlässig an dem Türabsteller gehalten ist.

Eine Befestigung kann dabei durch Schrauben oder Kleben erfolgen. Bekannter Maßen werden Türabsteller häufig zwischen zwei Holmen an der Türinnenseite der Tür höhenverstellbar gelagert. Dabei greifen Gegenrastmittel, die mit dem Türabsteller verbunden sind in die Rastmittel der Türinnenseite ein. Um den Türabsteller in seiner jeweiligen Position zuverlässig an der Tür halten zu können, muss sichergestellt sein, dass die Gegenrastmittel stets in ausreichendem Eingriff mit den korrespondierenden Rastmitteln sind. Sollte ein Gegenrastmittel nicht ausreichend in das zugeordnete Rastmittel eingreifen, so kann beispielsweise bei schwerer Beladung des Türabstellers eine gewisse Verformung an den Gegenrastmitteln und/oder Rastmitteln auftreten, sich die formschlüssige Verbindung lösen und der Türabsteller abstürzen.
Es sollte folglich eine möglichst genaue Positionierung von Rastmittel zu Gegenrastmittel angestrebt werden. Die Rastmittel an der Türinnenseite können fertigungsbedingt jedoch nicht sehr eng toleriert hergestellt werden. So ist einerseits bei Ausformung der Türinnenseite der Tür fertigungsprozessbedingt stets eine sehr große Toleranz hinzunehmen und andererseits bei der Montage einer gesonderten Rastleiste die Montagetoleranz stark gestreut.
Erfindungsgemäß wird deshalb eine lagegenaue Positionierung von Rastmittel und Gegenrastmittel dadurch erreicht, dass die Rastvorrichtung schwimmend an dem Türabsteller gelagert wird. Durch die schwimmende Lagerung der Rastvorrichtung kann sich das mit der Rastvorrichtung verbundene Gegenrastmittel stets positionsgenau mit dem korrespondierenden Rastmittel an der Türinnenseite selbsttätig einstellen. So ist ein stets in ausreichendem Maße erfolgendes Eingreifen von Rastmittel und Gegenrastmittel sichergestellt. Durch die schwimmende Lagerung der Rastvorrichtung wird eine Verstellbarkeit des Gegenrastmittels erreicht, welche Positions- und/oder Lagetoleranzen des Rastmittels ausgleichen bzw. wodurch sich dessen Position und/oder Lage, selbsttätig anpassen kann.
In einer Ausführungsform kann die Rastvorrichtung schwimmend bezüglich einer zur Rückwand des Türabstellers parallelen Ebene an dem Türabsteller gelagert sein. Wenn beispielsweise die Gegenrastmittel der Rastvorrichtung seitlich, insbesondere an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Türabstellers angeordnet sind und von diesem seitlich nach außen ragen, so könne die Gegenrastmittel in gegenüberliegende Rastmittel beispielsweise an den Innenflanken zweier Holme der Türinnenseite eingreifen. dabei ist es insbesondere erforderlich die Gegenrastmittel in einer zur Rückwand des Türabstellers parallelen Ebene auszurichten. Dazu ist es zweckmäßig, dass die Rastvorrichtung schwimmend zumindest bezüglich einer zur Rückwand des Türabstellers parallelen Ebene an dem Türabsteller gelagert ist.
