Die Figuren 1 und 2 zeigen jeweils ein erstes Ausführungsbeispiel eines Scharniers 1 für ein schwenkbares Karosserieteil 4 eines Fahrzeugs. In der Fig. 1 ist der Normalzustand dargestellt, bei dem die Belastungsgrenze noch nicht überschritten wurde. Die Fig. 2 zeigt dasselbe Scharnier 1, nachdem die Belastungsgrenze aufgrund einer auf das Karosserieteil 4 einwirkenden Kraft F und der daraus resultierenden Verformung des Karosserieteils 4 überschritten wurde. Das Scharnier 1 besteht aus zwei gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Scharnierelementen 2 und 3. Beide Scharnierelemente 2 und 3 besitzen jeweils einen Befestigungsabschnitt 2a bzw. 3a und einen winkelig dazu angeordneten Gelenkabschnitt 2b bzw. 3b. Die Gelenkabschnitte 2b und 3b sind über einen gemeinsamen Scharnierbolzen 11 derart miteinander verbunden, dass die beiden Scharnierelemente 2 und 3 um eine Schwenkachse A gegeneinander verschwenkbar sind. Der Befestigungsabschnitt 2a des Scharnierelements 2 ist mittels eines ersten Verbindungselements 6 an dem Karosserieteil 4, vorliegend einem Türinnenblech, festgelegt. Dazu ist auf der dem Scharnier 1 gegenüberliegenden Seite des Karosserieteils 4 eine Mutter 10 angeordnet, in der eine Hülse 9 axial verschiebbar gelagert ist. In die Hülse 9 ist seitens des Scharniers 1 das als Schraube ausgebildete erste Verbindungselement 6 eingeschraubt. In der Fig. 1 liegt der Befestigungsabschnitt 2a des Scharnierelements 2 an dem Karosserieteil 4 an. Die Hülse 9 ist mit der Mutter 10 so verpresst, dass diese sich bei normaler Benutzung des Karosserieteils 4 nicht gegeneinander verschieben können. Wirkt, wie in Fig. 2 dargestellt, eine Kraft F von außen auf das Karosserieteil 4 ein, wodurch eine Deformation des Karosserieteils 4 hervorgerufen wird, so löst sich die Pressverbindung zwischen Hülse 9 und Mutter 10 nach Überschreiten der Belastungsgrenze. Die Hülse 9 bewegt sich nun mit der Schraube relativ zur Mutter 10, bis nach einem maximalem Verschiebeweg B ein Endanschlag 9a der Hülse 9 auf die Mutter 10 trifft. Die strichlinierte Darstellung zeigt das Scharnier 1, nachdem die Belastungsgrenze aufgrund einer auf das Karosserieteil 4 einwirkenden Kraft F und der daraus resultierenden Verformung des Karosserieteils 4 überschritten wurde. Das Scharnier 1 besteht aus zwei gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Scharnierelementen 2 und 3. Beide Scharnierelemente 2 und 3 besitzen jeweils einen Befestigungsabschnitt 2a bzw. 3a und einen winkelig dazu angeordneten Gelenkabschnitt 2b bzw. 3b. Die Gelenkabschnitte 2b und 3b sind über einen gemeinsamen Scharnierbolzen 11 derart miteinander verbunden, dass die beiden Scharnierelemente 2 und 3 um eine Schwenkachse A gegeneinander verschwenkt werden können. Der Befestigungsabschnitt 2a des Scharnierelements 2 ist mittels eines ersten Verbindungselements 6 und eines zweiten Verbindungselements 7 an einem Fahrzeugrohbau 5 festgelegt. Dabei ist das erste Verbindungselement 6 weiter entfernt von der Scharnierachse A, als das zweite Verbindungselement 7. Auf der dem Scharnier 1 gegenüberliegenden Seite des Fahrzeugrohbaus 5 ist eine Mutter 10 angeordnet, in der eine Hülse 9 axial verschiebbar gelagert ist. In die Hülse 9 ist seitens des Scharniers 1 das als Schraube ausgebildete erste Verbindungselement 6 eingeschraubt. Das ebenfalls als Schraube ausgebildete zweite Verbindungselement 7 ist aus der entgegengesetzten Richtung direkt in den Befestigungsabschnitt 2a eingeschraubt. In der volllinierten Darstellung liegt der Befestigungsabschnitt 2a des Scharnierelements 2 an dem Fahrzeugrohbau 5 an. Die Hülse 9 ist mit der Mutter 10 so verpresst, dass diese sich bei normaler Benutzung des Karosserieteils nicht gegeneinander verschieben können. Wirkt, wie strichliniert dargestellt, eine Kraft F von außen auf das Karosserieteil 4 ein, wodurch eine Deformation des Karosserieteils 4 hervorgerufen wird, so löst sich die Pressverbindung zwischen Hülse 9 und Mutter 10 nach Überschreiten der Belastungsgrenze. Die Hülse 9 bewegt sich nun mit der Schraube relativ zur Mutter 10, bis nach einem maximalem Verschiebeweg B ein Endanschlag 9a der Hülse 9 auf die Mutter 10 trifft. Da das zweite Verbindungselement 7 den Befestigungsabschnitt 2a weiterhin gegen den Fahrzeugrohbau presst, löst sich der Befestigungsabschnitt 2a nur im Bereich des ersten Verbindungselements 6 vom Fahrzeugrohbau 5 ab. Dadurch kommt es zu unkritischen Verformungen der Hülse 9 und des Fahrzeugrohbaus 5 bei weiterhin intaktem Scharnier 1. Claims (6)

  1. Hinge (1) for a pivotable body part (4) of a vehicle, having at least one hinge element (2) having a fastening section (2a) for fixing the hinge element (2) by means of at least one connection element (6, 7, 8) to the body part (4) or a vehicle shell (5) and having a joint section (2b) for the flexible connection to a further hinge element (3) of the hinge (1), wherein the fastening section (2a) of the hinge element (2), after exceeding a load limit, is displaceable relative to the body part (4) and/or the vehicle shell (5), without being released therefrom, characterised in that
    - at least one connection element (6, 7, 8) is fastened in a sleeve (9), which is axially displaceable relative to the body part (4) or the vehicle shell (5), and to one of the hinge elements (2, 3), wherein
    - the sleeve (9). is guided in a nut (10) fixed to the body part (4) or the vehicle shell (5), wherein
    - the sleeve (9) is frictionally connected to the body part (4), the vehicle shell (5) or the nut (10), and wherein the frictional connection is lifted after exceeding of the load limit.
  2. Hinge according to claim 1, characterised in that an end stop (9a) of the sleeve (9) can come into contact with the body part (4), the vehicle shell (5) or the nut (10) after a maximum displacement movement (B).
  3. Hinge according to any one of claims 1 or 2, characterised in that the fastening section (2a) abuts onto the body part (4) or the vehicle shell (5), wherein the sleeve (9) extends away from the hinge (1) into the body part (4) or the vehicle shell (5).
  4. Hinge according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the joint section (2b, 3b) and the fastening section (2a, 3a) are at an angle to each other.
  5. Hinge according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the body part (4) is formed as a hatch or door.
  6. Vehicle, characterised in that at least one body part (4) is fastened to a vehicle shell (5) to be pivotable, using at least two hinges (1) according to claim 1.
