Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a refrigeration appliance, in particular a domestic refrigeration appliance, with a cooling space and at least one storage shelf for refrigerated goods, which is mounted in the cooling space between inner walls of the refrigerator compartment.
  • a generic household refrigerator is described in DE 20 2006 014 616 U1.
  • the interior of refrigerators, freezers or the like is usually designed so that refrigerated goods are stored on shelves or storage costs.
  • the carrying capacity of the usual shelves or shelves is sometimes too low, which can cause them to bend.
  • the space in the refrigerator can not always be conveniently exploited, because the mutual distance of shelves or storage costs in the refrigerator is not adjusted to the height gradation of the container.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a refrigeration device with improved capacity for refrigerated goods.
  • Under refrigeration device is in particular a household refrigeration appliance understood, such as a refrigerator, a freezer or aissergefrierkombination.
  • the refrigeration device has a cooling space and at least one storage plate for goods to be cooled, which is mounted in the cooling space between inner walls of the cooling space.
  • the storage tray has a first planar storage surface section and a second planar storage surface section which is offset in height from the first flat storage surface section.
  • the storage tray has a first planar storage area section and a second planar storage area section which is offset in height from the first planar storage area section has containers of different sizes can be stored very compact in the refrigerator. Since the Abstellvatiabitese are flat, refrigerated goods can be stored on the entire surface of the storage tray above the container.
  • the storage shelf thus forms a stepped shelf for the refrigerator of the refrigerator, can be stored grouped by height both below the shelf and on the shelf, the refrigerated goods.
  • the space available in the refrigerator storage space is better utilized and it can therefore be stored more refrigerated goods in a decent manner in the refrigerator.
  • a single stepped storage tray or more stacked stepped storage shelves can be arranged.
  • One or more stepped storage shelves can also be combined with an ungraded, so completely flat storage tray or a bottom of the refrigerator of the refrigerator.
  • the stepped storage plates can be fixed to holders on the opposite lateral inner walls of the refrigerator of the refrigerator.
  • the new shelf can be constructed as a stepped storage tray so that in a shelf two shelves are generated at different heights level.
  • two different distances are made in relation to the underlying shelf.
  • the distances below the stepped shelf may deviate in absolute measure from the setting heights on the stepped shelf.
  • four different levels can be generated. This offers the customer great flexibility for the storage of his refrigerated goods.
  • the stepped shelf can be made of one piece or of several parts, whereby a frame construction and several inserted shelves can be used.
  • One-piece design can use bent sheets, extruded profiles, bent or molded plastics.
  • glass shelves may be used in addition to the materials mentioned.
  • the storage tray according to the invention provides a storage system with a large customer benefit in the refrigeration appliance. Products with different heights can be stored as easily as possible. In particular, a flexible space-saving possibility is created to store containers of different sizes as compact as possible in the refrigerator.
  • the Gastronorm containers used in ovens and steamer can be included. Gastronorm containers are tub-like vessels with an approximately cuboid contour for storing and transporting food. Gastronorm containers must comply with the internationally valid Gastro-Norm, which is regulated, for example, in Europe in the European standard EN 631 or in the corresponding German standard DIN 66075.
  • the Gastro-Norm is a measuring system that allows the systematic use of standardized sizes for the width, depth and height of the Gastronorm containers a grouping of several Gastronorm containers and thus in food processing plants and kitchens for the rational storage of empty Gastronorm containers and space-saving provision, storage or presentation with food or food stuffed Gastronorm container is used. Also, a certain compatibility between Gastronorm containers from different manufacturers should be achieved. According to this standard, starting from a basic size GN 1/1 with a width of 325 mm and a depth of 530 mm, various smaller container units are derived which are a partial dimension (eg 2/3, 1/2, 1/3, 1 / 4) of the basic dimension GN 1/1.
  • the widths are normalized to the standard widths of, for example, 325 mm, 162 mm or 108 mm.
  • the depths are normalized to the values of, for example, 530 mm, 354 mm, 265 mm, 176 mm, 132 mm or 88 mm.
  • the heights are usually 200 mm, 150 mm, 100 mm, 65 mm, 40 mm or 20 mm. So far, the height defines the size of the deep draw of the trough-like containers, ie their depression.
  • a transition section disposed between the first planar shelf section and the second planar shelf section may be formed in a step-like manner.
  • the transition section connects the first planar shelf section to the second planar shelf section.
  • the first planar Abstell perennialabêt and the second planar Abstell perennialabites forms together with the transition portion a component which may be formed in particular in one piece.
  • the storage tray formed in this way is a stepped shelf for the refrigeration device. This stepped shelf can be made, for example, from a doubly angled sheet metal or from a plastic injection molded part.
  • the stepped shelf On one of the inner rear wall of the cooling space facing side edge of the stepped shelf can be arranged upwardly aligned side wall skirts, which on the one hand keep refrigerated goods from the inner rear wall of the refrigerator and on the other hand prevent withdrawal of refrigerated goods when pulling out of the stepped shelf. It can be used a sheet metal, which has been folded twice, so to speak, to produce the different shelves. For stabilization and adjustment depth limitation, a further fold can be attached to the rear edges of the shelf. Other bends can be made, but are not mandatory.
  • the stepped shelf can be placed on ribs in the refrigerator. The rib parts can simply limit the insertion depth of the Gastronorm container in order to ensure a safe distance, for example, to an evaporator. In addition, a Einschubtiefenbegrenzung for the shelf and / or a safeguard against unintentional pulling out of the shelf can be introduced via the rib parts.
  • An edge of the step may be oriented to extend parallel to the sidewalls of the cold room.
  • the step or the transitional portion is bent at right angles both with respect to the first planar Abstellhotelabitess and with respect to the second planar Abstellhotelabitess.
  • the transition section may also be referred to as a set level.
  • This riser level of the step can thus be aligned parallel to the side walls of the cooling chamber. That the riser plane of the step is in a vertical direction when the first planar shelf section and the second planar shelf section are aligned horizontally. As a result of this vertical alignment of the riser plane or of the transition section, a maximum size of the storage area of the first planar storage area section and of the second planar storage area section is achieved. That in a plan view of the stepped shelf, the first planar Abstell perennialabites connects directly to the second planar Abstell perennialabrough.
  • the setting level can have first holder for a removable container, in particular for Gastronorm container.
  • the containers in particular the Gastronorm containers, can also be placed on the surfaces of the first flat shelf section and the second planar shelf section.
  • the first planar Abstell perennialabrough of the second planar Abstell perennialabrough be arranged offset in height by a height which correlates with a value from the group of 200, 150, 100, 65, 55, 40, 20 mm or corresponds to this value. Due to the adapted dimensioning, this type of height offset allows, in particular, space-saving storage of Gastronorm containers.
  • second holders in particular for Gastronorm containers, can be arranged on the inner side walls of the cooling space at a height with respect to an underlying plate or bottom of the cooling space, which is a multiple of a value and / or a sum of selected individual values from the group of 200 , 150, 100, 65, 55, 40, 20 mm or equal to this multiple or sum.
  • This gastronorm containers of different heights can be arranged one above the other. Or, optionally, i. Depending on requirements, several low Gastronorm containers or a higher Gastronorm container can be stored in the same room area of the refrigeration unit.
  • the distance between two arranged at the same height opposite holder can correlate with the width of a container to be held, in particular a Gastronorm container.
  • the opposing holders can optionally be arranged so that either a single wide Gastronorm container can be stored or it can be provided two or three arranged on the same height holder pairs to store two or three narrower Gastronorm container at the same height side by side to be able to.
  • the width of the shelves of the stepped shelf can be either the same size or different sizes. In an embodiment according to the invention, the width can be selected to be large enough to store a standardized container from the catering sector (gas container) underneath. If only one container is stored under the stepped shelf, it creates a uniform distance to the underlying shelf below.
  • a second level for the storage of Gastronorm employer is created below the shelf.
  • this second level it is possible to store either a large container, or several small containers by simply converting the Auflagerippen.
  • the small container corresponds to a 1/3 gastronorm container
  • the large container corresponds to a 2/3 gastronorm container. If this storage system is to be used for other refrigeration device widths, other Gastronorm container sizes can also be used.
  • the distance between two opposing supports arranged at the same height may have a value determined by the sum of a gap width dimension and a single value from the group of 325, 162, 108 mm.
  • a gap width dimension can be provided on the one hand to be able to hold a single wide Gastro norm container with slight play for easy removal and easy insertion, or on the other hand to prevent the impact of two adjacent narrow Gastronorm container.
  • the first and / or second holders can have fastening means for releasably fixing the first and / or second holders to the setting stage plane of the storage tray or the inner walls of the refrigerator compartment.
  • the second holder can be attached either directly to the inner walls of the refrigerator compartment of the refrigerator or indirectly via intermediate carrier on the stepped shelf or the inner walls of the refrigerator. Both the first, as well as the second and third holder may be releasably or permanently attached.

Ren fixing the first holder and / or second holder are formed on one of the inner walls of the cooling chamber or the riser level in a first mounting position and a first installation position by 180 ° horizontally rotated second mounting position on the opposite inner wall of the cooling space.
  • the third holder need not necessarily be arranged in the vicinity of the transition section or the setting level.
  • the first and / or the second planar parking surface section can have openings for fixing the third holder.
  • the openings are preferably located at a distance from the transition section or the riser plane. There may be provided a plurality of openings to selectively fix the third holder at different locations.
  • the additionally insertable containers can be held on one side by a container rib, on the other side by a shelf rib.
  • the shelf rib can either be firmly connected to the shelf, for example a rib on the bent sheet metal part, either as a glued or welded support part, or be removably connected to the shelf.
  • the specialist ribs are removed by the customer. men and can be repositioned. This would then be the prerequisite that either a large or several small containers can be used.
  • openings can be introduced into the shelf, which dictate the position of the ribs.
  • the shelf ribs can be designed so that they can be used both offset and rotated.
  • the support ribs can either be tightened in the container, screwed, molded or inserted as an additional part in the container in the household refrigerator.
  • the additional part can be designed so that a use on both the left and on the right side of the container is possible lent. But it can also be used two page-specific additional parts. In this solution, it is possible to reduce the number of ribs to the minimum required degree.
