Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine Türanordnung mit einer derartigen Türverschließvorrichtung. Durch diese Schaltcharakteristik des als Sprungschalter ausgebildeten elektrischen Schalters 8 wird in vorteilhafter Weise eine Türverschließvorrichtung 1 geschaffen, bei welcher beim Schließen der Tür erst das mechanische Verriegeln ermöglicht und anschließend der elektrische Schalter 8 in seinen geschlossenen Schaltzustand geschaltet wird, und bei welcher beim Öffnen der Tür erst die Verriegelungsstellung überschritten und anschließend der elektrische Schalter 8 in seinen offenen Schaltzustand geschaltet wird. Hierdurch wird erreicht, dass sowohl bei einem Üffnungsversuch der Tür von einer Bedienperson der elektrische Schalter 8 nicht unabsichtlich geöffnet wird, also auch das mechanische Verriegeln der Tür immer ermöglicht ist, wenn der elektrische Schalter 8 geschlossen ist. Ein sicheres Starten eines Prozesses des Hausgeräts, beispielsweise eines Waschvorgangs, sowie ein sicheres Betreiben des Hausgeräts wird somit gewährleistet.As a result of this switching characteristic of the

- Door closing device (1) for a domestic appliance, with a base body (4) having a receptacle (3) in which a door-side closing element (2) is movable during closing of a door of the domestic appliance, with an electrical switch (8), which can be switched over in a closed setting of the closing element (2) and by way of which an information signal signalling the closed setting of the closing element (2) can be communicated to a control unit, and with a locking device (12) for mechanical locking of the door, wherein the mechanical locking is made possible in a locking setting of the closing element (2), characterised in that the closing element (2) during closing of the door is moved from the locking setting to the closed setting in which the switch (8) is switched over by closing of the door.
- Door closing device (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that in the closed setting of the closing element (2) the switch (8) can be switched over to a closed switching state.
- Door closing device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that in an open setting of the closing element (2) the electrical switch (8) can be switched over when the door is opened, wherein the closing element (2) is movable from the locking setting to the opening setting when the door is opened.
- Door closing device (1) according to claim 3, characterised in that in an open setting of the closing element (2) the electrical switch (8) can be switched over to an open switching state when the door is opened.
- Door closing device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the electrical switch (8) is constructed as a jump switch.
- Door closing device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the electrical switch (8) comprises a contact element pair (9, 10), of which one contact element (10) is connected by way of a spring element (24) with an actuating element (23) actuable at least indirectly by the closing element (2).
- Door closing device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised by a pushing element (5) which is displaceable with respect to the base body (4) by means of the closing element (2) and by means of which the electrical switch (8) is switchable.
- Door closing device (1) according to claim 7, characterised in that the pushing element (5) has a flange-like projection (11) which protrudes therefrom and by means of which the electrical switch (8) is switchable.
- Door closing device (1) according to one of claims 7 and 8, characterised in that the pushing element (5) has a receiving opening (6) for reception (3) of the closing element (2) and is displaceable by exertion, which is produced by the closing element (2), of a force on a side wall (7) of the receiving opening (6).
- Door closing device (1) according to any one of claims 7 to 9, characterised in that the locking device (12) has an opening (14), which is formed in the pushing element (5) and into which a corresponding locking element (13), particularly a locking pin, is introducible in the locking setting of the closing element (2).
- Door closing device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised by an electrical locking switch (15) which is switchable to a closed switching state when the door is locked.
- Door closing device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the domestic appliance is a domestic appliance for treatment of articles of laundry.
- Door arrangement for a domestic appliance, with a door with a closing element (2) and with a door closing device (1), which is at the domestic appliance, according to any one of claims 1 to 12.
- Method of closing a door of a domestic appliance with the help of a door closing device (1), wherein a closing element (2) at the door is moved into a receptacle (3) of the door closing device (1) when the door is closed, an electrical switch (8) by way of which an information signal signalling a closed setting of the closing element (2) is communicated to a control unit, is switched over on attainment of the closed setting of the closing element (2), and a mechanical locking of the door is made possible by means of the locking device (12) in a locking setting of the closing element (2), characterised in that the closing element (2) is moved, when the door is closed, from the locking setting to the closed setting in which the switch (8) is switched over by the closing of the door.
