  1. A motor vehicle according to claim 1, characterised in that the motor vehicle (1) is provided with a tailgate (35), in that the tailgate (35) has a cutout opening (34), in which a rear window (25) is arranged in a closed position and can be locked to the tailgate (35), in that the rear window (25) can be pivoted from the closed position into an open position and back, in that a rear end (15) of at least one hinge bracket (7) is fastened to an upper edge portion (24) of the rear window (25), in that a front end (6) of the respective hinge bracket (7) opposing this is mounted on a roof portion (2) of a body of the motor vehicle (1).
  3. A motor vehicle according to claim 2, characterised in that the respective rear end portion (15) of the respective hinge bracket (7) is fastened by means of a respective adjustment component (17) to the upper edge portion (24) of the rear window (25) by means for fastening (21, 22; 26, 27) and an adjustment element (19), in that the slot (44) is formed to adjust the position of the upper edge portion (24) of the rear window (25) with respect to the roof portion of the body in the adjustment component (17), and in that the slot (44) with a fastening means (22) arranged therein allows a rotation about a second fastening means (21) in a predetermined region, so that the position of the upper edge portion (24) of the rear window (25) can be changed.
  4. A motor vehicle according to claim 3, characterised in that the respective adjustment component (17) has a rear window-side portion (57), which is arranged by means for fastening (26, 27) on the upper edge portion (24) of the rear window (25), and in that provided on the adjustment component (17) is a hinge bracket-side portion (55), which is fastened by means for fastening (21, 22) to a fastening face (16) of the rear end portion (15) of the respective hinge bracket (7).
  5. A motor vehicle according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the means for fastening (21, 22; 26, 27) are screws, which are screwed by means of through-openings and separate nuts or in through-openings ((7), 58, 59; (17, 57), 69, 70) provided with threaded portions (66, 67; 71, 72), the through-openings (58, 59) and the optionally present threaded portions (66, 67) being formed in the portion (15) of the respective hinge bracket (7) and the through-openings (69, 70) and the optionally present threaded portions (71, 72) being formed in the rear window-side portion (57) of the adjustment component (17).
  6. A motor vehicle according to any one of the preceding claims 3 to 5, characterised in that the adjustment element (19) has a support portion (42) and a threaded portion (68), in that the threaded portion (68) of the adjustment element (19) can be screwed in a through-opening (63), which is formed in the rear window-side portion (57) of the adjustment component (17) and has a threaded portion (64).
  7. A motor vehicle according to any one of the preceding claims 3 to 6, characterised in that the adjustment element (19) has, on its support portion (42), a tool engagement face (43).
  8. A motor vehicle according to any one of the preceding claims 3 to 7, characterised in that the adjustment element (19) has, on its upper end (45), a tool engagement face (43).
  9. A motor vehicle according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the slot (44) runs in the direction of a pivoting movement of the rear end portion (15) of the hinge bracket (7).
  10. A motor vehicle according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the slot (44) runs adjacent to an end face (65) of the rear end portion (15) of the hinge bracket (7).
  11. A motor vehicle according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a component (28) is fastened to the upper edge portion (24) of the rear window (25).
  12. A motor vehicle according to claim 11, characterised in that the component (28) is a spoiler.
  13. A motor vehicle according to any one of the preceding claims 3 to 12, characterised in that a support face (18) is formed on the rear end portion (15) of the hinge bracket (7) and in that the support portion (42) of the adjustment element (19) is supported on the support face (18) when the adjustment element (19) is mounted in the rear window-side portion (57).
  14. A motor vehicle according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the screws (26, 27) additionally have, on their respective screwed end (40, 41), which adjoins the screw head, tool engagement faces, by means of which the screws (26, 27) can be rotated.
  15. A motor vehicle according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a displacement path s of a means for fastening (22) in the slot (44) is 10 to 20 mm.
