Claims (8)

  1. A sealing element (9) for use in concrete wall panels or other concrete constructions with a laminar flat or angled sealing plate (18, 24) and with at least one fastening element (10), movably connected to the sealing plate (18, 24), for fastening to the concrete constructions, wherein the fastening element (10) projects from the sealing plate (18, 24), characterised in that the fastening element (10) includes a metal lug (13) and a retaining element (14) arranged movably with respect to the metal lug (13), wherein the retaining element (14) is lockable to the metal lug (13) in different longitudinal positions.
  2. A sealing element as claimed in Claim 1, characterised in that the retaining element (14) is fixable to the metal lug (13) by a latching or screwed connection.
  3. A sealing element as claimed in one of Claims 1 or 2, characterised in that the metal lug (13) projects from a bent metal strip (17), which is rigidly connected to the sealing plate (18, 24).
  4. A sealing element as claimed in one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the retaining element (14) is provided with latching slots (21, 22) and the metal lug (13) includes at least one latching lug (15, 16), beneath which the retaining element (14) provided with latching slots (21, 22) may be inserted and may be fixed in different retained positions.
  5. A sealing element as claimed in Claim 4, characterised in that the latching lug (15, 16) may be pressed into the latching slots (21, 22).
  6. Use of a sealing element as claimed in one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the sealing element (9) is provided for use in the region of a vertically extending predetermined breaking point in a concrete wall.
  7. Use of a sealing element as claimed in one of Claims 1-5, characterised in that the sealing element is provided for the corner region of the concrete wall.
  8. Use of a sealing element as claimed in one of Claims 1-5, characterised in that the sealing element (9) may be sealingly positioned extending vertically onto a sealing plate (6) projecting at the bottom into the concrete wall panel.
