Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektrisches Installationsschaltgerät (1), mit einem Strompfad, der in einem Gehäuse (12) zwischen einer ersten und einer zweiten Anschlussklemme (13, 14) verläuft, und der an wenigstens einer ein feststehendes (2) und ein bewegliches Kontaktstück (3) umfassenden Kontaktstelle (4) geöffnet und geschlossen werden kann, mit einem von dem Strom des Strompfades wenigstens teilweise durchflossenen Kontakthebel (5), der mit dem wenigstens einen beweglichen Kontaktstück (4) versehen ist, mit einem Überstromauslöser (7), der ein Schaltwerkbetätigungsglied (48) umfasst, das bei einer Überstromauslösung von einer Ruhestellung in eine Auslösestellung übergeht, und mit einem Schaltwerk (8), das einen zwischen einer Ruhelage und einer Auslösungslage verschwenkbaren Hebel (21) umfasst. Das Schaltwerkbetätigungsglied (48) des Überstromauslösers ist mit einem Überstrom-Magnetkreis gekoppelt, so dass die auf das Schaltwerkbetätigungsglied (48) wirkende Kraft durch das Magnetfeld des Überstromes hervorgerufen ist, wobei der Magnetkreis einen als zylinderförmigen Rotor ausgebildeten Permanentmagneten umfasst, wobei der Magnetkreis weiter einen rohrförmigen Stator umfasst, der Teil des Magnetkerns des Magnetkreises ist, und der zumindest teilweise von zumindest einer Windung eines den Strom führenden Leiters umgeben ist, wobei der Rotor drehbar im Innenbereich des rohrförmigen Stators gelagert ist, und wobei an dem Rotor als weitere Anbauteile ausgebildet sind: eine in der Mittelachse verlaufende Bohrung zur Aufnahme einer als Schaltwerkbetätigungsglied wirkenden Welle, an jeder Stirnseite eine Lagerplatte, eine Fesselfeder zur Einstellung der Überstrom-Auslöseschwelle, ein Kupferrohr, das als elektromagnetisches Dämpfungselement zur Einstellung der Auslöseverzögerungszeit wirkt, so dass der Rotor mit den Anbauteilen als vorfertigbare Baugruppe in den Innenraum des Stators einsetzbar ist.
