Definitions
- the present invention relates to a roof construction with at least one, preferably a plurality of solar modules, whose power can be fed into the public grid.
- the object of the present invention is therefore to specify a roof construction, which requires no complicated angle constructions and can be easily constructed.
- a roof construction with at least one solar module having at least one roof rack on which the solar module is mounted so that its main plane encloses an angle ßbetween 10 ° and 25 ° with the plane of the roof rack, wherein the roof rack is supported by supports against which the roof rack an angle ⁇ between 75 ° and 85 °.
- the total inclination of the solar module relative to the ground is thus ß + 90 ° - ⁇ .
- total angles thus result between 15 ° and 40 °.
- the advantage of the construction is due to a lower overall height of the entire building construction. Furthermore, a greatly reduced shadow is achieved by the modules as well as by the building construction. In addition, more modules can be arranged and thus achieve more power over a defined area. Furthermore, there is an increased energy yield and improved efficiency per defined area. Finally, you can specify an architecture that blends in harmoniously with the existing infrastructure.
- the roof construction is characterized in that it is intended for a carport and has no side walls.
- the carport is self-supporting with 3 supports or alternatively 4 or 6 supports.
- a roof construction is characterized in that a plurality of roof rack are arranged and fixed side by side. As a result, the packing density of the individual solar modules can be increased.
- a roof construction which is characterized in that individual solar modules are arranged on each roof carrier, with mutually facing solar modules touching each other. This measure also increases the overall yield.
- the roof construction is preferably characterized in that the angle ( ⁇ ) of the
- Main level of the solar module relative to the roof rack is adjustable. This can be achieved by various measures known to the person skilled in the art. By the change leaves increase the efficiency of the solar module, especially in different locations.
- the roof construction is preferably characterized in that the angle ( ⁇ ) of the roof rack relative to its support is adjustable. This makes it possible to compensate for different positions of the sun when the geographic position changes.
- the roof construction is preferably characterized in that at the edge region of the roof rack, a lamella or a sheet or a cover is attached, which is connectable at its other end to an adjacent roof rack to a complete rain cover or a roof for the under Roof construction located interior area to provide.
- the roof construction according to the invention can be used suitably for carports and shelters, which are intended to provide complete rain protection.
- Fig. 1 shows a cross section through an embodiment of a roof construction with solar modules according to the invention.
- FIG. 2 shows a plan view of an embodiment of a roof construction according to FIG. 1.
- Fig. 3 shows an embodiment with a sheet for water removal.
- roof carrier which carry or support a roof rack 4.
- the roof carrier in turn carries a number of solar modules 2, 2 ', 2 ", which are connected to the roof carrier at an angle ⁇ .
- the roof carrier has an angle ⁇ with respect to the supports.
- further roof carriers 4' and 4 " are shown in FIG. 2, on which further solar modules 2 A etc and 2 B etc. are fastened.
- the problem underlying the invention is solved in that the ideal inclination to the sun is achieved by two angular masses which add each other.
- the angle ⁇ (alpha) always refers to the inclination of the supporting roof structure relative to the supports and is between 85 ° and 75 °, while the angle ß (beta) on the inclination of the solar modules 2, 2 ', 2 "opposite relates to the roof rack, which may be between 10 ° to 25 °.
- the roof construction according to the invention is applicable to any building, in the present case on a carport construction which either cantilevered with 3 supports or optionally 4 or 6 supports can be performed.
- the present invention can be realized with system components which have a high degree of equal components and whose dimensions meet existing legal and structural requirements.
- Fig. 3 an embodiment is shown with a arranged below the roof structure sheet 10, which serves to drain water.
- the sheet 10 is arranged slightly sloping with respect to the horizontal, so the water flows of its own accord in the direction shown by arrows.
- Fig. 4 shows an embodiment in cross-section with a support 10 which is received in a bottom bracket 16 with an anchor 18 and sunk.
- the support holding struts 12 are fixed, which serve to hold a above and attached to the support 10 roof rack 22.
- solar modules 20 are mounted obliquely according to the specification of FIG.
- the solar modules have support bracket 24 for support at the predetermined angle on the roof rack 22nd
- a plurality of roof structures are shown side by side.
- a metal sheet or covering element 26 is fastened laterally on a roof carrier 22, which is arranged such that it extends as far as a roof carrier 22 'of an adjacent roof construction. This ensures that the room below is kept free of rain.
- the roof construction according to the invention is preferably used in the construction of carports, garages or other above-ground canopies and combines the spaces provided with a power generation by solar cells.
