Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif (1), pour orienter des pièces d'oeuvre (2) composées, de préférence, au moins par tronçons, en bois, matériaux ligneux, matière synthétique ou analogue, comprenant :
    un dispositif de transport (10), pour transporter les pièces d'oeuvre (2) dans une direction de passage ;
    un dispositif de commande ;
    un dispositif de détection (20) électronique, en particulier optique, pour détecter une position des pièces d'oeuvre (2) transportées sur le dispositif de transport (10), et
    un dispositif d'orientation (30), pour déplacer et orienter les pièces d'oeuvre (2) transportées sur le dispositif de transport (10), d'après un résultat de détection du dispositif de détection (20),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif d'orientation (30) présente au moins un élément d'orientation (32, 34), déplaçable, au moins dans certaines limites, dans la direction de passage, et
    le dispositif de commande commandant le dispositif d'orientation de manière que le dispositif d'orientation actionne, en particulier saisisse, la pièce d'oeuvre, déjà avant la détection de la position.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le au moins un élément d'orientation (32, 34) est déplaçable transversalement à la direction de passage, et précisément simultanément à un déplacement du au moins un élément d'orientation (32, 34) dans la direction de passage.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le au moins un élément d'orientation (32, 34) est réalisé en tant qu'élément préhenseur.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément d'orientation (32, 34) est réalisé en tant qu'élément pousseur.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente au moins deux éléments d'orientation (32, 34), déplaçables indépendamment l'un de l'autre, au moins dans la direction de passage.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément d'orientation est respectivement prévu sur des côtés opposés du dispositif de transport (10).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux éléments d'orientation (32, 34), déplaçables indépendamment l'un de l'autre, de préférence au moins transversalement à la direction de passage, sont prévu sur au moins un côté du dispositif de transport (10).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente en outre un deuxième dispositif de transport (40), monté en aval du dispositif de transport (10), au moins un élément d'orientation (34) étant déplaçable, également au moins par tronçons, dans la direction de passage, dans la zone du deuxième dispositif de transport (40).
  9. Procédé pour orienter des pièces d'oeuvre (2), faisant utilisation d'un dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    transporter une pièce d'oeuvre (2) au moyen du dispositif de transport (10),
    détecter une position de la pièce d'oeuvre (2) transportée sur le dispositif de transport (10),
    déplacer et orienter la pièce d'oeuvre (2) transportée sur le dispositif de transport (10), d'après le résultat de détection du dispositif de détection (20),
    la détection et/ou le déplacement ou l'orientation étant effectués pendant que la pièce d'oeuvre (2) est transportée dans la direction de passage,
    la pièce d'oeuvre (2) étant actionnée, en particulier saisie, par le dispositif d'orientation (30), déjà avant la détection de la position.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'oeuvre (2) n'est libérée du dispositif d'orientation (30), que lorsque la pièce d'oeuvre (2) a été transférée à un deuxième dispositif de transport (40), monté en aval.
