Description

ErfindungsgebietTHE iNVENTION field

The invention relates to a method and a device for treating textiles with liquid agents, such as e.g. Detergent solution, liquid paints, synthetic solvents, etc. This treatment method and a preferred embodiment of the apparatus for carrying out the method will be described below using the example of a washing process.

Hintergrund der ErfindungBackground of the invention

The most common way to remove the debris from the laundry is to wet it with a detergent solution. The liquor is set in motion in relation to the laundry in different ways. It has the task of removing the dirt particles from the tissue and carry away.
In the past, in the hand washing technique, this effect has been achieved by hitting the laundry or hitting the laundry against immovable items or by repeatedly squeezing and loosening the soaked pieces. When using the washboard has achieved this effect by rubbing the soaked laundry.
As a result of the technical progress, devices were constructed with a stationary washing drum which mechanically set the liquor in motion. The wash liquor is set in motion, the laundry is taken along, is constantly in motion, it is compressed and loosened again, whereby the dirt particles are entrained and removed.
Another way to get the detergent solution moving in relation to the laundry is over DE 2138086 known. Here, the liquor is circulated by a pump and flows through the action of gravitational force through the laundry.
Another technique uses centrifugal force, such as the device known in the art DE 42 368 73 A1 or DE 102 25 693 A1 , The laundry is sprayed with lye in a rotating drum and by the effect of the centrifugal force, the liquor flows through the laundry.

There are also techniques in which the movement of the detergent solution relative to laundry is produced by causing the liquor to oscillate. This is eg off WO 9521954 A1 known.
The methods using the centrifugal effect, the circulation or the oscillation of the liquor are problematic in the implementation, because the liquor flow is often not guaranteed in the interior of the laundry with the necessary intensity for an effective washing process. The wash liquor always takes the path of least resistance, which often does not pass through the laundry, but possibly for the most part through the interstices of the individual laundry, depending on how the constellation is within the laundry.
Another way of treatment is to move the laundry mechanically with a punch and compress it as in the known from the prior art DE 198 09 949 A1 with a dimensionally stable stamp, or WO 2006/010970 A1 with a flexible bell. By the movement of the stamp, the lye is set in relation to laundry in motion, the dirt particles from the laundry are dissolved and removed.

The development of washing machines with a rotating drum has brought further progress in the washing technology. The laundry items are circulated in the drum. They are soaked by the movement with the wash liquor and thrown over, compressed under the weight of the laundry mass, the liquor is thereby squeezed out of the laundry and the dirt particles are taken. The washing technique with a rotating drum is the most widespread, because good cleaning effects are achieved here.
However, this method is extremely harmful to the laundry. During the washing process, they are constantly rubbing against each other, knotting and entangling, being subjected to great strains. This has the consequence that the wear of the laundry is strikingly high. Not infrequently, the laundry items are already deformed after a few washes, scuffed, the color on the friction of the particularly exposed areas is removed. The parts must be replaced by premature wear or reduced wear comfort and for aesthetic reasons by new ones. This method is also known to be energy intensive and not always environmentally friendly.

Zusammenfassung der ErfindungSummary of the invention

The purpose of the invention is to provide a washing technique and apparatus for the washing process which ensures effective cleaning, eliminates premature wear on the laundry and is environmentally sound through the efficient use of energy, water and detergents and rinse aids.

The present invention fulfills the conditions in that in a high-pressure resistant laundry container, a high-volume flow of the liquor is produced by the high-pressure technology. The high-intensity liquor movement through the fibers of the laundry to be washed is carried out here with hydraulically producible performance parameters.

According to the present invention, a high intensity lye flow through the laundry mass is achieved by using high pressure technology in conjunction with a high volume flow of the detergent solution.
By the liquid flow into the laundry container, the laundry mass moves in the direction of flow and is non-contact, pressed against a liquid-permeable support wall. The volume of pressurized laundry is greatly reduced. The liquor is discharged through the outlet into the tub and in turn transported by the high pressure pump back into circulation. The pressure level of the liquor is adapted to the laundry-specific requirements.

After the desired degree of compression of the laundry has been achieved, the Laugenzuflussrichtung is changed in the laundry container. The liquor is supplied in the opposite direction and the previously compressed laundry is decompressed by the liquor flowing through, loosened and pressed against the second, opposite the first support wall again pressed and compressed.
The Laugenzuflussrichtung is cyclically changed after each compression. The laundry thus moves between the two support plates back and forth, is also compressed contactless, loosened again and compressed again. The dirt particles are flushed out of the laundry and removed.

Detaillierte Beschreibung einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform.Detailed Description of a Preferred Embodiment.

The washing process is explained below with reference to a preferred embodiment and in the following environment: the side wall of the laundry container 1 has substantially the Gestallt a truncated cone and is positioned perpendicular to its longitudinal axis, as detergent, a water solution is used and the dewatering phase is carried out with compressed air.

In the present invention, a high intensity liquor flow through the laundry mass is achieved by using high pressure technology in conjunction with a high volume flow of the detergent solution. The required performance parameters for the liquor inflow volume and the head are carried out here using hydraulic techniques. The circulation of the liquor within the laundry mass required for an effective washing process is realized by changing the flow direction of the liquor, the laundry is moved between the support plates 3 and 4 back and forth and also compressed contactless, loosened again and compressed again.

The laundry items to be washed are inserted into the container 1 when the capsule 2 is open. Consequently, the capsule 2 of the laundry container 1 by a closing mechanism 5 (eg by a rotary or clamping system) to a functional unit with the container 1 pressure-tight. For generating the wash liquor 25 9 Fresh water is supplied into the container 8 by opening the valve, and after activation of the liquid in circulation to the pump 7, it is added by the dosage unit 24 preferably liquid laundry detergents. The wash liquor is in the container 1, preferably first in the direction from below, after Fig. 1 , fed against the taper of the container 1 and via the conduit 11 . In this process, the valves 15, 18, and 19 are opened, the valves 16, 17, 20 and 21 , however, are closed. The liquor is sucked through the suction pipe 10 by means of the high-pressure pump 7 and pumped via the pipe 11 into the laundry container 1 through the sieve-like or tightly perforated, preferably a dimensionally stable, lower support plate 4 . The leach inflow from below flooded the laundry and the air in the device is displaced to the outside. The liquor passes through the fibers of the laundry items, and is discharged through the conduit 23 and further through the conduit 12 into the liquid container 8 , brought back by the suction pipe 10 of the high pressure pump 7 back into circulation and through the line 11 into the laundry container. 1 guided. By the current, the laundry 6 is moved without contact upwards and pressed against the upper support plate 3 , which has the same properties as the lower support plate 4 . Under high pressure, the volume of laundry is greatly reduced.
The pressure with which the laundry is pressed against the support wall and the duration of the pressure phase are determined by means of the control unit of the pump 7 . The liquor temperature is preferably realized by means of the flow heater 27 or with a heating element which is integrated in the liquid container 8 , depending on the type of laundry, depending on the specification, by the controller. The detergent concentration in the liquor is controlled by the controller 24th
After the desired values for the degree of compression, the flow volume of the liquor and the duration of the washing phase have been reached, the liquor inflow direction is changed.
The detergent solution is now in the laundry container 1 from above ( Fig. 2 ) is pumped via the conduit 23 . The valves 15, 18, 19 and 21 are closed, while the valves 16, 17 and 20 are open. In this process, the lye in the Container 1 is supplied via the lines 13 and 23 and excreted via the lines 11 and 14 into the liquid container 8 where it is in turn brought back by the high-pressure pump 7 and conveyed via the line 23 into the container 1 . The previously compressed laundry 6 thereby regains volume and moves down in the flow direction, is again pressed against both the lower support plate 4 and against the side wall of the container. Consequently, the spaces between the individual laundry items of the laundry mass are also closed under high pressure, and the liquor is driven intensively through the amount of laundry. The pressure effect repeatedly reduces the volume of the laundry.
Due to the compression of the laundry measures the shape of the laundry container, ie a truncated cone, taken in the manner of a cork. Due to the renewed change of direction of the Laugenzuflusses the so-shaped compressed laundry amount moves up and thanks to the conical shape of the container gets the laundry both in height and laterally free space to decompress. The interstices of the laundry increase again and under an intensive liquor circulation, the condition for the removal of the dirt particles dissolved by the tissue is created.
The Laugenzuflussrichtung in the laundry container 1 is cyclically changed after each compression and the laundry moves between the support plate 3 and the support plate 4 back and forth, it is continuously compressed, decompressed and compressed again.

After the laundry is washed, the liquor is drained from the container 1 through the tub 8 through the drain 26 to the outside. The valves 17, 19 are open, the valves 18, 20 and 21 , however, are closed.
For dewatering, when the valves 18, 19 and 20 are closed , air is supplied to the container 1 through the conduit 23 from an internal air compressor 22 or an external source. The air displaces the liquor from the laundry into the container 8. The time, the air pressure level and the duration of the dewatering process are regulated by the control unit of the air compressor 22, depending on the type of laundry.
Thereafter, the rinsing process, as the washing process is carried out, with the aim of rinsing the liquor from the laundry until the desired effect is achieved.

The last rinsing process can be carried out with an addition of rinsing agent from the dosing unit 24 . After the laundry has been rinsed out, the rinse water is drained from the tub 8 via the drain 26 . For dewatering compressed by the air compressor 22, air is added into the laundry out container 1 again, and thus the drip-free laundry can be removed from the container. 1

Claims (10)
