Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif de collecte et de transport pour des piles formées par des couches de feuilles, comprenant un transporteur d'amenée (1) pour les couches de feuilles, comprenant
    - un poste de collecte (3) dans lequel des piles (4) sont formées à partir des couches de feuilles,
    - un transport de sortie (7) pour l'évacuation des piles finies (4), et
    - un dispositif de transfert pour déplacer les piles (4) du poste de collecte (3) jusqu'au transporteur de sortie (7),
    - le poste de collecte (3) contenant une rangée d'éléments d'appui (6) et une rangée d'éléments de limitation et de secouage (8),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de transfert contient une rangée d'éléments coulissants (10), chaque élément coulissant (10) étant à chaque fois déplacé transversalement conjointement avec un élément d'appui (6) et un élément de limitation et de secouage (8).
  2. Dispositif de collecte et de transport selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'unité constituée d'un élément coulissant (10), d'un élément d'appui (6) et d'un élément de limitation et de secouage (8) peut être déplacée transversalement au moyen d'un élément de réglage unique, notamment une tige de réglage (13).
  3. Dispositif de collecte et de transport selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément de limitation et de secouage (8) se compose à chaque fois de deux pièces de support horizontales (8.1) disposée à distance l'une de l'autre, avec une pièce de limitation coudée verticalement vers le bas (8.2), une plaque de secouage (8.3) servant d'élément de secouage étant disposée entre les deux pièces de limitation (8.2) et un élément coulissant (10) se composant de deux barres coulissantes espacées (10.1), qui sont disposées latéralement à côté d'une pièce de support (8.1) d'un élément de limitation et de secouage (8) et en ce qu'un élément d'appui (6) est disposé entre les deux pièces de support (8.1) d'un élément de limitation et de secouage (8).
  4. Dispositif de collecte et de transport selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé par
    une ou plusieurs sections de transport pour les couches de feuilles et/ou les piles (4), qui sont formées de surfaces planes d'éléments de support, qui
    - sont fabriqués en un matériau en céramique poreux avec des pores ouverts, les pores ayant un diamètre moyen inférieur à 100 µm, de préférence inférieur à 20 µm, et
    - dont le côté inférieur est raccordé à une alimentation en air sous pression.
  5. Dispositif de collecte et de transport selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le poste de collecte (3) présente une rangée d'éléments d'appui (6) qui s'étendent jusqu'à un transport de sortie configuré sous forme de transporteur transversal (7) et qui sont fabriqués en tant qu'éléments de support en un matériau en céramique poreux avec des pores ouverts.
  6. Dispositif de collecte et de transport selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le transporteur transversal (7) et/ou les barres de support (10.2) servant de dépôt intermédiaire sont également fabriqués en un matériau en céramique poreux.
