Claims (3)
- Lüfteranordnung zum Kühlen eines Radiators, einer Radiator-Kondensator-Anordnung oder einer Radiator-Kondensator-Ladeluftkühler-Anordnung eines Fahrzeugs, umfassend:- ein Gehäuse (12) mit einer Durchgangsöffnung (14) und einem Träger (16), der sich in der Mitte der Öffnung (14) befindet,- eine Motorlüfteranordnung (20), die von dem Träger (16) getragen wird und einen Axiallüfter (22) enthält, der in Bezug auf den Träger (16) um eine Drehachse (X) drehbar ist, und- einen Zahnring (34), der in Bezug auf das Gehäuse (12) befestigt ist und den Lüfter (22) umgibt, wobei der Zahnring (34) eine Mehrzahl von Zähnen (36) aufweist, die in Umfangsrichtung aufeinander folgen,wobei der Zahnring (34) eine vordere Fläche (38), die zylindrisch oder kegelstumpfförmig ist, wobei sie die Drehachse (X) teilt und in einem konstanten oder variablen Abstand in Richtung der Drehachse (X) in Bezug auf ein radial äußeres Ende des Lüfters (22) festgelegt bzw. angeordnet ist, und eine Seitenwand (40) aufweist, die Seiten der Zähne (36) bildet, wobei der Abstand in einer Richtung parallel zu der Drehachse (X) zwischen der Seitenwand (40) und einer zur Drehachse (X) orthogonalen Ebene periodisch in Umfangsrichtung variiert,
wobei die Lüfteranordnung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass eine Breite (L) eines Kreisbogens, der auf der Drehachse (X) des Lüfters (22) zentriert ist und durch jeden Zahn (36) verläuft, für jeden Radius zwischen den Radien (R1, R2) der Innen- und Außenumfangsflächen der Zähne (36) konstant bleibt. - Lüfteranordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwand (40) ein gewelltes Profil oder ein Sägezahnprofil aufweist.
- Lüfteranordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lüfter (22) einen Außenumfangskragen (28) mit einer zylindrischen Wand (30), die die Drehachse (X) teilt, und eine radiale Wand (32) aufweist, die in einer Ebene orthogonal zu der Drehachse (X) enthalten ist, und dadurch, dass ein Abstand in radialer Richtung zwischen der zylindrischen Wand (30) des Außenumfangskragens (28) und der vorderen Wand (38) des Zahnrings (34) konstant ist und ein Abstand in einer Richtung parallel zu der Drehachse (X) zwischen der radialen Wand (32) des Außenumfangskragens (28) und der Seitenwand (40) des Zahnrings (34) periodisch in Umfangsrichtung variiert.
