Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Pressparameteranpassung einer Keramik- oder Metallpulverpresse bzw. eine damit ausgestattete Keramik-oder Metallpulverpresse, wobei in einer Matrizenöffnung einer Matrize (0) mittels auf Stempelträgern (1, 2, 3, 4) getragenen Stempeln (17, 18, 7, 8) aus Pulver (P) ein Presskörper auf ein vorgegebenes Presskörpermaß (dTEnd) gepresst wird, wobei während des Pressens zum Pressen eines solchen Presskörpers ein Stellglied (29) längs einer Abfolge von Sollwerten (dsoll(t)) geregelt wird, wobei eine Einhaltung der Abfolge von Sollwerten geprüft wird und bei einer Abweichung von Sollwerten eine Nachregelung des Stellglieds (29) durchgeführt wird, wobei zum Vergleich mit den Sollwerten ein Abstand (d(t)) zwischen einem ersten Messpunkt (m1; m2) an einem Festanschlag (20; 21), welcher einen der Stempelträger (1; 2) auf einer Seite der Matrizenöffnung abstützt, und einem zweiten Messpunkt (m3; m4) an einem Festanschlag (22; 23), welcher einen der Stempelträger (3; 4) auf einer dazu gegenüberliegenden Seite der Matrizenöffnung abstützt, gemessen wird.
