Claims (6)
- Echangeur de chaleur (2), en particulier appareil de chauffage auxiliaire électrique pour un véhicule automobile, appareil de chauffage auxiliaire qui présente un boîtier (1) dans lequel est disposé au moins un élément chauffant - CTP - à coefficient de température positif (5) qui est adjacent respectivement, sur des côtés opposés, à une tôle de contact (7, 7'), où l'élément chauffant CTP (5) au moins au nombre de un et les tôles de contact (7, 7') adjacentes sur les côtés opposés sont collés ensemble, pour former ainsi un ensemble modulaire prémonté (8), où il est prévu une isolation (10, 10') placée entre une paroi intérieure (9) du boîtier (1) et chacune des tôles de contact (7, 7'), où l'isolation (10, 10') fait également partie de l'ensemble modulaire prémonté, caractérisé en ce que toutes les surfaces de contact de l'élément chauffant CTP, des deux tôles de contact (7, 7') et de l'isolation (10, 10') sont collées les unes aux autres, et où l'isolation (10, 10') est configurée en forme de U.
- Echangeur de chaleur (2) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (1) est étanche à la poussière et à l'eau.
- Echangeur de chaleur (2) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (1) est réalisé dans un matériau électroconducteur, en particulier est en aluminium.
- Echangeur de chaleur (2) selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (1) se compose de deux demi-coques (3, 3') qui sont assemblées l'une à l'autre de manière étanche, étant en particulier collées, soudées ou agrafées.
- Echangeur de chaleur (2) selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (1) est fabriqué comme un tube fermé, en particulier à partir d'un tube extrudé.
- Echangeur de chaleur (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'isolation (10, 10') qui est fabriquée se compose de polyimide, de silicone, de silicone chargé en céramique, ou bien se compose de céramique, en particulier d'oxyde d'aluminium, de nitrure d'aluminium ou de nitrure de bore.
