Definitions
- the invention relates to a medicament vial for pills, dragees, powders, tablets and other chunky presented ingredients, such as medicines, dietary supplements, flavoring, sweetening, coloring and preservatives as well as foods, such as cereals or nuts, which are loosely poured in the medicine vial, and especially a closure for such a vial according to the preamble of claim 1.
- these vials are closed by a screw cap with screw cap, which is provided as a guarantee of integrity at the time of purchase either a guarantee ring on the cap, which breaks on initial screwing, or it is inside the cap, over the edge of the neck of the vial, a warranty board, usually made of aluminum or a plastic composite, sealed. This board must be peeled by the user if he wants to get to the contents of the vial, thus fulfilling the warranty function.
- the closure not only from a screw or snap cap, but also from an at least two-layer board, which fulfills the warranty function and their removal an inner layer, optionally multilayer plastic film, remains at the edge of the opening, said Plastic film having a discharge opening which is provided off-center on the circular film surface, and on the side facing the circle edge has at least one concave portion.
- the material disclosed therein consists essentially of two interconnected layers, each of which may be multi-layered.
- the inner layer is with sealed the respective container edge and has at a distance from the container edge on a self-contained line of weakness.
- the outer layer can be removed, usually by means of a tab.
- the two layers Since the bonding force between the two layers is less than the force connecting the inner layer in the seal area to the container rim, the two layers separate and the area of the inner layer that is delimited from the rest by the self-contained line of weakness remains adhering to the peeled outer layer so as to expose an opening in the inner layer which is substantially smaller than the part covering the opening by the permanent seal with the container edge.
- This technology is mainly used to avoid the spilling of liquid in vessels after the removal of the outer layer as possible and still provide a drinking opening or to provide an opening for a drinking straw or the like.
- This pamphlet was also called US 2009/0311475 A1 The content of this document is incorporated by reference into the content of the present application for the countries in which this is possible.
- the Fig. 1 shows the medicine vial 1 with inventive closure in the closed state.
- the Fig. 2 shows the medicine vial 1 of the Fig. 2 with removed screw cap and intact guarantee closure.
- the Fig. 3 shows the medication vial 1 with deducted guarantee closure and exposed opening 4, as it sticks after Abpeelen the guarantee closure on the edge of the drug vial 1 along a peripheral sealing edge 2 and covers the bottle opening in area 3 and only one opening 4 releases.
- the opening 4, which is delimited by a line of weakness 9, is arranged eccentrically to the circular sealing edge 2 or to its center and has on the side which is closest to the sealing edge 2, a concave portion. It is the area of the circumference of the opening 4, which lies between the points 5 and 6, which are the points of contact to a tangent 7.
- the area 8 which lies between the periphery of the opening 4 and the tangent 7, serves as a kind of tab or tongue, which makes it difficult to shake out the tablets from the medicament bottle just so much that the number of tablets exiting in a conventional dispensing movement is high reduced and preferably reduced to one tablet.
- the Fig. 4 shows the variant of the opening 4 according to the invention, very schematically, namely a plan view of an inner plastic film, as in Fig. 3 is trained.
- the Fig. 5 shows a variant in which the tab 8 is significantly larger than that in Fig. 4 shown, which in the course of shaking out of tablets this tab 8 bends approximately in the region of the tangent 7 and thus controls the dosage.
- FIG. 6 to 8 Other variants are in the Fig. 6 to 8 shown, while showing the Fig. 6 a variant with an opening 4, which is bounded by two approximately radially extending edges on the sides and two approximately circumferentially extending concave edges, both on the circumference 2 associated side, as well as on the center of the associated side. There are thus formed two tabs at this opening, through which tablets pass during the shaking motion during dispensing as though passing through two lips and thus are separated.
- Fig. 7 shows a variant in which an approximately of a circle or an oval bounded opening 4 on the side of the periphery has a tab 8, which has approximately elliptical shape and is designed as a special feature beyond its major axis, so that the remaining opening 4 approximately sickle-shaped Has.
- Fig. 8 shows an opening 4 which is delimited rectilinearly round, and the tab 8 has the shape of a triangle, which runs with its base along a chord of the circular sealing seam or the sealing edge 2 and whose tip is directed to the center of the board. Like the other tabs, so also bends this intended when shaking out a tablet and acts as braking and isolating.
- the invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments, but can be variously changed and adapted to the particular application.
- the opening 4 is arranged eccentrically, as each user instinctively placed the opening in tilting and shaking the vial in the lower region, whereby in the inventive arrangement, the tab 8, which then protrudes from the edge up, perform their task best can.

Abstract
