Claims (12)

  1. Procédé pour aligner des pièces (2) en utilisant un dispositif (1)
    pour l'usinage de pièces (2) qui consistent de préférence, au moins par sections, en du bois, des matériaux à bois, du plastique ou similaire, dans lequel le dispositif comprend :
    un appareil de transport (4) pour transporter les pièces (2) dans une direction de transport (F) ;
    un appareil de détection optique électronique (30) pour détecter une position d'une structure tridimensionnelle (5) des pièces (2) transportées sur l'appareil de transport (4), dans lequel la structure (5) est disposée entre une première surface étroite de pièce (6) et une seconde surface étroite de pièce (7) qui délimitent la pièce (2) latéralement dans la direction de transport (F) ; et
    un premier appareil d'alignement (20) pour déplacer et aligner les pièces (2) transportées sur l'appareil de transport (4) sur la base d'un résultat de détection de l'appareil de détection (30), dans lequel le premier appareil d'alignement (20) présente un premier élément d'alignement (22) qui peut être déplacé transversalement à la direction de transport (F) ; et
    un appareil d'usinage (10) pour usiner la première et/ou la seconde surface étroite de pièce (6, 7), qui présente au moins un premier moyen d'usinage (11) en aval du premier élément d'alignement (22),
    dans lequel le procédé comprend les étapes de :
    transport d'une pièce (2) au moyen de l'appareil de transport (4) ;
    détection d'une position d'une structure tridimensionnelle (5) des pièces (2) transportées sur l'appareil de transport (4), dans lequel la structure (5) est disposée entre une première surface étroite de pièce (6) et une seconde surface étroite de pièce (7), qui délimitent la pièce (2) latéralement dans la direction de transport (F), sur la pièce, dans lequel la structure tridimensionnelle est un chanfrein ou un arrondi pressé dans une presse de surface de sorte que les pièces usinées forment un joint lorsqu'elles sont placées ensemble,
    déplacement et alignement de la pièce (2) transportée sur l'appareil de transport (4) sur la base du résultat de détection de l'appareil de détection (30) transversalement à la direction de transport (F),
    dans lequel la détection et/ou le déplacement et/ou l'alignement sont réalisés pendant que la pièce (2) est transportée dans la direction de transport (F) ;
    usinage d'au moins une surface étroite de pièce (6, 7).
  2. Procédé pour aligner des pièces (2) utilisant un dispositif (1)
    pour l'usinage de pièces (2) qui consistent de préférence, au moins par sections, en du bois, des matériaux à bois, du plastique ou similaire, dans lequel le dispositif comprend :
    un appareil de transport (4) pour transporter les pièces (2) dans une direction de transport (F) ;
    un appareil de détection optique électronique (30) pour détecter une position d'une structure tridimensionnelle (5) des pièces (2) transportées sur l'appareil de transport (4), dans lequel la structure (5) est disposée entre une première surface étroite de pièce (6) et une seconde surface étroite de pièce (7) qui délimitent la pièce (2) latéralement dans la direction de transport (F) ;
    au moins un appareil d'usinage (10) pour usiner la première et/ou de la seconde surface étroite de pièce (6, 7), qui présente au moins un premier moyen d'usinage (11) qui peut être déplacé transversalement par rapport à la direction de transport (F) sur la base d'un résultat de détection de l'appareil de détection (30),
    dans lequel le procédé comprend les étapes de :
    transport d'une pièce (2) au moyen de l'appareil de transport (4) ;
    détection d'une position d'une structure tridimensionnelle (5) des pièces (2) transportées sur l'appareil de transport (4), dans lequel la structure (5) est disposée entre une première surface étroite de pièce (6) et une seconde surface étroite de pièce (7), qui délimitent la pièce (2) latéralement dans la direction de transport (F), sur la pièce, dans lequel la structure tridimensionnelle est un chanfrein ou un arrondi pressé dans une presse de surface de sorte que les pièces usinées forment un joint lorsqu'elles sont placées ensemble,
    procédé d'au moins un moyen d'usinage (11, 12) de l'appareil d'usinage (10) pour usiner la première et/ou la seconde surface étroite de pièce (6, 7) transversalement à la direction de transport (F) sur la base du résultat de détection de l'appareil de détection (30),
    dans lequel le procédé est réalisé pendant que la pièce (2) est transportée dans la direction de transport (F).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce
    qu'une étape de procédé de placage de bord est réalisée en aval de l'étape de procédé d'usinage.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil d'usinage (10) réalise une opération de fraisage.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce
    que la structure (5) est appliquée sur la pièce (2) en amont de la détection d'une position de la structure tridimensionnelle (5).
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un appareil d'application de bord (27) est disposé en aval de l'appareil d'usinage (10).
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil d'usinage (10) présente au moins un second moyen d'usinage (12), dans lequel le premier moyen d'usinage (11) agit de préférence sur la première surface étroite de pièce (6) et le second moyen d'usinage (12) agit de préférence sur la seconde surface étroite de pièce (7), dans lequel le plus préférentiellement plusieurs premiers moyens d'usinage (11) et plusieurs seconds moyens d'usinage (12) sont prévus.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux des premiers moyens d'usinage (11) et/ou deux des seconds moyens d'usinage (12) peuvent être déplacés par commande indépendamment les uns des autres transversalement à la direction de transport (F).
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un second appareil d'alignement (24) est prévu pour déplacer et aligner les pièces (2) transportées sur l'appareil de transport (4) sur la base d'un résultat de détection de l'appareil de détection (30) et/ou d'un autre appareil de détection, qui présente au moins un premier élément d'alignement (25), qui est mobile transversalement par rapport à la direction de transport (F).
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le second appareil d'alignement (24) présente au moins un second élément d'alignement (26) mobile transversalement par rapport à la direction de transport (F), dans lequel le premier élément d'alignement (25) agit de préférence sur la première surface étroite de pièce (6) et le second élément d'alignement (26) agit de préférence sur la seconde surface étroite de pièce (7), dans lequel le plus préférentiellement plusieurs premiers éléments d'alignement (25) et plusieurs seconds éléments d'alignement (26) sont prévus.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux des premiers éléments d'alignement (25) et/ou deux des seconds éléments d'alignement (26) peuvent être déplacés indépendamment les uns des autres de manière commandée transversalement à la direction de transport (F).
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 11, s'il dépend de la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un des premiers éléments d'alignement (25) est interposé entre les premiers moyens d'usinage (11) et/ou un des seconds éléments d'alignement (26) est interposé entre les seconds moyens d'usinage (12) par rapport à la direction de transport (F).
