Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Bewehrungselement, nämlich ein Bewehrungsnetz oder -korb zur Verlegung in Betonbauteile, bestehend aus Längsstäben und damit verbundenen Querstäben die teilweise oder alle endständige Schlaufen aufweisen.The present invention relates to a reinforcing element, namely a reinforcing mesh or cage for laying in concrete components, consisting of longitudinal bars and associated transverse bars which partially or all terminal loops have.
Die Enden von Längs- oder Querstäben von Bewehrungsmatten oder -körben mit endständigen Schlaufen zu versehen ist bekannt und die Gründe hierfür sind unterschiedlich. In vielen Fällen, insbesondere bei Bewehrungskörben ist es erforderlich gewisse Längs- oder Querstäbe mit einer Endschlaufe zu versehen um die erforderliche, überdeckte Zugstablänge zu erreichen. Bei Bewehrungskörben, sogenannten Kragplattenanschlusselementen, ist dies beispielweise seit langem üblich. Hierzu wird beispielesweise auf die

Bewehrungselemente und insbesondere Bewehrungskörbe mit solchen endständigen offenen Schlaufen an den Quer- oder Längsstabenden vermögen zwar Sicherheitstechnisch zu genügen, doch weisen sie im Gebrauch wesentliche Nachteile auf. Derartig gestaltete Bewehrungsmatten oder Bewehrungskörbe müssen für den Transport gestapelt werden. Hierbei verschieben sich diese Netze oder Körbe relativ zueinander und beim Anheben zum Zwecke des Verladens verbiegen sich die Netze oder Körbe elastisch und hierbei verhaken sich die gebildeten endständigen Schlaufen miteinander beziehungsweise mit anderen Quer- oder Längsstäbe benachbarter Bewehrungsmatten oder -körbe. Hierbei muss man um entsprechende Hohlräume beziehungsweise grössere Lufteinschlüsse zu vermeiden mit sogenannten Vibrationsnadeln arbeiten. Diese Vibrationsnadeln werden von oben her in die Wandverschalung abgesenkt. Hierbei kommt es immer wieder vor, dass die Vibrationsnadeln nicht einfach senkrecht auf und ab bewegt werden sondern praktisch jede beliebige Lage einnehmen können. Auf der Baustelle haben sich vermehrt Probleme gezeigt, dass Vibrationsnadeln sich hinter den offenen Haken der Bewehrungskörben verheddern. Dies kann sehr zeitaufwendig sein bis man die Vibrationsnadel wieder frei bekommt und in extremen Fällen kann es zu einem völligen Verlust der Vibrationsnadel führen.When laying such reinforcement mats or reinforcement cages with the terminal loops, these terminal loops come to rest in a wall formwork during further processing and are then embedded in concrete. Problematisch ist dies insbesondere auch dann wenn beide Enden der Querstäbe 2 mit entsprechenden mindestens annähernd geschlossenen Schlaufen 3 versehen sind. Verlaufen die beiden Biegelinien 4 relativ nahe beieinander so ist dieses Problem besonders gravierend. Claims (9)
- A reinforcement element, namely a reinforcement mat or reinforcement cage for laying into concrete components, consisting of longitudinal bars (1) and transverse bars (2) connected thereto which are made of steel, some of them or all of them having terminal loops (3), wherein the loops (3) are formed into at least approximately closed loops which run in the plane of the mat or run in the plane of the mat from which the reinforcement cage has been formed, characterized in that the loops have at least approximately a drop shape, and the distance (d2) of a longitudinal or transverse rod's (1, 2) end bent into a loop (3) from the straightly extending portion of the same longitudinal or transverse rod corresponds maximally to the diameter (d1) of this longitudinal or transverse rod.
