Claims (14)

  1. Dispositif destiné à envelopper une pile de produits (1) avec un film (2, 3), - avec au moins une réserve de film pour le film (2, 3), une tête d'alimentation du film (4) pour l'alimentation du film (2, 3) et avec un dispositif d'enrobage (5) pour enrober la pile de produits (1) avec le film (2, 3), le film (2, 3) étant transportable de la réserve de film vers la tête d'alimentation du film (4), la tête d'alimentation du film (4) étant déplaçable en direction d'enrobage du film (2, 3) et à l'encontre de la direction d'enrobage du film (2, 3), entre la réserve de film et la tête d'alimentation du film (4) étant prévu un accumulateur de film (15, 16) destiné à recevoir ou à accumuler du film (2, 3) lors du déplacement de la tête d'alimentation du film (4), caractérisé en ce qu'aussi bien la tête d'alimentation du film (4) qu'également le dispositif d'enrobage (5) sont déplaçables sur seulement deux mâts (6, 7) verticaux et en ce que l'accumulateur de film (15, 16) est destiné à recevoir du film (2, 3) lors du déplacement de la tête d'alimentation du film (4) dans la direction d'enrobage et à distribuer du film (2, 3) lors du déplacement de la tête d'alimentation du film (4) à l'encontre de la direction d'enrobage.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la tête d'alimentation du film (4) comporte deux éléments latéraux ou parois latérales (10), chaque élément latéral ou paroi latérale (10) étant associé(e) à l'un des deux mats verticaux (6, 7) et lors du déplacement de la tête d'alimentation du film (4) étant guidé(e) le long de la paroi extérieure (12) du mât vertical (6, 7) associé.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément latéral ou chaque paroi latérale (10) s'appuie sur au moins un élément d'appui, de préférence sur au moins un galet d'appui (11) sur la face extérieure (12) du mât vertical (6, 7) associé.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément latéral ou chaque paroi latérale (10) s'appuie sur au moins un élément d'appui, notamment sur au moins un galet d'appui (36) et de préférence sur au moins deux éléments d'appui, notamment sur au moins deux galets d'appui (36) sur la face avant (37) du mât vertical (6, 7) associé.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément latéral ou chaque paroi latérale (10) s'appuie sur au moins un élément d'appui, notamment sur au moins un galet d'appui (38) et de préférence sur au moins deux éléments d'appui, notamment sur au moins deux galets d'appui (38) sur la face arrière (39) du mât vertical (6, 7) associé.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'écart entre l'élément d'appui supérieur supporté sur la face avant (37) d'un mât vertical (6, 7) ou l'écart entre le galet d'appui (36) supérieur soutenu sur la face avant (37) d'un mât vertical (6, 7) et l'élément d'appui inférieur soutenu sur la face arrière (39) dudit mât vertical (6, 7) ou le galet d'appui (36) inférieur soutenu sur la face arrière (39) dudit mât vertical (6, 7) correspond à au moins 30 %, de préférence à au moins 40 % de l'écart entre le centre de gravité de la tête d'alimentation du film et le plan compris entre les faces avant (37) des mâts verticaux (6, 7).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'écart entre l'élément d'appui supérieur supporté sur la face arrière (39) d'un mât vertical (6, 7) ou l'écart entre le galet d'appui (38) supérieur soutenu sur la face arrière (37) d'un mât vertical (6, 7) et l'élément d'appui inférieur soutenu sur la face avant (37) dudit mât vertical (6, 7) ou le galet d'appui (38) inférieur soutenu sur la face avant (37) dudit mât vertical (6, 7) correspond à au moins 35 %, de préférence à au moins 45 % de l'écart entre le centre de gravité de la tête d'alimentation du film (4) et le plan compris entre les faces avant (37) des mâts verticaux (6, 7).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les composants de la tête d'alimentation du film (4) sont disposés à l'extérieur de l'espace intermédiaire présent entre les deux mâts verticaux (6, 7).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu au moins un entraînement pour le dispositif d'enrobage (5), au moyen de l'entraînement, le dispositif d'enrobage (5) étant déplaçable dans la direction d'enrobage ou à l'encontre de la direction d'enrobage, la tête d'alimentation du film (4) étant également déplaçable à l'aide de l'entraînement du dispositif d'enrobage (5).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que lors du déplacement, la tête d'alimentation du film (4) s'appuie sur le dispositif d'enrobage (5), l'ensemble formé par la tête d'alimentation du film (4) et le dispositif d'enrobage (5) étant déplaçable en commun dans la direction d'enrobage ou à l'encontre de la direction d'enrobage.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'accumulateur de film (15, 16) comporte deux cylindres de renvoi (17, 18) pour le film (2, 3) ainsi qu'un rouleau tendeur (19) pour le film (2, 3), l'écart entre le rouleau tendeur (19) et les cylindres de renvoi (17, 18) étant variable et la quantité de film accumulé étant réglable par variation dudit écart.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une première réserve de film pour un premier film (2) et une deuxième réserve de film pour un deuxième film (3), la tête d'alimentation du film (4) étant aménagée pour l'alimentation au choix du premier film (2) ou du deuxième film (3), entre le première réserve de film et la tête d'alimentation du film (4) étant prévu un premier accumulateur de film (15) destiné à recevoir ou à accumuler le premier film (2) lors du déplacement de la tête d'alimentation du film (4) et entre la deuxième réserve de film et la tête d'alimentation du film (4) étant prévu un deuxième accumulateur de film (16) destiné à recevoir ou à accumuler le deuxième film (3) lors du déplacement de la tête d'alimentation du film (4).
  13. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que lors de l'enrobage de la pile de produit (1) avec le film (2, 3), le dispositif d'enrobage (5) est disposé sensiblement à la perpendiculaire des deux mâts verticaux (6, 7) et en ce que le dispositif d'enrobage (5) peut se pivoter autour d'un axe de pivotement horizontal en direction des deux mâts verticaux (6, 7).
  14. Procédé d'actionnement d'un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, du film (2, 3) étant transporté à partir d'au moins une réserve de film vers la tête d'alimentation du film (4) le film alimenté par la tête d'alimentation du film (4) étant enrobé autour d'une pile de produits (1), pour la maintenance du dispositif, la tête d'alimentation du film (4) étant déplacée en direction d'enrobage du film (2, 3) dans une position de maintenance, entre la réserve de film et la tête d'alimentation du film (4) étant prévu un accumulateur de film (15, 16) destiné à recevoir ou à accumuler le film (2, 3) lors du déplacement de la tête d'alimentation du film (4), caractérisé en ce que lors du déplacement de la tête d'alimentation du film (4) en direction d'enrobage, du film (2, 3) est réceptionné par l'accumulateur de film (15, 16) et en ce que lors du déplacement de la tête d'alimentation du film (4) à l'encontre de la direction d'enrobage, du film (2, 3) est distribué par l'accumulateur de film (15, 16).
