Die zusätzliche Besonderheit in diesem Beispiel ist, dass diese breiteren Prägungen 22 ebenfalls regelmäßig so angeordnet sind, dass beim Drehen der Trommel die auf ihrer Innenseite sich entlang wälzende Wäsche in Richtung des regelmäßigen Versatzes der zusätzlichen Prägungen 22 in Parallelrichtung zur Trommelachse bewegt wird. Zur Verdeutlichung dieses regelmäßigen Versatzes ist eine (sich schräg über die Reihen erstreckende) Folge von Prägungen 22 gerastert dargestellt. Auch durch Mischungen von Prägungen, die in unterschiedliche Richtungen gestellt sind, lassen sich vorteilhafte Effekte erzielen. So können beispielsweise in Kombination von unterschiedlichen anderweitigen Ausprägungen des Trommelmantels, z. B. durch unterschiedlich geformte Wäschemitnehmer, in bestimmten Trommelmantel-Bereichen unterschiedliche mechanische Einwirkungen erzielt werden, die durch jeweils unterschiedliche Trommeldrehrichtungen noch unterstützt werden können.Of course, other combinations of imprints of different dimensions and proportions are possible. Claims (10)

  1. Drum (1) for a laundry treatment machine, wherein the drum is mounted to be rotatable within a housing of the laundry treatment machine and has at least one base disc (3) as well as a casing (5), which are individually or both provided with a bulged structure, characterised in that the bulged structure consists of at least two rows, which at least partly surround the drum (1), of prismatic stampings (6) with a substantially rectangular plan, of which one surface (10) oriented in circumferential direction (7) of the drum (1) stands at a steep angle and the oppositely directed surface (9) at a flat angle and of which the side surfaces (25) stand at an at least approximate right angle to the casing (5).
  2. Drum according to claim 1, characterised in that the stampings (6) form an arched structure on the outer side of the casing (5).
  3. Drum according to claim 1, characterised in that the stampings (6) form an arched structure on the inner side of the casing (5).
  4. Drum for a liquid-conducting laundry treatment machine according to claim 2 or 3, characterised in that the surface (10), which stands at the steep angle on the casing (5), of the stamping (6) includes flood holes (8).
  5. Drum according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the width (14) of the rectangular plan approximately corresponds with the length (15) thereof.
  6. Drum according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the width (14, 19) of the rectangular plan approximately corresponds with twice (15, 17) the length thereof.
  7. Drum according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the width (15) of the rectangular plan approximately corresponds with four to five times the length (17) thereof.
  8. Drum according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that depending on the respective width (14, 19) of the plan three to twelve rows of stampings (6, 16, 18, 20, 22) are arranged on the width (M) of the casing (5).
  9. Drum according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the rows are so arranged at the drum circumference that stampings (6) disposed adjacent to one another are aligned with one another.
  10. Drum according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the rows are so arranged that mutually adjacent rows of stampings (6) are offset relative to one another, wherein adjacent stampings (6) do not correspond with one another.
