Claims (17)
- Procédé servant au dosage de produits qui sont fournis à un emballage, suivant une quantité prédéfinie, et dans lequel une quantité de dosage est fixée par une ouverture et une fermeture d'au moins une vanne (1), procédé dans lequel, également, grâce à un positionnement contrôlable ou réglable d'au moins un élément d'arrêt (4, 5), en forme de cylindre, disposé dans un corps de vanne (3) dé la vanne (1), au moins un évidement (9, 10) placé dans la zone de surfaces latérales (7, 8) de l'élément d'arrêt (4, 5) est disposé pour fournir une position d'ouverture ou de fermeture et pour déterminer une section d'une ouverture de sortie (12),

- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une dimension de l'ouverture de sortie (12) est prédéfinie par un agencement des éléments d'arrêt (4, 5) l'un par rapport à l'autre et par rapport au corps de vanne (3).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un positionnement de l'ouverture de sortie (12) est prédéfini par un agencement des éléments d'arrêt (4, 5) l'un par rapport à l'autre et par rapport au corps de vanne (3).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'aussi bien une dimension qu'un positionnement de l'ouverture de sortie (12) sont prédéfinis par un agencement des éléments d'arrêt (4, 5) l'un par rapport à l'autre et par rapport au corps de vanne (3).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que des éléments d'arrêt (4, 5), en forme de manchon, sont positionnés.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que des éléments d'arrêt tronconiques (4, 5) sont positionnés.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'une dimension et / ou un positionnement de l'ouverture de sortie (12) est prédéfini(e) par un déplacement axial d'au moins l'un des éléments d'arrêt (4, 5).
- Dispositif servant au dosage de produits qui sont fournis à un emballage, suivant une quantité prédéfinie, où le dispositif présente au moins une vanne (1) qui, par l'ouverture et la fermeture d'un trajet de transport, commande ou règle un flux de produits, laquelle vanne présente un corps de vanne (3) dans lequel au moins un élément d'arrêt (4, 5) est disposé dans le trajet de transport, de façon positionnable, où aussi bien un premier qu'un deuxième élément d'arrêt (4, 5) présentent une configuration en forme de cylindre et, dans la zone de surfaces latérales (7, 8), sont dotés à chaque fois d'au moins un évidement (9, 10), et où les éléments d'arrêt (4, 5) sont disposés essentiellement de façon coaxiale l'un par rapport à l'autre, caractérisé en ce que les deux éléments d'arrêt (4, 5) sont montés en étant mobiles dans le corps de vanne (3).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'arrêt (4, 5) sont disposés en étant mobiles en rotation l'un par rapport à l'autre.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'arrêt (4, 5) sont disposés en étant mobiles longitudinalement l'un par rapport à l'autre.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'arrêt (4, 5) sont disposés en étant mobiles en rotation par rapport au corps de vanne (3).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 14, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un des éléments d'arrêt (4, 5) est configuré en forme de manchon.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 14, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un des éléments d'arrêt (4, 5) est configuré en étant de forme tronconique.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 16, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un des évidements (9, 10) est délimité par des segments partiels d'une structure de base en forme de manchon.
