Die innere Verbindungsschnittstelle der Verbindungsbrücke ist komplementär zu einer internen Schnittstelle ausgestaltet, die im Zylinderkopfinnenraum ortsfest am Zylinderkopf angeordnet ist, die mit der internen Verkabelung elektrisch verbunden ist. Im Zylinderkopfinnenraum 4 ist eine interne Verkabelung 6 verlegt, mit deren Hilfe hier nicht dargestellte elektrische Komponenten mit elektrischer Energie versorgt und/oder elektrisch angesteuert werden können. Derartige Komponenten sind bspw. Kraftstoffinjektoren sowie Zündeinrichtungen oder Heizeinrichtungen. Ebenso sind moderne Brennkraftmaschinen 1 bekannt, die elektromagnetisch betätigte Gaswechselventile aufweisen. Diese interne Verkabelung 6 weist zumindest eine elektrische interne Schnittstelle 7 auf, z. B. in Form eines mehrpoligen Steckers oder in Form einer mehrpoligen Steckdose oder Buchse. Diese interne Schnittstelle 7 ist dabei ebenfalls im Zylinderkopfinnenraum 4 ortsfest am Zylinderkopf 2 angeordnet. Hierzu kann die interne Schnittstelle 7 lösbar oder unlösbar mit dem Zylinderkopf 2 verbunden, insbesondere verklebt, verklemmt oder verschraubt sein.In the
Ferner ist eine externe Verkabelung 8 vorgesehen, die bspw. an ein elektrisches Netz der Brennkraftmaschine 1 angeschlossen ist bzw. ein derartiges elektrisches Netz der Brennkraftmaschine 1 bildet. Die Verbindungsbrücke 10 kann bzgl. der Zylinderkopfhaube 3 ein separates Bauteil sein. Die Verbindungsbrücke 10 kann dann nach dem Montieren der Zylinderkopfhaube 3 montiert werden. Sie kann auch fest oder lösbar an der Zylinderkopfhaube 3 befestigt sein, sodass mit dem Montieren der Zylinderkopfhaube 3 gleichzeitig auch die Verbindungsbrücke 10 montiert wird. Besonders vorteilhaft ist jedoch eine integrale Ausformung der Verbindungsbrücke 10 an der Zylinderkopfhaube 3. Der Körper 15 der Verbindungsbrücke 10 ist dann integraler Bestandteil der Zylinderkopfhaube 3. Bspw. wird die Zylinderkopfhaube 3 mit der Verbindungsbrücke 10 in einem gemeinsamen Spritzgusswerkzeug aus einem Stück spritzgeformt. Die elektrische Kontaktierung 16 bildet dabei einen Einleger in die jeweilige Spritzform, der beim Spritzformen vom Kunststoff der Zylinderkopfhaube 3 umspritzt wird.The connecting

Im Beispiel besitzt die Zylinderkopfhaube 3 eine geeignete Aufnahmenut 19, in welche die innere Schnittstellendichtung 18 eingesetzt ist. Zusätzlich ist im gezeigten Beispiel auch eine äußere Schnittstellendichtung 20 vorgesehen, welche die externe Schnittstelle 9 umschließt und die hier in eine weitere Aufnahmenut 21 eingesetzt ist, die an der Zylinderkopfhaube 3 ausgebildet ist. Die Schnittstellendichtungen 18,20 stützen sich bspw. an einem Ringkragen 22 bzw. 23 axial ab, der die interne Schnittstelle 7 bzw. die externe Schnittstelle 9 umschließt. Die Haubendichtung 17 und die Schnittstellendichtungen 18,20 sind als axial wirkende Dichtungen ausgestaltet. Diese innere Durchgangsöffnung 27 wird jedoch durch die innere Schnittstellendichtung 18 nach außen abgedichtet. Ferner besitzt die Zylinderkopfhaube 3 eine äußere Durchgangsöffnung 28, durch die hindurch die Steckverbindung zwischen externer Schnittstelle 9 und äußerer Verbindungsschnittstelle 12 realisiert wird. an electrical contacting (16) is embedded into a body (15) of the connecting bridge (10), which connects the connecting interfaces (11, 12) electrically with each other. - Cylinder head cover for an internal combustion engine (1), in particular according to one of Claims 1 to 10, for covering a cylinder head interior (4) of a cylinder head (2), with at least one connecting bridge (10), which has an electrical inner connecting interface (11), which is configured in a complementary manner to an electrical internal interface (7) of an internal wiring (6) constructed in the cylinder head interior (4), and an electrical outer connecting interface (12) connected electrically therewith, which is configured in a complementary manner to an electrical interface (9) of an external wiring (8) arranged outside the cylinder head interior (4),

the interfaces (7, 9), the connecting interfaces (11, 12) and the connecting bridge (10) are configured and arranged and coordinated with each other so that on mounting of the cylinder head cover (3) on the cylinder head (2), the interfaces (7, 9, 11, 12) are automatically connected with each other electrically, and are automatically separated from each other electrically on dismantling of the cylinder head cover (3) from the cylinder head (2).
