Der Sperrabschnitt 11.2 ist zwischen dem oberen Befestigungsabschnitt 5 und dem Zurrabschnitt 11.1 angeordnet. Der Sperrabschnitt 11.2 weist entlang seiner Längserstreckung mehrere Sperröffnungen 14 auf, von denen in Figur 1 nur eine zu sehen ist. Statt der rechteckigen Gestaltung der Sperröffnungen 14 kann auch eine runde oder anderweitig eckige gewählt werden.
