Unterhalb einer vorgegebenen Schwenkgeschwindigkeit des Stellarmes 4 wird die Welle 16 bewegt, ohne dass sich die beiden ersten Kupplungsteile 17a, 17b der Fliehkraftkupplung 17 mit der Verzahnung des äußeren zweiten Kupplungsteiles 17c verrasten, wodurch sich auch der Stellarm 4 zwischen der Schließstellung und der Offenstellung ungehindert bewegen lässt. Dies ist bei einer ordnungsgemäßen Anlenkung einer Möbelklappe am Stellarm 4 der Fall, da das Klappengewicht der Kraft der Federvorrichtung 7 entgegenwirkt. Ist keine Möbelklappe am Stellarm 4 angelenkt, so wird der Stellarm 4 bei Überschreitung einer zulässigen Schwenkgeschwindigkeit durch die Brems- oder Rastvorrichtung 14 sofort in seiner momentanen Schwenklage arretiert, da beide ersten Kupplungsteile 17a und 17b durch die wirkende Zentrifugalkraft radial nach außen bewegt werden und mit der inneren Verzahnung des äußeren zweiten Kupplungsteiles 17c verrastet werden. Die Verrastung kann durch manuelle Druckausübung auf den Stellarm 4 in Richtung Schließstellung wieder gelöst werden. This is the case with a proper articulation of a furniture flap on the actuating arm 4, since the flap weight counteracts the force of the spring device 7. If no furniture flap articulated on the actuating arm 4, the actuating arm 4 is immediately locked in its current pivot position when exceeding a permissible pivoting speed by the braking or locking device 14, since both first coupling parts 17a and 17b are moved radially outwardly by the centrifugal force and with the internal teeth of the outer second coupling part 17c are latched. The latching can be released by manual pressure on the actuating arm 4 in the direction of the closed position again.

Fig. 5a zeigt die um die Drehachse R schwenkbare Steuernocke 13, die über ein Kupplungsteil 18 mit dem hier nicht dargestellten Stellarm 4 verrastbar ist. Die Steuernocke 13 weist eine Stellkontur 13a auf, die während der Schwenkbewegung der Steuernocke 13 an der Druckrolle 12 (Fig. 4b) abläuft. Die Brems- oder Rastvorrichtung 14 befindet sich zwischen den beiden Scheiben 19a und 19b der Steuernocke 13. Erkennbar ist die um die drehbare Welle 16 mit dem daran gelagerten ersten Zahnrad 15a. In Fig. 5b ist eine Explosionsdarstellung der Steuernocke 13 dargestellt. An der Außenseite der beiden Scheiben 19a und 19b ist je ein erstes Zahnrad 15a auf der gemeinsamen Welle 16 drehbar angeordnet. An der Welle 16 ist ein Rotor 21 drehfest angeordnet, an dem die beiden ersten Kupplungsteile 17a und 17b beweglich gelagert sind. Bei Überschreiten einer zulässigen Schwenkgeschwindigkeit des Stellarmes 4 werden die beiden ersten Kupplungsteile 17a und 17b mit der Verzahnung des zweiten Kupplungsteiles 17c verrastet, sodass die beiden ersten Zahnräder 15a blockieren und nicht mehr weiter an der Verzahnung 17c (Fig. 4b) ablaufen können, wodurch auch der Stellarm 4 in seiner momentanen Schwenklage arretiert wird. Fig. 4b ), whereby the actuating arm 4 is locked in its current pivot position.

In dieser Ruhestellung der beiden ersten Kupplungsteile 17a und 17b ist eine ungehinderte Bewegung der Steuernocke 13 (und damit der Stellarmes 4) um die Drehachse R möglich, sodass die Brems- oder Rastvorrichtung 14 den Bewegungsablauf einer ordnungsgemäß am Stellarm 4 angelenkten Möbelklappe nicht beeinflusst. Bei einer Öffnungsbewegung des Stellarmes 4 wird der Rotor 21 mit den daran beweglich gelagerten Kupplungsteilen 17a und 17b im Uhrzeigersinn verdreht. Fig. 7a zeigt hingegen den verrasteten Zustand der Brems- oder Rastvorrichtung 14. In diesem Zusammenhang ist noch eine Besonderheit der Erfindung zu erwähnen. In Fig. 7a und in der vergrößerten Darstellung gemäß Fig. 7b ist erkennbar, dass nur einer beiden ersten Kupplungsteile 17a und 17b (nämlich nur der Kupplungsteil 17b) mit dem äußeren zweiten Kupplungsteil 17c fest verrastet ist. Die Rastzähne 22a des ersten Kupplungsteiles 17a sind zu den Rastzähnen 22b des anderen ersten Kupplungsteiles 17b derart etwa um eine halbe Zahnweite relativ zueinander versetzt, dass beim Einrasten der Rastzähne 22b des Kupplungsteiles 17b in die Rastvertiefungen 23 des äußeren Kupplungsteiles 17c die Rastzähne 22a des Kupplungsteiles 17a gerade nicht in die Rastvertiefungen 23 des zweiten Kupplungsteiles 17c einrasten. Diese Situation ist besonders gut in Fig. 7b erkennbar. Auf diese Weise ist bei einem allfälligen Rückprallen des Kupplungsteiles 17b immer noch der in einer "Lauerstellung" befindliche Kupplungsteil 17b vorhanden, der beim Überschreiten der zulässigen Schwenkgeschwindigkeit des Stellarmes 4 mit der Rastvertiefungen 23 des zweiten Kupplungsteiles 17c verrasten kann. Selbstverständlich ist es jedoch auch möglich, dass bei einer Überschreitung einer zulässigen Schwenkgeschwindigkeit des Stellarmes 4 beide Kupplungsteile 17a und 17b gleichzeitig mit den Rastvertiefungen 23 des äußeren Kupplungsteiles 17c verrastbar sind. Claims (14)

  1. An actuating device (3) having at least one pivotally mounted actuating arm (4) for moving a furniture flap, wherein the actuating arm (4) is pressurized by a spring device (7) of the actuating device (3) about a pivoting axis (R) in an opening direction, and wherein the actuating device (3) includes an assembling securing device for the vacant actuating arm (4) on which therefore no furniture flap has yet been fitted, wherein the assembling securing device prevents accidental opening or deflection of the vacant actuating arm (4) and, for that purpose, has a braking or latching device (14) which can be moved by way of a shaft (16) and which can be moved about the pivoting axis (R) by way of a control cam (13) being firmly connected to the actuating arm (4), wherein there is provided a step-up transmission by way of which the pivoting movement of the actuating arm (4) can be converted at least over a region of the pivot travel of the actuating arm (4) in the opening direction to a greater rotary speed of the shaft (16), wherein the step-up transmission includes a gear transmission, wherein a first gear (15a) meshes with at least one second gear or a tooth arrangement (15b) having a different size, and that the first gear (15a) is arranged on the shaft (16) and the second gear or the tooth arrangement (15b) is arranged on the housing (5) of the actuating device (3).
  2. The actuating device according to claim 1, characterized in that the transmission ratio of the step-up transmission is greater than 3, preferably greater than 5.
  3. The actuating device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the step-up transmission includes an internal gear pair.
  4. The actuating device according to one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the first gear (15a) runs along the tooth arrangement (15b) upon a pivotal movement of the actuating arm (4).
  5. The actuating device according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the tooth arrangement (15b) is stationarily formed or arranged on the housing (5) of the actuating device (3).
  6. The actuating device according to one of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the braking or latching device (14) includes a centrifugal clutch.
  7. The actuating device according to claim 6, characterized in that the centrifugal clutch has at least one movably-mounted first coupling portion (17a) being configured to move from an inner rest position to an outer position in which the first coupling portion (17a) can be connected, preferably latched, to a second coupling portion (17c).
  8. The actuating device according to claim 7, characterized in that the first coupling portion (17a) and the second coupling portion (17c) are uncoupled from each other below a predetermined pivotal speed of the actuating arm (4), and that the first coupling portion (17a) and the second coupling portion (17c) can become coupled when a predetermined pivotal speed of the actuating arm (4) is exceeded.
  9. The actuating device according to claim 7 or 8, characterized in that the first coupling portion (17a) has at least one latching tooth (22a) which can be latched with a latching recess (23) formed or arranged on the second coupling portion (17c).
  10. The actuating device according to claim 9, characterized in that the first coupling portion (17a) includes a plurality of latching teeth (22a) and that the second coupling portion (17c) includes a plurality of latching recesses (23).
  11. The actuating device according to one of the claims 7 to 10, characterized in that at least two first coupling portions (17a, 17b) are provided.
  12. The actuating device according to claim 11, characterized in that the latching teeth (22b) of the first coupling portion (17b) are displaced relative to the latching teeth (22a) of the other first coupling portion (17a) through about a half tooth width relative to each other so that, upon a latching engagement of the latching teeth (22b) of the first latching portion (17b) into the latching recesses (23) of the second coupling portion (17c), the latching teeth (22a) of the other first coupling portion (17a) do not latch into the latching recesses (23) of the second coupling portion (17c).
  13. The actuating device according to one of the claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the braking or latching device (14) is arranged within or on the control cam (13) being firmly connected to the actuating arm (4) and is moved therewith.
  14. An article of furniture having an actuating device according to one of the claims 1 to 13.
