Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von technischem Schmalgewebe, insbesondere fĂŒr Sicherheitsgurte und technische Gurte. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner eine Vorrichtung fĂŒr eine Webmaschine zur Herstellung von technischem Schmalgewebe, insbesondere von einem Gurtband.The invention relates to a method for producing technical narrow fabric, in particular for safety belts and technical belts. Derartiges technisches Schmalgewebe, wie zum Beispiel GurtbĂ€nder als Sicherheitsgurte fĂŒr Fahrzeuge aller Art, Airbagfanggurte, RĂŒckhaltegurte, SchmuckbĂ€nder, GurtbĂ€nder, Tragegurte usw. werden fĂŒr Erwachsene als auch fĂŒr Kinder verwendet und finden beispielsweise auch fĂŒr Sport, Freizeit und Arbeit Verwendung als Absicherung bei GerĂŒst-, Dacharbeiten und beim Klettersport. Ebenfalls sind derartige GurtbĂ€nder als technische Gurte in mannigfaltiger Weise im Einsatz, wie zum Beispiel Verladegeschirre und dergleichen.

Fig. 1 zeigt eine hĂ€ufige bekannte Anwendung einestechnischen Schmalgewebes 1 als Sicherheitsgurt in einem Kraftfahrzeug. EineAufwickeleinrichtung 8 befindet sich im unteren Bereich eines nicht dargestellten TĂŒrholms. InAufwickeleinrichtung 8 ist ein Teil destechnischen Schmalgewebes 1 aufgewickelt, welches durch eineDurchfĂŒhrung 6 in einemUmlenkbeschlag 5, der im Bereich der Schulterhöhe eines Fahrzeuginsassen angeordnet ist, und durch eineweitere DurchfĂŒhrung 6 in einerSteckzunge 7 umgelenkt wird. In demtechnischen Schmalgewebe 1 wirken ZugkrĂ€fte 9 beim Ausziehen und ZurĂŒckziehen des Gurtbandes wie auch RĂŒckhaltekrĂ€fte, zum Beispiel bei einem Aufprall des Fahrzeugs. In den Bereichen der DurchfĂŒhrung kann es zu einem Problem der Verdrehung des Gurtbandes kommen, wenn das Gurtband in seiner Breite, d.h. in seiner Querrichtung eine zu geringe Steife besitzt. -
