Claims (6)

  1. Broyeur à cylindres, comprenant :
    a) un boîtier de broyeur (2) avec un axe vertical (1),
    b) un organe de support axial (10) portant un plateau de broyage (3) apte à tourner dans le boîtier de broyeur (2),
    c) des cylindres de broyage (5) avec des arbres de cylindres de broyage (6), aptes à rouler sur de la matière à broyer présente lors du fonctionnement sur le plateau de broyage (3), et un boîtier de roulement (7) avec des roulements,
    d) dans lequel un cylindre de broyage (5), un arbre de cylindre de broyage (6) et un boîtier de roulement (7) avec des roulements d'arbre forment à chaque fois une unité de machine,
    caractérisé en ce que :
    l'unité de machine (5, 6, 7) est fixée sur un socle en béton (9) au moyen d'une table élévatrice à ciseaux (8).
  2. Broyeur à cylindres selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la table élévatrice à ciseaux (8) comporte plus de deux lames de ciseaux.
  3. Broyeur à cylindres selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'intérieur de la table élévatrice à ciseaux (8), au moins deux ressorts de traction hydropneumatiques agissent sur l'unité de machine - composée du cylindre de broyage (5), de l'arbre de cylindre de broyage (6) et du boîtier de roulement (7) avec les roulements d'arbre contenus dans celui-ci - au moyen de son cylindre de broyage, pour exercer une pression sur la matière à broyer présente lors du fonctionnement sur le plateau de broyage (3).
  4. Broyeur à cylindres selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans la partie inférieure de la table élévatrice à ciseaux (8), tous les conduits d'alimentation pour l'unité de machine - canalisations d'huile, canalisations d'eau, lignes électriques, lignes de transfert de données de mesure et lignes de transfert de données de commande - sont montés en étant prêts pour un raccordement.
  5.
