Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kraftstoffinjektor mit einem Gehäuseteil (1), in welches ein mittels eines Piezoaktors (2) betätigbares Schaltventil (3) mit einem hubbeweglichen Schließelement (4) aufgenommen ist, wobei das Schließelement (4) zur Ausbildung eines Schaltventilraums (5) und zur wenigstens teilweisen Aufnahme eines Dichtkolbens (6) hülsenförmig ausgebildet ist und eine erste Dichtkontur (7) besitzt, die mit einer am Dichtkolben (6) ausgebildeten zweiten Dichtkontur (8) als Ventilsitz zusammenwirkt.
Erfindungsgemäß ist das hülsenförmige Schließelement (4) am Piezoaktor (2) über eine Lastverteilungsplatte (9) abgestützt, die mit dem Schließelement (4) einstückig verbunden ist, wobei das Schließelement (4) und/oder die Lastverteilungsplatte (9) einen ringförmigen Abschnitt (10) oder einen ringförmigen Füllkörper (11) zur Verringerung des Volumens des Schaltventilraums (5) und zur Ausbildung eines mit dem Dichtkolben (6) zusammenwirkenden Führungsdurchmessers (12) umfasst bzw. umfassen.
