Description

The invention relates to an arrangement for the recooling of cooling water according to the features in the preamble of claim 1.

Such an arrangement has manifolds supported by horizontal bars and acted upon by cooling water having a temperature of between about 20 ° C and 60 ° C with downwardly directed spray nozzles and mist eliminators. The distribution pipes, together with the above the distribution pipes provided dropletizers and arranged below the distribution pipes Rieseleinbauten in the form of, for example, thin-walled lamellae or grids part of a recooling unit in a wet or hybrid cooling tower, wherein the over the spray nozzles from the distribution pipes passing cooling water as thin as possible the Rieseleinbauten distributed, which are acted upon by natural draft or forced ventilation means, for example, fans. The cooling water falling from the Rieseleinbauten and cooled by the air is collected on the bottom side of the cooling tower and then fed back to its cooling task. The located above the distribution pipes Mist eliminators have the task of separating water droplets from water vapor flowing upwards, so that the discharge of steam at a cooling tower crown is minimized.

The support framework for the trickle installations, the distribution pipes and the droplet separators is usually formed of vertical uprights and horizontal bars. The stands and bars may consist of concrete, fiber-reinforced plastics, in particular glass fiber reinforced plastics (GRP) or wood. Steel structures are possible. While the droplets formed from several surface segments are placed directly on the bars, the manifolds are below the bars. When mounting the distribution pipes, it is therefore necessary to move them by means of suitable lifting equipment below the bolt and then attach to this with straps or clamps. In view of the cross-sectional dimensions of a cooling tower and that the distribution pipes are held over several suspension points, a considerable installation effort is required. In addition, the manifolds can be introduced only one after the other, since they have a limited length and therefore a plurality of coupling points must be provided. When coupling, the hanging mounted distribution pipes must also be moved horizontally.

The multilayer Rieseleinbauten below the distribution nozzles provided with the spray nozzles are by means of particular glass fiber reinforced plastic carriers and corresponding suspension means, which are also attached to the bars, position-oriented.

If repair work on the distribution pipes is required, they can only be disassembled from above and then re-assembled due to the trickle installations. First of all, you have to provisionally fix them in order to then remove the individual distribution tubes between the transoms by lifting the fixations upwards. It is therefore necessary to keep the manifolds short accordingly, causing the Disassembly and assembly costs in terms of the clutches between two manifolds is further increased.

It is also known to push the distribution pipes through holes in the bars and to couple with each other. This means that relatively short distribution pipes are used, which must have a corresponding number of coupling points. Again, this is easy to install and expensive. Such bars are usually made of concrete.

The state of the art is the US 4,543,218 A to be mentioned, which discloses an arrangement for the re-cooling of cooling water, which has supported by horizontal bars distribution pipes with spray nozzles and droplet separators. The bars are provided with upwardly open bearings for the integration of the distribution pipes. Such an arrangement is also from the GB 1 566 922 A known.

The EP 0 437 133 A and the publication "PRADON D:" ECONOMY D 'ENERGY: UN NOUVEAU TYPE DE REFRIGERANT SCAM "TECHNIQUES CEM, PARIS, FR, No. 117, November 1, 1983 (1983-11-01), pages 36-45, also disclose bars on which the mist eliminators lie.

The invention is based on the object to provide an arrangement for re-cooling of cooling water, which ensures a simpler installation of the manifolds and significantly reduces the cost of subsequent repairs of the manifolds.

The solution to this problem consists according to the invention in the features of claim 1.

Accordingly, now the bars are provided with upwardly open, preferably extending over its entire width bearing points for incorporation of the manifolds. Two consecutive in the longitudinal direction of the bolt bearings are separated by means of a support for the mist eliminator.

The invention thus makes it possible that the distribution pipes can be easily incorporated from above into the bearings in larger numbers. The coupling of the distribution pipes can take place when the distribution pipes are located in the bearings. Special tools for laying the distribution pipes are no longer necessary because they are horizontal and not hanging.

After all distribution pipes have been laid and coupled with each other, the droplet separators can be placed on the supports and fixed properly.

If distribution pipes have to be repaired, it is only necessary to remove the surface segments of the droplet separators in the corresponding areas. The distribution pipes are then free in the upwardly open bearings. They can then be easily removed upwards and replaced with new distribution pipes.

Dies ist unabhängig von Werkstoffen möglich (Beton, faserverstärktem Kunststoff, Holz, Faserzement, Stahl).According to the features of claim 2, the supports form integral parts of the bolt. This is possible regardless of material (concrete, fiber-reinforced plastic, wood, fiber cement, steel).

It is conceivable according to claim 3 but also that the supports can be coupled with the bars. That is, the supports and the bars are made separately and releasably or permanently connected together so that the bearings arise.

According to the invention it is also advantageous if according to the features of claim 4 head-side of the supports are provided in the longitudinal direction of the latch extending pocket-like receptacles for the droplets carrying strips. Thereafter, the droplet are not placed directly on the supports, but on the head-side of the supports extending strips. The recordings on the head of the supports ensure that the strips have a perfect lateral guidance. The strips for receiving the droplet separators may also be part of the droplet separator itself. It is the mist eliminator packages quasi head or front side attached to a retaining strip, which then serves for longitudinal support of the mist eliminator above the bars.

The strips may be made of plastic, in particular of a fiber-reinforced plastic, in particular GRP, wood, fiber cement or steel. The cross section is expediently designed so that upwardly extending convex longitudinal beads are provided on both longitudinal edges of the strips otherwise formed as flat strips, which carry the droplet separators.

With regard to the fact that the distribution pipes lie in the bearing points of the bars, it is provided to shorten the distance between the spray nozzles and the Rieseleinbauten claim 5 that the spray nozzles are spaced by means of vertically extending bridging pipes to the distribution pipes. The bridging pipes then have a length that corresponds approximately to the vertical thickness of the bolt below the bearings.

With 1 is in the FIG. 1 designates an arrangement for recooling of cooling water, as they can be used in particular in a non-illustrated wet or hybrid cooling tower with natural draft or forced ventilation used.

The arrangement 1 comprises a plurality of vertical uprights 2 as well as longitudinal bars 3, 4 extending in the longitudinal and transverse directions. Of these, the bars 3, as well as the FIGS. 2 and 3 let recognize, with upwardly open, over its entire width B extending bearings 5 for incorporation of distribution pipes 6 provided for rückzukühlendes cooling water. In each case two successive bearing points 5 in the longitudinal direction of the bolt 3 are separated from each other by means of a support 7 for above the distributor pipes 6 provided droplet separator 8. The droplet 8 consist of curved in the vertical plastic lamellae and are divided into several surface segments 9. In FIG. 1 it is an exploded view, in which the droplet 8 are shown at a distance from the supports 7. The broken lines indicate that a surface segment 9 always extends from bar 3 to bar 3. The supports 7 can form integral parts of the bolt 3 ( FIG. 1 ) or be connected to the bars 3 detachably or permanently ( FIG. 2 ).

As the FIGS. 2 and 3 give more detail, head-side of the supports 7 are in the longitudinal direction of the latch 3 extending pocket-like receptacles 10 for the droplet 8 carrying strips 11 is provided. The strips 11 are made in this embodiment of plastic. They are predominantly designed as flat strips and have at the longitudinal edges upwardly projecting convex beads 12, on which the ends of the surface segments 9 of the droplet 8 are placed.

Below the latch 3 are multi-layer Rieseleinbauten 13, in particular made of plastic in lamellar or lattice construction, which are on support strips 14. The support strips 14 are attached to the bars 3 via hanging elements 15, for example in the form of wires.

The distribution pipes 6 are arranged with spray nozzles 16 and arranged underneath, the cooling water sprayed plates 17 over a large area. Thus, the distance between the spray nozzles 16 and the Rieseleinbauten 13 is kept as small as possible, with respect to the vertical thickness D of the bolt. 3 below the bearings 5, the spray nozzles 16 by means of vertically extending bridging pipes 18 to the distribution pipes 6 distances.
