Claims (13)

  1. Power tool, in particular portable power tool, such as an angle grinder for example, having a protective hood (1) which is intended to be fastened to a clamping neck (2) of the power tool via a clamping band (6) which is intended to be placed around the clamping neck (2) and to be clamped via an actuating element (10), said clamping band having a pivoting section (7) which is acted upon by the actuating element (10) and is pivotable into a radially pivoted-out position, wherein the pivoting section (7) is held in a pivotable manner on an adjoining section (8) of the clamping band (6), wherein, during the releasing operation, the pivoting section (7) is acted upon by the actuating element (10), which is in the form of a screw (10), and is transferable into the radially pivoted-up position, characterized in that a component on the pivoting section (7) is embodied as a holding-down means (12) and is acted upon by the screw (10), wherein, during the releasing operation, the screw (10) acts upon the holding-down means (12) on the pivoting section (7) in such a way that the pivoting section (7) is transferred into a radially pivoted-up position.
  2. Power tool according to Claim 1,
    characterized in that the clamping neck (2) of the power tool has a toothing (21) which extends in the circumferential direction and in which a latching element (11) of the pivoting section (7) engages in the latching position.
  3. Power tool according to Claim 1 or 2,
    characterized in that a circumferential groove (22) is provided on the clamping neck (2).
  4. Power tool according to Claim 3,
    characterized in that, starting from the circumferential groove (22) on the clamping neck (2), tooth-like, axially extending depressions are introduced into the lateral surface of the clamping neck (2).
  5. Power tool according to one of Claims 1 to 4,
    characterized in that at least one latching element (11) is arranged on the inner side of the pivoting section (7) on the clamping band (6), said latching element (11) resting against the clamping neck (2) when the clamping band (6) is clamped.
  6. Power tool according to one of Claims 1 to 5,
    characterized in that, during the releasing operation, the actuating element (10) acts upon the holding-down means (12) by way of a component that radially widens the pivoting section (7).
  7. Power tool according to one of Claims 1 to 6,
    characterized in that the holding-down means (12) extends radially towards the outside on the clamping band (6).
  8. Power tool according to one of Claims 1 to 7,
    characterized in that the holding-down means (12) extends with a tangential component on the clamping band (6).
  9. Power tool according to one of Claims 1 to 8,
    characterized in that the screw (10) is guided through radially widened end sections (6a, 6b) of the clamping band (6) and extends at least substantially tangentially to the clamping band (6).
  10. Power tool according to one of Claims 1 to 8,
    characterized in that the screw (10) extends radially to the clamping band (6) and, in the clamped position, connects overlapping end sections (6a, 6b) of the clamping band (6).
  11. Power tool according to one of Claims 1 to 10,
    characterized in that the pivoting section (7) is connected to the adjoining section (8) of the clamping band (6) in an articulated manner via a pivot joint (9).
  12. Power tool according to Claim 11,
    characterized in that the pivot joint (9) is in the form of a discrete component which is held on the clamping band (6).
  13. Power tool according to Claim 11,
    characterized in that the pivot joint (9) is in the form of a section having a reduced wall thickness.
