Schmelzofen mit unendlicher Ofenreise Furnace with infinite furnace travel
The invention relates to methods and apparatus of a furnace with infinite furnace travel. This is realized by the continuous / periodic, ie cyclic, exchange, in the most optimal case of all, the furnace interior / melting space surrounding components of the furnace by the components are modular row / joinable, move in a particular direction, this one special Have shape and held by suitable recordings and moved and / or rotated, the furnace interior / melting space remains stationary.
Such a melting furnace is known inter alia from the document DE 43 27 237 C1.
Previous systems in the field of glass melting technology are kiln systems, which are constructed from selected refractory materials. In the simplest case, they essentially consist of a base plate, the side walls, the vault and the end walls, which together enclose the furnace interior / melting space. In order to keep the individual components in their fixed position and to absorb the forces that are considerable in some areas, extensive steel structures are necessary, which are summarized under the term anchors. The entire glass melting furnace is subject to wear (corrosion / erosion) and therefore has a limited life (furnace travel). In particular, in the field of supply of the glass raw materials (Einlegervorbau) and the glass outlet (flushing edge) is a strong wear of the glass contact stones.
AufgabeThis type of furnace construction for melting glass is short-lived, cost-intensive and uneconomical in view of today's modern mechanical components, data evaluation systems and control options. task
An exchange of worn components of the glass melting furnace is due to the high temperature, only by switching off and tempering the entire glass melting furnace possible, whereby the production of glass over a long period of time is prevented.
A repair of worn components, without switching off and tempering, is only possible to a limited extent and extends the oven travel of the glass melting furnace only insignificantly.
After a few years, the entire glass melting furnace must be completely renewed.
The invention is therefore based on the object to provide methods and devices with which the furnace travel of furnaces can be infinite by the worn components of the furnace is realized by the continuous / periodic, ie cyclic, replacement of all components of the furnace, the components modular contiguous to each other, move in a certain direction, in this case have a special shape and held by suitable recordings and moved and / or rotated, the furnace interior / melting space remains stationary.
The object of the invention is achieved by the characteristics of the claims, methods 1 to 39 and apparatus 40 to 66.
The respective embodiments are specified in the subclaims.

Fig. 7 shows an arc segment of the entire side wall with vault (10.1), in the form of a horizontal, straight hollow cylinder whose straight cutting plane is parallel to the surface line, wherein orthogonal to the cutting plane two identical, parallel circular ring segments are formed, the base and top surface of the arc segment the entire side wall with vault (10.1), the center of which, with respect to a full circle ring, lies outside the center of the surface of these segments and passes through the X axis, with the h = 0, the base and top surfaces, of the Arc segment of the entire side wall with vault (10.1), each resulting as circular rings, whereby the arc segment of the entire side wall with vault (10.1) would be a straight hollow cylinder, wherein the radius difference R2-R1, (for R1 <R2) the wall thickness of the arc segment of the entire side wall with vault (10.1) represents and the two cut surfaces, the straight hollow cylinder, the Boge nsegment the entire side wall with vault (10.1), each one Rectangles, which are in the XY-plane for Z = h, for h> 0, and whose smallest distances are each R1 from the X-axis, lie on the surface of the bottom (1) facing the furnace interior / melting space, to delimit the furnace interior / melting space, wherein the arc segment of the entire side wall with vault (10.1) consists of the respective requirements corresponding individual pieces (10.1a, 10.1b, 10.1c), in the form that from the Z-plane, for Z = h, each of the glass contact blocks, formed as a palisade, the Seitenwandeinzelteilstück (10.1a), whereupon the burner block is constructed as Brennersteininzelteilstück (10.1 b), and the vault formed vault Einzelteilstück (10.1c), which together form the partial hollow cylinder of the arc segment of form the entire side wall with a vault (10.1) whose curved inner lateral surface delimits the lateral surface of the furnace interior / melting chamber; Fig. 8 shows the entire side wall with vault (10), in the form that the individual arc segments of the entire side wall with vault (10.1 to 10.n) at their respective base and top surfaces lined up / joined, in the form in that the two cut surfaces, the straight part hollow cylinder, of the respective arcuate segments of the entire side wall with vaults (10.1 to 10.n), each being a rectangle lying in the XY plane for Z = h and whose smallest distance are each R1 of the X-axis is in a plane and on the furnace interior / melting space facing surface of the bottom (1) to delimit the furnace interior / melting space, the total number of arc segments of the entire side wall with vault (10.1 to 10. n), the entire side wall with vault (10), at least one covering of the entire domed shell of the furnace interior / melting space and form the entire side wall with vault (10) in a given direction transl atorically moving, moving direction-D, along the X-axis, in the direction of positive X-values, while continuously / periodically, ie cyclically, feeding new arc segments of the entire side wall with vault (11), takes place at the side for negative X values and worn / used arcuate segments of the entire vaulted sidewall (12), on the positive X-value side, are removed, with the speed of movement of the entire vaulted sidewall (10) proceeding in the same manner as wear Wear of the individual arc segment of the entire side wall with vault (10.1 to 10.n) takes place. It is of course also conceivable that the raw material supply and / or the removal of the melt (13) via the bottom (1) takes place, in the way that suitable openings in selected individual parts of the bottom (1 a) are present, in this case is a infinite oven travel without interrupting the Schmelzgutflusses possible. The supply of raw materials, energy, the discharge of molten material (13), exhaust gases and the introduction of probes or other, can also, as is technically feasible, through suitable openings in all modules (1, 4, 7, 10, 14, 17, 20, 23), or the respective individual pieces (1a, 4a, 7a, 10.1a to 10. na, 10.1b to 10.nb, 10.1c to 10.nc, 14a, 17a, 20a, 23a) of respective subassemblies (1, 4, 7, 10, 14, 17, 20, 23), or in individual individual sections (1a, 4a, 7a, 10.1a to 10. na, 10.1 b to 10.nb, 10.1c to 10. nc, 14a, 17a, 20a, 23a) of the respective assemblies (1, 4, 7, 10, 14, 17, 20, 23) to be incorporated, this also applies to partitions or individual parts of partitions; with suitable design of the burner openings of the individual Burnersteineinelteilstücke (10.1b to 10th nb), it is possible to carry out the exhaust gases also through this opening after removal of the burner.
By raising or lowering the individual part of the floor (1a), as shown in FIG. 9, from the plane of the total area of the floor (1), a change of the flow in the melt (13) or barriers in the melt (13) can favor flow fields in the melt (13) or support for the discharge, or local binding, of foreign bodies in the melt (13) as well as the increase of individual part of the soil (1a) to change the gaseous flow fields in the upper furnace, as well as for tracking the individual part of the Floor (1a) in the case of an existing wear of the individual part of the floor (1a), or also a transverse displacement of the individual part of the floor (1a), with a corresponding design of the individual part of the floor (1a), from the plane of the total area of the floor (1), this transverse displacements, as well as the tracking with existing wear, of course, for all other individual pieces (4a, 7a, 10.1a to 10. na, 10.1b to 10.nb, 10.1c to 10.nc, 14a, 17a, 20a, 23a) of the respective assemblies (4, 7, 10, 14, 17, 20, 23) for a wide variety of skilled in the art , Changes in the molten bath (13) or for changes in the gaseous phases or the like, are possible.
For easier juxtaposition / add the individual individual pieces of the end wall (4a, 7a), or the individual parts of an intermediate wall, between individually separated chambers, the individual parts of the end wall (4a, 7a), or individual parts of the intermediate wall, instead of the shape of a Straight cylinder sector in the form of a straight Hollow cylinder sector be formed, in both cases, the cylinder sector and the hollow cylinder sector is followed by the term cylinder sector. The arcuate segments of the entire vaulted side wall (10.1 to 10.n) may also be made up of several different individual pieces (10.1a, 10.1b, 10.1c), as the three specified individual pieces (10.1a, 10.1b, 10.1c), the side wall piece ( 10.1a), the burner block piece (10.1b) and the vault piece (10.1c), which can also move against each other and / or move at different speeds; the vault (10.1c to 10th nc) can also be called a ceiling in a flat design; Also, the arcuate segments of the entire side wall with vault (10.1 to 10.n), as well as the other modules (1, 4, 7, 14, 17, 20, 23), fulfill other tasks beyond their intended purpose, the Arc segments of the entire side wall with vault (10.1 to 10.n) across the cover of the furnace across a cover for further processes of the melt (13), z. Example, as a cover of conveying paths of the melt (13) or a cover for the exhaust duct, up to the delivery of the exhaust gases to the atmosphere and with appropriate execution, the recuperative process, the cooling of the combustion air take over.
