Description

The invention is part of the field of handling, and more particularly the handling of discrete elements of the type of metal frames, irons, crossed irons, and other elements, in particular likely to be implemented in the context of the building .

By discrete elements are meant products other than bulk.

ETAT ANTERIEUR DE LA TECHNIQUEPRIOR STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE

The large-capacity handling bags are now widely used, whether storage and transfer of bulk materials, or discrete elements of the type recalled in the preamble.

They generally consist of a synthetic textile envelope, in particular woven, comprising a bottom and a side wall, said envelope being provided with attachment means including a hoist, these attachment means being generally constituted of a strap or a plurality of straps secured to the envelope.

These bags, well known in the field under the term "big bag", are generally made of polypropylene, and on which are secured, in particular by stitching, straps defining one or more gripping loops by a hoist thus allowing to handle them.

The document DE 8,336,862 U1 discloses a handling bag.

One of the difficulties encountered with these bags of the prior art lies in the fact, when they are used for the transport of discrete elements such as metal reinforcing irons or crossed irons, that the particular lower or higher end of these elements comes into contact with the side walls or the bottom of the bag and is very likely to pierce them because of the friction made during said transport operations, making said bags unsuitable for their destination, and likely to constitute a danger to the personnel working to proximity when handling, danger born in particular the risk of falling, or even complete tearing of the bag, likely to result in the fall of the elements they contain.

In the concrete construction, it is known to reinforce construction elements such as beams or floors by using irons assembled or not. In particular, it is known to achieve by bending irons consisting essentially of a steel rod of large diameter, alone or assembled with other similar rods, and both ends are folded into a stick. Such an iron is said cross iron. He is trained in a workshop and brought by trucks to the construction site. He is then unloaded from the truck until he is at the request transferred from his place of storage to the place of assembly. For this purpose, a construction crane is used to carry this kind of construction component, for example to take it from the unloading place where it is stored, to the place where it will be installed in a formwork, before being welded on its final frame and embedded in a concrete pour.

To carry out the transfer from the storage place to the mounting location, the cross-lapped iron is loaded into a big bag. As indicated above, such bags are quickly drilled in a region close to the center of their bottom, because the friction operated by the butt of the irons loaded therein carries out a removal of material and, eventually, piercing of the bag. The latter must be eliminated before presenting a danger of loss of the load in the pierced bag when the crane has carried off its load.

The object of the present invention is therefore to overcome these disadvantages.

EXPOSE DE L'INVENTIONSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

  • des moyens d'accrochage du sac à un engin de levage ;
  • une enveloppe réalisée en textile synthétique tissé présentant une ouverture supérieure, un fond et des parois latérales, et destinée à constituer le réceptacle de produits ou d'articles à manutentionner ;
Thus, the invention relates to a handling bag which comprises:
  • means for attaching the bag to a hoist;
  • an envelope made of woven synthetic textile having an upper opening, a bottom and side walls, and intended to constitute the receptacle for products or articles to be handled;

According to the invention, the attachment means comprise at least one strap passing under the bottom of the bag and which is secured to at least a portion of the bag remote from its bottom and free from the bottom of the bag, at least one end of the strap being intended to form or cooperate with a means for attaching the bag to a hoist.

Thus, by not securing the attachment means, in this case constituted by straps at the bottom of the bag, said bottom is free of said attachment means. In doing so, the lower ends of the discrete elements that can be handled by means of the bag, and in particular irons, metal frames and the like, do not come into abutment on the fabric constituting the bottom in the vicinity of the middle of said bottom; that is to say at a substantially unique and repetitive point, but in all points of a lateral sector of said bottom, depending on the position of the bag, thereby decreasing the friction in a systematically identical place, and thus optimizing the duration of such a bag.

Selon d'autres caractéristiques de l'invention :

  • les moyens d'accrochage du sac à un engin de levage comportent au moins deux sangles croisées sous le fond et qui restent libres sous la zone de fond et solidarisées d'au moins une partie du sac éloignée de son fond ;
  • les sangles portent un code d'identification à distance permettant notamment de reconnaître à distance notamment le contenu du sac de manutention et/ou la destination du sac de manutention ;
According to other features of the invention:
  • the hooking means of the bag to a hoist comprises at least two straps crossed under the bottom and which remain free under the bottom zone and secured to at least a portion of the bag remote from its bottom;
  • the straps carry a remote identification code making it possible in particular to recognize at a distance in particular the contents of the handling bag and / or the destination of the handling bag;
  • the identification code is constituted by the color or the hue of at least one strap of said attachment means.

According to still other characteristics of the invention, the lateral wall or walls of the envelope consist of a double skin, that is to say two envelopes, respectively external and internal, defining between them a volume at within which is inserted a plate, in particular rigid.

In doing so, the strength of the side walls of the bag is optimized against the phenomena of wear inherent to the friction produced by the products or articles received in the envelope of the bag, on the one hand the implementation of a double skin, always made of synthetic material, and secondly, by insertion into the space they define between them a rigid plate, adapted to oppose said wear phenomenon.

According to the invention, these rigid plates can be made of steel, plastic, advantageously reinforced, or even wood or cardboard, and generally, any material combining both rigidity and lightness.

According to one characteristic of the invention, these rigid plates can be fixed permanently within the double skin constituting the side wall or walls of the envelope. In this configuration, the upper ends or upper edges of said skins are permanently attached to one another after, obviously, insertion of rigid plates within the volume they define between them. This joining can in particular result from sewing.

According to another variant of the invention, the rigid plates are removable, and therefore can be removed from the space defined by the double-skin. This configuration can be advantageous to reduce the space generated by the bags, when they are not used. Indeed, the bags can be easily folded. In this configuration, the free upper edges of the two skins are reversibly bondable to each other, for example by means of loop-type members and hooks (better known under the trademark Velcro ® ).

According to yet another characteristic of the invention, the bottom of the envelope may also comprise a rigid plate. This can be simply positioned on the textile bottom of the envelope, so that it can just as easily be retracted out of the envelope for storage purposes. This plate is also intended in cooperation with the characteristic referred to in the preamble to optimize the resistance of the bottom to the phenomena of wear.

DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE DE L'INVENTIONDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Within the figure 1 , illustrating the state of the art, there is shown a diagram explaining the operation of the transport of a cross iron (8) when it is installed in a bag (1, 2, 7, 9). The bag receives, through its upper opening (2), a cross iron (8) which is installed at the bottom (3) of the bag. In practice, he receives not a single cross-shaped iron, but several arranged in a beam.

The straps of the bag such as the strap (5) are fixed at the top of the bag on the side of its opening (2) by welds or seams such as seams (6).

When a crane hook (10) takes the straps (5) of the bag, the weight of the cross-linked iron (8) drives it into the bottom of the bag in a position close to its center, and substantially vertically (11). ) of the crane hook (10).

As a result, regardless of the number of knuckle irons and their mass, it is always at the same central point of the region (3) of the bottom of the bag that the iron or cross-shaped irons will wear the material of the bag.

Le sac de manutention présente un fond (19) et des parois latérales (18).Within the figure 2 , we have represented the same system as that of the figure 1 in which the means of the invention has been realized. For this purpose, the handling bag substantially identical to the bag of the figure 1 , has an upper opening (16) through which has been loaded at least one cross iron (15). The handling bag has a bottom (19) and side walls (18).

Furthermore, the bag of the invention comprises handles or straps intended to be placed around the lifting hook. Such means for gripping or lifting the handling bag by a lifting hook is constituted by each a complete loop comprising a free portion (20, 21) intended to come on the crane hook, and a portion (23) which is welded or stitched to the fabric of the side portion (18) of the bag.

Moreover, the strap constituting the strap of the bag passes under the bottom of the bag in a portion (22) which is not attached to the bag so that it affects folds, such as the fold (22), when the bag is charge.

It follows from this arrangement that the cross-end of the iron (15) is guided towards the bottom of the bag outside the free crossing of various straps or straps (22).

Thus, a bag according to the invention is brought to the site. A maneuver then places a batch of crossed knives in the bag by introducing them through the upper opening without particularly seeking to arrange the irons in the bag, but by placing them on the ground through the bag on the same side of the bag, a sort of bundle or boot free of irons substantially parallel to their largest dimension. Then, when the bag is considered full, it makes approach the hook of lifting of a crane and places the hawsers of the straps on the hook. The crane operator then controls a lift of the load that is carried.

At the beginning of the lifting movement, the bottom of the bag being free of the straps, the cross-end of the irons abuts on the fabric at a point which lies outside the middle of the bottom, but at an arbitrarily chosen point of a lateral sector of the bottom depending on the position of the bag when the maneuver has loaded the bag.

Because the bag is in any position, it is never the same point or the same lateral sector of the bottom of the bag which abuts the cross-end of the irons.

As a result, wear is better distributed and drilling avoided or delayed.

In the case of an arrangement with two straps (22) crossed, as will be explained with the aid of the following figures, the bottom of the bag is divided into four sectors in each of which the tip of the cross iron can be housed according to the arbitrary introduction that was decided upon loading the bag.

Thus, it is ensured that during the life of the bag, it is not always the central point of the bag bottom that receives the load of the cross-shaped irons, but any of the four sectors that share the bottom of the bag.

Within the figure 3 there is shown a first view of a bag in another embodiment in which the handles of the bag are composed by loops, such as loops (30) and (31), which protrude beyond and above the opening (37) of the bag having sidewalls and a bottom as previously described.

Each strap or handle has a portion (34) which is attached, welded, or stitched to the walls of the bag and which then passes below the bottom of the bag so as to intersect at a central point of intersection (36) with another handle, like the handle (30) of the figure 3 .

Note that a free space (35) can be arranged between the bottom of the bag and the return loop under the bag.

The situation is better understood with the help of figure 4 wherein two straps or handles (40) and (41) are visible, while the bag bottom (38) is clearly detached from the return portion (36) of the loop (40, 41).

We have shown in relation to the figure 5 a perspective view of the bag according to another embodiment of the invention in erected position, that is to say deployed and therefore adapted to receive the discrete elements to be handled, such as reinforcing metal reinforcement of concrete, irons or crooked irons, etc.

This bag is basically made of an envelope (51), made of woven synthetic material, such as for example polypropylene. This envelope consists of a bottom (52) and side walls (53, 54, 55, 56), defining generally a parallelepiped, including a cube. The side walls are secured to the bottom on the one hand, and between them on the other hand, through seams typically made of polyamide (Nylon ® ).

As in previous versions, this bag is provided with means of attachment to a hoist, and generally to a handling machine, such as a fork of a forklift or a crane or any equivalent system .

These hooking means consist of straps (57), integrally bounded at said side walls (53 to 56). Said straps define gripping loops (58) intended to allow their support by the fork of said lifting gear.

As for the previous versions, at the bottom (52), said straps are not secured to it or even define a loose loop, to completely separate the bottom of said straps, and allow deformation of the bottom under the effect products that the bag is intended to handle.

These straps are attached to the outer surface of said sidewalls (52-56) also by stitching. They are also made of synthetic material, and have the characteristics of sufficient mechanical strength in relation to the weight that the bag is intended to support.

According to this particular embodiment of the invention, each of the side walls (53 to 56) is in fact made of a double skin, respectively an inner skin (59) and an outer skin (60), defining between them a volume (61) for receiving a rigid plate (62). This rigid plate advantageously extends over all or substantially all the width of the wall considered and substantially over its entire height.

These rigid plates (62) are relatively thin so as not to overweight the overall weight of the bag. They may be made of steel, rigid plastic material optionally reinforced, and for example polypropylene honeycomb. They can still be made of wood or even cardboard.

According to a first variant of this embodiment of the invention, these rigid plates are fixed permanently within each of the side walls (53-56) of the bag. In this configuration, the upper edges of each of the two skins (59 and 60) of each of the side walls are secured to one another, for example by sewing, after obviously inserting the rigid plates in the volume (61). defined by the two skins.

According to another advantageous variant of the invention, the rigid plates (62) are removable, and therefore retractable out of the side walls, and this, for the sake of allowing the storage of bags out of handling, so after folding, in a reduced space . In this configuration, the free upper edges of each of the two skins (59, 60) are reversibly securable to one another, for example by means of a Velcro ® system (not shown), or any other equivalent system. since the reversibility of the joining is obtained.

In doing so, when using the bag, it is sufficient to separate the two upper ends of the two skins, to insert the rigid plates in each of the side walls and to reversibly close said upper ends to have a bag ready for use. 'employment.

According to another variant of this embodiment of the invention, the bottom (52) of the bag receives within it a rigid plate (63), for example of the same nature as that inserted in the side walls, still in the lens to optimize the resistance to friction, the durability and the realization of the bags. Due to its positioning, this plate (63) is simply deposited on the bottom of the casing (51), its dimensions being chosen to be naturally pressed and by its own weight at the bottom of said casing. This plate (63) is de facto removable, and can also be removed from the envelope for the storage needs of the bags.

In addition, and according to yet another variant, the bottom (52) of the envelope may also consist of a double skin. In this configuration, the two skins are joined together over their entire periphery, not intended to receive between them said bottom plate according to the previous embodiment, but simply to optimize the wear resistance of said bottom.

It was found that on building sites, the bags could be used for different functions, for example because they must be used in different parts of the site or with different products to lift or they must be handled by different handling teams.

For this purpose, it is expected that the straps or shoulder straps of the bags carry visual recognition elements that allow the crane operator who manipulates the gripping tool (10) straps or handles of the bags to recognize remotely the destination of the bag.

In a particular embodiment, a specific color or shade is used for at least one of the straps or shoulder straps of the bag. It can also be a colored pattern as in the case of a two-color strap whose background color forms a contrast with at least one other color distributed in a specific pattern and recognizable remotely.

In another particular embodiment, the determined color is a green color. Note that this arrangement can also be achieved using a contactless coding means such as an RFID-type electronic tag, secured to a strap of the attachment means and which is then remotely readable with a reader. RFID tags. Of course, the number of straps and their arrangement around the bag is not limited. It is sufficient that the straps cross under the bottom of the bag, they are free from the bottom of the bag and they are attached to the side walls of the bag a distance sufficient to strengthen the bag.

Similarly, it is possible to arrange a hooking on the hook of the crane in the form of a loop, a loop or a folded loop.

Cette disposition est visible sur les boucles (40 et 41) de la figure 4.Especially in the case of a folded loop as shown in FIG. figure 3 , the free portion of the strap forming the handle is folded at the top of the bag and sewn by a seam (32) so as to form a loop (31). This arrangement is visible on the loops (40 and 41) of the figure 4 .

All the advantages of the handling bag according to the invention are conceived by the optimization of its resistance to wear caused by the friction of the materials that can be handled by such bags, in particular discrete elements.
