Claims (15)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Bettenrosts, der aus mindestens einem Textilgewebe als flexibles Material und aus Verstärkungen besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkungen (6, 9) gebildet werden, indem das Textilgewebe in mehreren Lagen aufeinander angeordnet wird und diese dann örtlich mit einer aushärtenden Substanz verhärtet werden und diese Stücke mit Stücken nicht verstärkten Textilgewebes (7) abgewechselt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkungen (6, 9) hergestellt werden, indem das Textilgewebe (2) örtlich verhärtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhärten unter Einfluss einer aushärtenden Substanz durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkungen (6, 9) hergestellt werden, indem das Textilgewebe mit einem Profil versehen wird und örtlich mit einer aushärtenden Substanz verhärtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Textilgewebe (2) aus der Gruppe von Naturfasergeweben ausgewählt wird, spezieller Leinen, Baumwolle, Sisal, Hanf, Jute, Kokos, Kenaf, Balsa oder dergleichen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Textilgewebe (2) aus der Gruppe von aus Synthetikfasermaterialien bestehenden Geweben, entweder mit Naturfasern kombiniert oder nicht, ausgewählt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aushärtende Substanz aus der Gruppe der ungesättigten Polymere, aus der Gruppe der Zweikomponentenharze oder aus der Gruppe der hitzehärtenden Harze ausgewählt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Furfurylalkohol oder eines seiner Gemische oder Derivate als aushärtende Substanz verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aushärtende Substanz aus der Gruppe der thermoplastischen Kunststoffe ausgewählt wird oder spezifischer aus einem Polylactid oder einem seiner Gemische oder Derivate hergestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verhärteten Stücke in Form verhärteter Streifen aus verhärtetem Textil zwischen losen Streifen (7) nicht verhärteten Textils (2) angeordnet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Streifen aus verhärtetem Textil in vorgebogener Form angeordnet oder ausgeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Streifen aus verhärtetem Textil elastisch ausgeführt sind und mechanisch interaktiv miteinander verbunden werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bettenrost (1) auf einer elastischen Lage (16) von Kunststoffschaum angebracht wird, insbesondere auf Polyurethan- oder Polyetherschaum, oder auf Spiralfedern.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bettenrost (1) in einer selbsttragenden Struktur (17), die bevorzugt aus Holz oder Aluminium besteht, angeordnet ist und einen integralen Teil davon darstellt.
- Bettenrost, bestehend aus mindestens einem Textilgewebe als ein flexibles Material und aus Verstärkungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkungen (6, 9) gebildet werden, indem das Textilgewebe in mehreren Lagen aufeinander angeordnet wird und diese dann örtlich mit einer aushärtenden Substanz verhärtet werden und diese Stücke mit Stücken nicht verhärteten Textilgewebes (7) abgewechselt werden.
