Further objects of the invention form a container with mounting corners for the merger of a plurality of containers to form a container composite and a container composite of a plurality of such containers.
- Containers are often used as standard containers with cubic geometry, especially for the storage and transport of goods in various, sometimes standardized sizes, for example for the transport of cargo on container ships.
- these In order to secure the often in several layers above and next to each other arranged containers for transport, these have at their eight corners mounting corners, which are several containers together connect.
- the assembly corners are reinforced inside the containers and form the support points for the containers arranged in higher layers.
- containers In addition to their function as storage and transport in freight and pre-designed containers for various purposes are known, including the container according to their provision with an interior and if necessary with windows, doors, etc. are provided. For example, residential, office, workshop, toilet or sanitary containers are known. If several containers are combined via their assembly corners, they can be used as large-area container spaces in the composite if required. Such container composites are known per se and are used in prepared places when the corresponding premises must be provided quickly and inexpensively for a limited period of time, for example on large construction sites, in disaster areas, etc.
- a container in which a large area protection plates on the mounting corners in front of the actual side wall of the container can be fixed.
- the attachment of the heavy protective plates is quite complex, since it is necessary to keep the protective plates in the appropriate position and to connect with the respective mounting corners.
- Another disadvantage of this container is the fact that in the case of several containerized together to form a container in the area between the mounting corners of adjacent containers ballistic vulnerabilities arise because the protective plates do not extend into this area.
- Object of the present invention is to provide a protective equipment, which allows for heavy-weight protection plates easy installation with improved protection simultaneously.
- this mounting plates which provide a ballistic protection and can be fixed to an upper mounting corner and a lower mounting corner, over which the protective plates can be fixed to the mounting corners.
- the mounting plates on two upper mounting corners and two lower mounting corners of two adjacent containers are fastened such that the mounting plate covers an existing between the containers gap, which also results in a reliable ballistic protective effect for the area between the containers ,
- the mounting plates are fixable on manually operable quick connector on the mounting corners.
- the manually operable quick connectors may be pre-assembled to the mounting plates.
- the mounting plates can be quickly fixed by hand to the container or container assembly to be protected. It is not necessary to use separate tool for fixing the mounting plates.
- the mounting plates are provided with receiving elements for receiving the protective plates.
- the recordings are recordings for the detachable attachment of the protective plates, so that they can be easily replaced, for example, in the event of damage.
- the receiving elements are designed in the manner of bolts whose arrangement and geometry corresponds with provided on the protective plates recesses.
- the bolts can engage in the correspondingly shaped recesses, so that the protective plate is held in a positionally secure position on the mounting plates.
- the bolt has at its free end a head which is widened with respect to the rest of the bolt, thereby preventing the protective plate from slipping off the bolt.
- the recesses are of keyhole-like geometry.
- the round area of the keyhole geometry is used for passing the bolt or the extended head through the protective plate, after which then the narrower bolt shank can slide in the parallel part of the keyhole geometry. In this way, a positive attachment of the protective plates results by hanging on the receiving elements.
- the protective plates can be suspended on the receiving elements. By hanging a large number of protective plates can be quickly attached to a container composite.
- protective plates can be arranged on the roof of the container, which are supported on the mounting corners and / or provided in the roof area of the container support points.
- the support points can be reinforced by supports provided inside the containers.
- the support element is designed as a double-T-carrier, form the upper flange and the lower flange support surfaces for two mutually spaced layers of protective plates.
- the support element is designed as a double-T-carrier, form the upper flange and the lower flange support surfaces for two mutually spaced layers of protective plates.
- the support element is not absolutely necessary to use both the upper and the lower belt as a support surface for the protective elements.
- the upper flange of the double-T-beams can then be provided with a layer that offers little ballistic protection, for example a roof layer providing a rain-proof seal of the containers.
- the container composite 1 consists in the embodiment of two rows of thirteen 20 'containers 3 and intervening a central aisle of 10' standard containers 2.
- the shorter container 2 are used essentially as a central aisle, the longer containers 3 being pre-equipped for a variety of purposes, for example as office, storage, living, sleeping, workshop, toilet or sanitary containers, etc.
- the interior of the container composite 1 can be accessed via an entrance 20. It can be seen that the containers 3 on the front side openings 14, 15, 16, which can serve as a window opening, as an opening for connecting a fresh air blower, an air conditioner, sanitary pipes, etc., for example.
- Such a container composite 1 can be constructed customizable from various standard containers 2,3 a wide variety according to the required space and is often used in situations in which the appropriate premises are needed only for a limited period and must be provided in a quick and cost-effective manner , Often such container composites 1 are also used in crisis areas in which the container composite 1 threats exposed to external influences, such as ballistic threats.
- the container 3 in their corner mounting corners 4.
- the mounting corners 4 are of cubic shape and have recesses 30 for producing the corresponding connection via corresponding connecting elements, cf. also the representation in Fig. 5 , Since in the merger of a plurality of standard containers 2, 3 the openings 30 of the mounting corners 4 lying in the lateral outer surface of the container composite 1 remain unused, the mounting corner 4 is used according to the invention as a connection point for the protective walls 5, 6 protecting the side walls of the containers 2, 3.
- Essential elements of the protective equipment form large-scale, heavy-weight protection plates 5, 6, for example, ballistically effective armored steel.
- the determination of the protective plates 5, 6 takes place from the outside of the container 2, 3 forth parallel to the side walls. Details of the determination of the protective plates 5, 6 to the containers 2, 3 and the container composite 1 are below initially with the aid of Fig. 2 explained.
- FIG. 2 shows the determination of the protective plates 5 in the region of the end faces of the container 3 indirectly with the help also for ballistic protection contributing mounting plates 8, 8.1.
- the mounting plates 8, 8.1 are initially on quick connector 9 at the mounting corners 4 of the container 2, 3 fixed.
- the mounting plates 8, 8.1 extend from the upper mounting corners 4.1 of the container 2, 3 up to the lower mounting corners 4.2.
- Fig. 3 lets deviate an alternative.
- narrower mounting plates 8.1 are also provided. This arrangement has the advantage that the left and right provided on the central container 3 mounting elements 8.1 can be removed together with the protective plate 5, which then if necessary, the entire end face of the container 3 is released to replace this, for example, against another container 3 to be able to without having to solve the protective elements of adjacent container 3.
- the mounting plates 8 have distributed over their height a plurality of receiving elements 10, via which the recording of the protective plates 5 takes place.
- Fig. 3 shows, in which already two protective plates 5 are suspended from the mounting elements 8, the receiving elements 10 are designed in the manner of bolts, the free ends of a head-like extension have, cf. also Fig. 4b) ,
- the protective plates 5 have to the receiving elements 10 correspondingly arranged and shaped recesses 11 of a total of keyhole-shaped geometry, via which they can be suspended from the receiving elements 10.

The invention relates to a protective equipment for containers with mounting corners for the merger of multiple containers to a container composite comprising a plurality of protective plates, which can be arranged to protect the container from ballistic threats in front of the side walls, the protective plates on the mounting corners in front of the side walls of the container can be fixed. Further objects of the invention form a container with mounting corners for the merger of a plurality of containers to form a container composite and a container composite of a plurality of such containers.
Containers are often used as standard containers with cubic geometry, especially for the storage and transport of goods in various, sometimes standardized sizes, for example for the transport of cargo on container ships. In order to secure the often in several layers above and next to each other arranged containers for transport, these have at their eight corners mounting corners, which are several containers together connect. The assembly corners are reinforced inside the containers and form the support points for the containers arranged in higher layers.
In addition to their function as storage and transport in freight and pre-designed containers for various purposes are known, including the container according to their provision with an interior and if necessary with windows, doors, etc. are provided.
In the military sector such container composites are also used in areas where the container composite is exposed to threats from external influences. In order to protect against these threats, it is known to equip one or more containers with a protective equipment consisting of several protective plates to protect the container against especially ballistic threats. The protective plates are arranged on the outside of the container in front of the side walls and possibly also in the roof surface.
For in this known protective equipment small-area protective plates are first placed on the roof of the container and attached in the region of the side walls protective plates then attached to the roof-side protection plates. This results in particular for heavy-weight protection plates, the problem that the statics and in particular the roof construction of the container is not designed for such a high load. When using such a protective equipment, it is therefore necessary to use special containers whose roof surface withstands a large static load by the weight of the protective plates.
Object of the present invention is to provide a protective equipment, which allows for heavy-weight protection plates easy installation with improved protection simultaneously.
To solve this problem is proposed in a protective equipment of the type mentioned that this mounting plates, which provide a ballistic protection and can be fixed to an upper mounting corner and a lower mounting corner, over which the protective plates can be fixed to the mounting corners.
Such mounting plates allow on the one hand a few handles requiring installation of the heavy-weight protection plates, on the other these extend between the upper and lower mounting corner of the container, which is why they contribute effectively to the protection of the container.
In this context, it is further proposed that the mounting plates on two upper mounting corners and two lower mounting corners of two adjacent containers are fastened such that the mounting plate covers an existing between the containers gap, which also results in a reliable ballistic protective effect for the area between the containers ,
An advantage for a simple installation is an embodiment, according to which the mounting plates are fixable on manually operable quick connector on the mounting corners. The manually operable quick connectors may be pre-assembled to the mounting plates. By means of the quick connectors, the mounting plates can be quickly fixed by hand to the container or container assembly to be protected. It is not necessary to use separate tool for fixing the mounting plates.
In a further embodiment, it is proposed that the mounting plates are provided with receiving elements for receiving the protective plates. Advantageously, the recordings are recordings for the detachable attachment of the protective plates, so that they can be easily replaced, for example, in the event of damage.
In this context, it is further proposed in a structurally advantageous embodiment, that the receiving elements are designed in the manner of bolts whose arrangement and geometry corresponds with provided on the protective plates recesses. The bolts can engage in the correspondingly shaped recesses, so that the protective plate is held in a positionally secure position on the mounting plates.
In this context, it is advantageous if the bolt has at its free end a head which is widened with respect to the rest of the bolt, thereby preventing the protective plate from slipping off the bolt.
For a simple placement of the protective plate, it is advantageous if the recesses are of keyhole-like geometry. The round area of the keyhole geometry is used for passing the bolt or the extended head through the protective plate, after which then the narrower bolt shank can slide in the parallel part of the keyhole geometry. In this way, a positive attachment of the protective plates results by hanging on the receiving elements.
Furthermore, it is proposed that the protective plates can be suspended on the receiving elements. By hanging a large number of protective plates can be quickly attached to a container composite.
For ballistic protection of the container is further proposed that protective plates can be arranged on the roof of the container, which are supported on the mounting corners and / or provided in the roof area of the container support points. Depending on the weight of the protective plates arranged on the roof, the support points can be reinforced by supports provided inside the containers.
Alternatively, it is proposed that for ballistic protection of the container protective elements on the roof of the container can be arranged, which are supported on support elements on the mounting corners. Such support elements may extend across the container or a container composite and rest in the region of the mounting corners. In such an embodiment, it is not always necessary, in addition to the already existing mounting corners provide further support points and possibly inner support structures.
In this context, it is further proposed that the support element is designed as a double-T-carrier, form the upper flange and the lower flange support surfaces for two mutually spaced layers of protective plates. In this way, results in the area of the roof protection a two-ply arrangement of protective plates. However, when using a double-T beam, it is not absolutely necessary to use both the upper and the lower belt as a support surface for the protective elements. For example, if the ballistic threat permits, it is also possible to cover only the lower flange or its supporting surfaces with protective plates. The upper flange of the double-T-beams can then be provided with a layer that offers little ballistic protection, for example a roof layer providing a rain-proof seal of the containers.
In addition, it is proposed to solve the problem both in a container and a container composite of the type mentioned that they have a protective equipment according to one of claims 1 to 10.

To lock the mounting
To release the connection, the
The clamping
