Gleichzeitig wird aber eine Versteifung und insbesondere eine Erhöhung der Zugfestigkeit in dem Bereich zur Verfügung gestellt, in dem die höchste Belastung auftritt, wenn die Holzwerkstoffplatte als Bauplatte eingesetzt wird. Claims (3)
- A method of manufacturing an OSB panel consisting of spread shavings of wood in the usual continuous or batch process, said method comprising glass fibres or rockwool fibres being initially mixed in a resonator with a pulverulent adhesive or with an injected liquid adhesive, then spread as additional upper and lower outer layer for the panel and subsequently compression moulded together with the spread shavings of wood.
- A method according to Claim 1, characterized in that the glass fibres or rockwool fibres are bonded to the shavings of wood using phenol-formaldehyde resoles or phenol-formaldehyde novolaks.
- A method according to Claim 1, characterized in that fire and/or flame retardants, VOC and formaldehyde traps, fungicides and/or agents against termite infestation are admixed.
