Claims (18)

  1. Security lock (1) to be operated with a double bit key (7) with several tumblers (24) arranged in a lock casing (2), whereby the double bit key (7) acts as the sole means for activating and implementing the resetting of the tumblers (24) and for actuating the closing mechanism,
    characterised in that
    the key can be rotated from a starting position in an opening direction up to an opening position and resetting is activated by turning the key from the starting position counter to the opening direction, then back to the starting position and finally in the opening direction further than the normal opening position up to the stopper and whereby the key can be withdrawn and a new key with a corresponding code can be inserted and can close the lock.

    the opening (35) provided for inserting the key (7) into the lock (1) has a diameter between 9.5 mm and 11 mm.
