Description

The present invention relates to a presentation display according to claim 1.

Presentation displays are well known and usually consist of two side walls connected to trays. The side walls can be connected via a rear wall and arranged opposite each other. Such presentation displays have in each case in a row one above the other, arranged in a vertical distance, slot-like recesses. These recesses usually run in a horizontal direction. The mutually associated recesses of the two side walls lie in a horizontal plane. The trays have on two sides in each case a laterally projecting lug and are inserted with the insertion lugs in the recesses and thus in the side walls. The slot-like recesses are arranged one above the other and normally symmetrically with respect to a center axis of the side walls. Such a construction is used particularly in presentation displays made of corrugated cardboard.

DE 20 2008 017 214 U1 discloses a shelf with two shelf supports having a U-profile with a respective Mitteilteil and two legs formed by sidewalls. Shelves are suspended between the legs of the U-profile, these shelves have tabs that can be inserted into slots provided in the shelf support. In addition, it is possible to mount more shelves between the two opposite middle parts of the shelf support, with tabs on the shelves in slots in the middle parts can be inserted.

In such presentation displays usually the minimum vertical distance between the recesses and thus the trays is limited. This mainly for reasons of stability. If the recesses follow each other too close, there is a risk that the side wall will no longer stand up to the weight of the trays and the objects arranged thereon, and will collapse. Next is in such presentation displays, especially at a relatively high load, with Deformations that can also lead to collapse, to be expected in the sidewall.

Object of the present invention is to provide a presentation display that allows a great deal of freedom in the design of the vertical distances between individual shelves and is stable at the same time.

This object is achieved by a presentation display according to claim 1. Particularly advantageous embodiments are equipped with the features listed in the dependent claims.

The presentation display according to the invention has two side walls, each of which has a row of slit-like recesses arranged one above the other at a vertical distance. In this case, between two successive recesses a pair of recesses with two, measured in the horizontal direction, arranged at a distance from one another, slot-like Teilausnehmungen arranged. Furthermore, the presentation display according to the invention has shelves which are fitted with laterally protruding insertion lugs and laterally projecting lug-nose pairs which can be inserted in recesses or in pairs of recesses of both side walls and are carried in the mounted state through the side walls.

By alternately arranging the recess and the pairs of recesses in the side wall, it is possible to achieve a short shelf spacing without having to make any stability losses in the side wall.

According to the invention is in each side wall of the presentation display between two successive recesses arranged a pair of recesses. By such a mutual arrangement of the recesses and recess pairs a maximum flexibility in the design of the presentation display is achieved without having to accept a loss in the stability of the side walls.

In addition, according to the invention, the recesses of one side wall are assigned recess pairs of the other side wall and vice versa, and the trays have on the one hand a lug nose and, on the other hand, a lug nose pair. By means of such a design, the trays can be used for all levels of the presentation display.

In a further embodiment of the presentation display, the recess of one side wall and the associated pair of recesses of the other side wall lie in a horizontal plane. As a result, the surfaces, in particular the exhibition area, the shelves are formed horizontally and the exhibits can be easily placed.

Preferably, in all embodiments, the mutually associated recess or recess pairs are in a horizontal plane. Of course, it is also possible that these planes are inclined with respect to the horizontal, so that the trays are tilted obliquely about its longitudinal axis, so that a surface on which objects are to be placed, is better visible and accessible to the user.

Furthermore, the invention relates to a presentation display in which, measured in the horizontal direction, the distance between the partial recesses of the pairs of recesses corresponds at least approximately to the length of the individual recess. This makes it possible to further reduce the vertical distance between the recesses and the pairs of recesses. In addition, by this arrangement of the recesses and pairs of recesses, the lateral forces, which, in the assembled state, caused by the load of the trays and the exhibition objects arranged thereon, optimally introduced into the side wall.

A further preferred embodiment relates to a presentation display in which, measured in the horizontal direction, the length of the partial recesses corresponds approximately to half the length of the recesses. As a result, a uniform load distribution in the support structure is achieved.

According to a further preferred embodiment, the present invention relates to a presentation display in which the recesses and pairs of recesses are arranged at least approximately symmetrically to a, preferably centrally of the side walls extending, vertical axis of symmetry. As a result, the load distribution in the side wall is further optimized and prevents one-sided loading of the side walls and the support structure. In addition, the space of the presentation display is used optimally.

Furthermore, the present invention relates to a presentation display in which the lugs and Einstecknasenpaare have protruding tongues, which, in the assembled state, at least approximately parallel to the associated side wall are bent over. The use of such tongues improves the stability.

In a further preferred embodiment of the presentation display, the side walls are arranged opposite one another and connected by means of a rear wall. As a result, the stability of the presentation display is additionally increased and the presentation display can be arranged to save space.

It is also possible to arrange the side walls abutting one another at an angle. In this case, the trays have at the, cooperating with the side walls on insertion lugs and Einstecknasenpaare.

Further, in a particularly preferred embodiment of the presentation display, the side walls, the trays and possibly the rear wall are formed from corrugated cardboard. This guarantees a comparatively low weight of the presentation display and a cost-effective production.

In accordance with a further preferred embodiment of the presentation display, the trays have a tray core and a tray sheath which envelops it in particular completely, preferably with the exception of the end faces lying at the insertion nose or the insertion nose pair. The tray core is preferably formed from two BC shafts and the tray sheath from an E-shaft. Such a structure ensures a high load capacity of the trays at a comparatively low weight.

It is also conceivable to form the tray core from another material, for example wood, polystyrene or the like.

In a further preferred embodiment of the presentation display, the side walls have a wall core and a wall jacket which covers the latter in the horizontal circumferential direction and which has the slot-like recesses and partial recesses in a section facing the shelves. Preferably, the wall core is formed of a BC shaft and the wall jacket of a B-wave. Such a structure ensures a high load capacity of the side walls at a comparatively low weight. In addition, such a side wall can be relatively easily and inexpensively manufactured.

It is also conceivable to form the wall core from another material, for example wood, polystyrene or the like.

According to a further preferred embodiment of the presentation display, the wall core for each recess and part of the wall recess in a clear cross-section, at least equal, in particular through the wall core passing recess, wherein the insertion lugs and the Einstecknasenpaare engage in the respective recesses. Such a design of the side wall, it is possible that the Einstecknasen and Einstecknasenpaare also get up on the wall core. As a result, the load-bearing capacity of the support structure is increased and stability is improved.

In a further preferred embodiment, the recesses have a greater height than the recesses and partial recesses of the wall jacket. The recesses are arranged with respect to the recesses and partial recesses such that in each case a cavity is formed in the at least in the lower region of the recesses. When assembled, the tongues are optionally located with their front side on a bottom surface of the respective recesses. Such a design, the trays are fixed in an at least approximately horizontal direction. By getting the end of the tongues on the bottom surface of the recesses, the load is optimally distributed.

According to a further preferred embodiment of the presentation display runs at the lateral edge of the recesses or partial recesses in each case a section, which preferably has a length which at least approximately corresponds to the height of the recesses, in the vertical direction upwards, so that a securing flap is formed. The recesses are arranged with respect to the recesses and partial recesses so that the securing flap can escape during assembly of the trays in the cavity. This simplifies the assembly of the trays. After installation, the safety flap springs back, due to the inherent elasticity, and locks the trays so that they can no longer dodge upwards.

FIG. 1 shows, in perspective view, a presentation display 10 with two side walls 12, 12 'which are connected to each other via a rear wall 14. The side walls 12, 12 'have slot-like, extending in a horizontal direction recesses 16 and slot-like, extending in a horizontal direction pairs of recesses 18, each with two partial recesses 20. The recesses 16 are arranged in a vertical row 22, each with, in the vertical direction, centrally arranged between pairs of recesses 18. The respective pairs of recesses 18 are arranged at a vertical distance A between the relevant, two successive recesses 16 each at a vertical distance A thereof. In the first side wall 12, a recess 16 is located at the top and a recess pair 18 at the bottom. The other side wall 12 'likewise has the recess pair 18 between the respective, two successive recesses 16. In the second side wall 12 ', however, a pair of recesses 18 and at the bottom a recess 16 are arranged at the top of the row 22 (cf. FIG. 4 ). Each recess 16 of the one side wall 12 is thus associated with a pair of recesses 18 of the other side wall 12 '. The recesses 16 and pairs of recesses 18 of the first side wall 12 are arranged offset relative to the recesses 16 and partial recesses 20 of the second side wall 12 'by the vertical distance A. The recesses 16 and the pairs of recesses 18 are arranged successively in the vertical direction at equidistant intervals. This is especially in FIG. 4 good to see.

Figur 5).In the, in the vertical row 22 arranged recesses 16 and in pairs of recesses 18, in a plan view rectangular trays 24, in the present case five, inserted by means of insertion lugs 26 and 28 Einstecknasenpaare and mounted (see. FIG. 5 ).

Der Vertikalabstand A beträgt vorzugsweise 50mmm. The vertical distance A is preferably 50mmm. The side walls 12, 12 ', the rear wall 14 and the trays 24 are, in the embodiment shown, formed of corrugated cardboard.

The recesses 16 and partial recesses 20 of the pairs of recesses 18 in the side walls 12, 12 'have a rectangular shape. In the case of the recesses 16, a height 32 is considerably shorter than a length 34. This also applies to the partial recesses 20, but this difference is smaller there.

The recesses 16 and pairs of recesses 18 are arranged symmetrically with respect to a center of the side walls 12, 12 'extending vertical axis of symmetry.

The length 34 of the recess 16 is approximately twice as long as the length 36 of a partial recess 20. The height 32 of the recess 16 and the partial recesses 20 have the same height. The partial recesses 20 are arranged laterally with respect to the recesses 16, viewed in the vertical direction, and do not overlap the recesses 16. The partial recesses 20 of the recess pairs 18 are, measured in the horizontal direction, arranged at a distance B from each other. This distance B is preferably at least as great as the length 34 of the recess 16. By such an arrangement, an optimal load distribution is given.

It is also conceivable to arrange the partial recesses 20 so that they overlap the recesses 16, seen in the vertical direction. That is, to select the measured distance B in the horizontal direction so that it is shorter than the length 34 of the recess 16.

At the respective lateral edges of the recesses 16 and partial recesses 18, cuts 40 are arranged, which extend in a vertical direction upwards in the direction of an upper side 42 of the presentation display 10. As a result, respective securing flaps 44 are formed in the side walls 12, 12 '. The length of these cuts 40 preferably corresponds approximately to the height 32 of the recesses 16 and thus also the height 38 of the partial recesses 20.

The height 32, 38 of the recesses 16 and the partial recesses 20 corresponds to the thickness D of the trays 24 (see. FIG. 5 ). The securing flap 44 facilitates the insertion of the insertion lugs 26 and insertion lug pairs 28 and at the same time prevents the trays 24 from being able to move upwards, in the direction of the upper side 42.

FIG. 2 shows the two interconnected by the rear wall 14 side walls 12, 12 'of the presentation display 10 according FIG. 1 , without built-in trays 24. The arrangement of the recesses 16 and the pairs of recesses 18 is clearly visible in this illustration. The rear wall 14 has at the top 42, toward a bottom 46 of the presentation display 10 folded tabs 48 on. The lugs 48 are folded over by means of a perforation along an edge 50 or a fold line of the rear wall 14 and on one of the side walls 12, 12 '. glued inside 52 of the rear wall 14 and the presentation display 10 glued. The rear wall 14 consists of two partial rear walls 54 which are glued in the center, along a vertical axis T overlapping (see. FIG. 4 ). It is also conceivable to form this connection in another way.

The partial rear walls 54 have, at the edge 50, centrally arranged projecting mounting lugs 56. The mounting lugs 56 are formed by corresponding cuts, which on the one hand parallel to the fold line, but at a distance which corresponds to the height 58 of the mounting lugs 56, and on the other hand extend at right angles to the perforation. For example, advertising banners or advertising posters can be fastened to the mounting lugs 56 or inserted in the gap between the mounting lug 56 and the lug 48.

At the bottom 46 of the rear wall 14 and the partial rear walls 52 is a, in the direction of the inner side 52, preferably folded by 90 °, laschenartiger foot projection 60 is formed. The foot projection 60 is integrally formed with the rear wall 14 and the partial rear walls 54 and bevelled on the sides 62, so that the foot projection 60 tapers from a width which corresponds to the width 64 of the rear wall 14 to a shorter width. The chamfer runs at an angle of preferably 45 ° to the direction of the width 64 of the rear wall 14.

The side walls 12, 12 'have similarly formed foot projections 60'. The foot projections 60 'of the side walls 12, 12' taper from a width 66 of the side walls 12, 12 'at an angle of preferably 45 ° to a shorter width. The foot projections 60/60 'can serve, for example, to mount the presentation display 10 on a substructure, in particular on a pallet.

The side walls 12, 12 'have at the top 42 also in the direction of the inside 52 bent wall tabs 70, 70'. The wall tabs 70, 70 'are preferably glued to the respective side wall 12, 12'. The, side facing away from the rear wall 14 side of the side walls 12, 12 'lying side 74 of the wall tabs 70 is chamfered and extends in.direction of the rear wall fourteenth

FIG. 3 shows, in a perspective view, a partially cut side wall 12. The side wall 12 has a wall jacket 76 and a wall core 78. The wall core 78 is sheathed by a wall jacket 76 along a horizontal circumferential direction and the wall sheath 76 is integrally connected to the rear wall 14. The wall jacket 76 extends, in the horizontal direction, along the rear wall 14 and first covers a portion of the wall core 78 facing away from the trays 24, then an end face 80 of the wall core 78 and finally a section of the wall core 78 facing the trays 24. The wall brackets 70/70 'are integrally formed at the upper end of the on the shelves 24 facing away from the tray wall portion 76 and cover, in the assembled state, the wall core 76 at the top 42 of the display display 10. The wall tabs 70, 70', in the assembled state with the , the trays 24 facing portion of the wall jacket 76 glued.

Das oben liegende Ende 90 liegt, in vertikaler Richtung gesehen, oberhalb der betreffenden Ausnehmung 16 beziehungsweise Teilausnehmung 20 und die Bodenfläche 116 unterhalb der betreffenden Ausnehmung 16 beziehungsweise Teilausnehmung 20.The wall core 78 has, for each recess 16 or for each pair of recesses 18, a recess 82 of at least equal size in the clear cross-section Q. The recesses 82 extend through the entire wall core 78. However, it is also conceivable not to form these recesses 82 continuously. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the recesses 82 each have the same length 34 as the recesses 16 or the same length 36 as the partial recesses 20. The height H of the recesses 82 is approximately three times greater than the height 32 of the recesses 16. The recesses 82 have a rectangular, clear cross-section, wherein the underside 46 facing corners 84 are rounded. The recesses 16 and partial recesses 20 are arranged approximately centrally with respect to the recesses 82, in the vertical direction. Such an arrangement results in a lower area 86 and an upper area 87 of the recess 82, a cavity 88 (see. FIG. 6 ). The uppermost end 90 of the cavity 88 is disposed at the same vertical height as a fold line 92 of the securing flap 44 connecting the upper ends of the cuts 40. At the bottom, the cavity 88 is defined by a bottom surface 116 as shown in Figs FIG. 6 is shown. The upper end 90 is located, seen in the vertical direction, above the respective recess 16 or partial recess 20 and the bottom surface 116 below the respective recess 16 or partial recess 20th

In FIG. 5 are a first and a second tray 24, 24 ', shown, wherein the two trays 24, 24' are constructed identically. The second tray 24 'is rotated 180 ° about a vertical axis V with respect to the first tray 24 shown. At each opposite Tablarstirnseiten 94, the insertion nose 26 and the Einstecknasenpaar 28 are arranged. The insertion nose 26 of the first tray 24 and the Einstecknasenpaar 28 'of the second tray 24' are clearly visible. The Einstecknasen 26 and the Einstecknasenpaare 28 are formed in cross-section respectively the same as the recesses 16 and the Ausnehmungspaare 18. At the insertion nose 26 and the insertion lugs of the Einstecknasenpaars 28 'is in each case a tongue 93 is formed. Next, the trays 24, 24 'to each other oppositely arranged Tablarseiten 96.

FIG. 6 shows a vertically extending section through a junction between one of the two side walls 12, 12 'and a tray 24. The joints between the side walls 12, 12' and the trays 24 are all formed the same. As in FIG. 6 Visible, the entire presentation display is made of corrugated cardboard.

The tray 24 has a tray core 98 and a tablelayer 100. The tablelink 100 completely encases the tray core 98, with the exception of the tray end faces 94. The Tablarkern 98 is made of a double, double-layered BC-wave (B-wave = fine wave with a wave height of 2.2mm-3mm, C-wave = medium wave with a wave height of 3.1mm to 3.9mm, consequently 2 x about 7mm corrugated cardboard construction) and the tray shell 100 is formed of a single-layered E-wave. The E-wave has a thickness of about 1.8mm. The corrugations or layers 102 each have a corrugated cardboard layer 104 which are completed on both sides with a sheet-like cardboard layer 106 on. The wall jacket 76 is formed of a B-wave having a thickness of about 3mm. The wall core 80 consists of a single-layer BC shaft. The flat adjacent layers 102 are each glued together flat.

The tongues 93 of the trays 24 are integrally formed with the underlying BC-wave of the tray core 98 and, in the mounted state, parallel to the associated side wall 12, 12 'bent downward pointing. The tablelayer 100 adjoins the outer area 110 of the wall jacket 76 in a region 108 facing the upper side 42 and is formed congruently with the uppermost BC shaft of the shelf core 98. In an area facing the lower side 46, the panel casing 100 extends up to an inner edge 112 of the recess 16 or partial recess 20 of the wall jacket 76.

The Einstecknasen 26 and Einstecknasenpaare 28 are each integrally formed laterally protruding on the Tablarstirnseiten 94, by the double, two-ply BC-waves of the Tablarkerns 98 and the E-wave of the Tablarmantels 100, wherein the tongues 93 as extensions of the underlying BC-wave Einstecknasen 26 and Einstecknasenpaare 28 are formed. By such a construction, the trays 24 can be used for each level and each plugged into a recess 16 and a pair of recesses 18. You can like in FIG. 5 shown at the top and bottom in the side walls 12, 12 'are inserted.

In FIG. 6 In addition, the security flap 44 and the fold line 92 is clearly visible. The securing flap 44 deviates, when mounting the trays 24, in the direction of the cavity 88. Once the tray 24 is located and mounted at a designated location, the securing flap 44, which is integrally formed on the wall jacket 76, pivots back to a vertical position due to inherent elasticity. Thus, the tray 24 can not be moved upwards, in the direction of the top 42.

The tongue 93 of the tray 24 or the insertion nose 26 and Einstecknasenpaars 28 engages in the assembled state of the trays 24, in the cavity 88 a. As a result, the region of the wall jacket 76, which faces the inside 52, is engaged behind by the tongue 93. An end face 114 of the tongue 93 stands on the bottom surface 116 of the recess 82. Thus, the weight of the tray 24 and the articles disposed thereon, on the one hand on the tongue 93 and on the other hand on the insertion lugs 26 and 28 Einstecknasenpaare distributed. Further, the load is introduced into the wall core 78 and the wall jacket 76.

The cavity 88 formed by the recess 82 and the wall jacket 76 extends in the vertical direction from a hinge line 92 of the security flap 44 to the bottom surface 116 of the recess 82.

The trays 24 are held by the side walls 12, 12 ', the tongues 93 in cooperation with the formed cavity 88. In addition, the side walls 12, 12 'by the tongues 93 and the trays 24 are stable held together and a buckling or evading of the side walls 12, 12 'is prevented. This construction does not require any adhesive to secure the trays. The shelves 24 are self-holding and releasably connected to the side walls 12, 12 '. To release only the securing flap 44 the cavity 88 must be pressed. Subsequently, the trays 24 could be removed.

It is conceivable that the described presentation display 10 also form otherwise. In the embodiment shown, the recesses 16 are each assigned a recess pair 18. However, it would be conceivable to associate with a pair of recesses 18 of the first side wall 12 a pair of recesses 18 of the second side wall 12 'and a recess 16 of the first side wall 12 a recess 16 of the second side wall 12'. In this case, two varieties of differently shaped trays 24 would be used; on the one hand trays 24 each formed on both Tablarstirnseiten 94 Einstecknasenpaaren 28 and on the other hand shelves 24 formed on both Tablarstirnseiten 94 Einstecknasen 26th

Further, it is possible, the slot-like recesses 16 and recess pairs 18 form obliquely with respect to a horizontal plane. As a result, the trays 24 are tilted in the direction of the side facing away from the rear wall 14 side of the presentation display 10 about its longitudinal axis, such that surfaces 118 on which objects can be placed, are better visible and accessible to the user.

In addition, the recesses 16 and pairs of recesses 18 may be arranged in the vertical direction at irregular intervals.

The vertical distances between the recesses 16 and the pairs of recesses 18 can theoretically be varied as desired, but recesses 16 or recesses pairs 18 should in turn be associated with one another.

Further, the presentation display 10 may also be used for various other purposes.
