Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Tray (2), das aus einem faltbaren einteiligen Zuschnitt (10) besteht, wobei der Zuschnitt eine rechteckige Grundfläche und mindestens zwei Einstecklaschen (8) aufweist und ein Display (1) zur Präsentation von Waren, bestehend aus einem Displaymantel (3) und mindestens einem erfindungsgemäßen Tray (2). Der besondere Zuschnitt des erfindungsgemäßen Tray mit Einstecklaschen erlaubt es, das Tray für mindestens fünf verschiedene Präsentationsmöglichkeiten für Waren im Display einzusetzen. Zudem lässt sich das erfindungsgemäße Tray mit wenigen einfachen Handgriffen aus dem entfalteten, in den gefalteten Zustand überführen. Das erfindungsgemäße Tray und das erfindungsgemäße Display verbessern daher die Möglichkeit des Einsatzes von Displays am Verkaufsort.

Description

  • Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Tray, das aus einem faltbaren einteiligen Zuschnitt besteht, wobei der Zuschnitt eine rechteckige Grundfläche und mindestens zwei Einstecklaschen aufweist und ein Display zur Präsentation von Waren, bestehend aus einem Displaymantel, der aufgebaut ist aus einer Mantelrückwand und zwei Mantelseitenwänden, die im gefalteten Zustand rechtwinklig mit der Mantelrückwand verbunden sind, und mindestens einen Einsteckschlitz in der Mantelinnenseite aufweisen und mindestens einem Tray, das Einstecklaschen aufweist, und im gefalteten Zustand über die Einstecklaschen in den Einsteckschlitzen des Displaymantels befestigt ist.
  • Displays, die auch als Verkaufsaufsteller bezeichnet werden, finden vielfache Anwendung zur Präsentation von Waren. Die Displays werden dabei bevorzugt im Verkaufsraum aufgestellt und dienen beispielsweise als Sonderverkaufsflächen zum Angebot von Aktionsware oder als zusätzliche temporäre Regalfläche. Die Displays zur Warenpräsentation werden deshalb auch als Point-of-Sale (POS) - Display bezeichnet. Das Display muss häufig bereits bei der Herstellung auf die Art und Größe der präsentierten Ware angepasst werden, so dass ein Display dann nur für die Präsentation eines Produktes bzw. Produkten gleicher Größe geeignet ist.
  • Aus der DE 103 13 159 A1 ist ein Regal aus einem knickbaren Material, wie Pappe, bekannt, das Regalböden ausweist, die über Einstecklaschen mit den seitlichen Wandteilen des Regals verbunden werden. Die Einsteckschlitze in den Regalwänden können dabei in verschiedenen Positionen angeordnet werden, so dass auch verschiedene Anordnungen bzw. Positionierungen der Regalböden möglich sind. Dieses erlaubt es in demselben Regaltyp verschiedene große Waren zu präsentieren. Das beschriebene Regal hat jedoch den Nachteil, dass bereits bei der Herstellung die Position der Einsteckschlitze, insbesondere der schrägen Einsteckschlitze, festgelegt werden muss, so dass bei einem bestehenden Regal eine Variation der Position der Regalböden nicht mehr möglich ist.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, ein Tray und ein Display mit Trays bereitzustellen, das eine Variation der Nutzungsmöglichkeit des Trays nach der Herstellung erlauben, wobei ein und dasselbe Tray für verschiedene Nutzungsmöglichkeiten im Display eingesetzt werden kann. Das Tray soll einfach aufzurichten sein und eine kostengünstige Herstellung erlauben.
  • Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch ein Tray, das aus einem faltbaren einteiligen Zuschnitt besteht, wobei der Zuschnitt eine rechteckige Grundfläche und mindestens zwei Einstecklaschen aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zuschnitt aufweist
    • eine erste rechteckige Grundfläche,
    • eine zweite rechteckige Grundfläche, die an einer der langen Seiten der ersten Grundfläche angelenkt ist,
    • eine lange Seitenwand, die an der langen Seite einer der beiden Grundflächen angelenkt ist,
    • zwei kurze Seitenwände, die jeweils an den kurzen Seiten der zweiten Grundfläche angelenkt sind,
    • mindestens zwei Einstecklaschen, wobei jede Einstecklasche mindestens einen waagerechten Hilfsriller und mindestens einen schrägen Hilfsriller aufweist, und
    • jeweils mindestens ein Einsteckschlitz in der Falzlinie zwischen zweiter Grundfläche und kurzen Seitenwänden, der in seiner Länge mindestens der Länge der Einstecklaschen entspricht,
      wobei im gefalteten Zustand des Trays die Einstecklaschen an der Außenseite des Trays positioniert sind.
  • Die Aufgabe wird weiterhin gelöst durch ein Display zur Präsentation von Waren, bestehend aus
    • einem Displaymantel, der aufgebaut ist, aus einer Mantelrückwand und zwei Mantelseitenwänden, die im gefalteten Zustand rechtwinklig mit der Mantelrückwand verbunden sind, und der Displaymantel mindestens zwei Einsteckschlitz an der Mantelinnenseite aufweist und
    • mindestens einem Tray, das Einstecklaschen aufweist, und im gefalteten Zustand über die Einstecklaschen in den Einsteckschlitzen des Displaymantel befestigt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Tray, wie vorhergehend beschrieben, verwendet wird.
  • Weitere Ausführungsformen sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche oder nachfolgend beschrieben.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Tray (Fachboden) wird durch Falten aus dem Zuschnitt vom entfalteten in den gefalteten Zustand überführt. Abhängig von der gewählten Faltvariante sind die Einstecklaschen im gefalteten Zustand entweder waagerecht oder schräg außerhalb des Trays angeordnet, so dass diese Einstecklaschen beim Einstecken in die Einsteckschlitze des Displaymantels zu einer waagerechten oder schrägen Positionierung führen. Für das erfindungsgemäße Tray gibt es verschiedene Faltvarianten, die zu nach oben oder nach unten stehenden langen und kurzen Seitenwänden führen, so dass diese Seitenwände beispielsweise als Begrenzung oder Schutz gegen das Herausfallen der Waren oder zur Beschriftung der dahinter präsentierten Waren dienen können. Da mit einem Zuschnitt drei verschiedene Trayvarianten aufgerichtet werden, die abhängig von der Zahl der schrägen Hilfsriller in mindestens fünf verschiedenen Varianten im Display positioniert werden können, lassen sich bei der Herstellung Kosten einsparen. Es müssen nicht verschiedene Trays für die verschiedenen Positionierungen hergestellt werden und entsprechend die Maschinen nicht umgestellt oder umgerüstet werden. Insbesondere wenn für ein Display verschieden positionierte Trays hergestellt werden, lässt sich Material, Lagerraum und Zeit bei der Herstellung sparen. Zudem ist eine Produktion auf Vorrat möglich bevor eine Bestellung des einzelnen Kunden vorliegt, da vor Produktionsbeginn noch keine Entscheidung zur benötigten Trayvariante getroffen werden muss.
  • Die erfindungsgemäßen Trays haben weiterhin den Vorteil, dass die Einstecklaschen nicht aus der Grundfläche ausgestanzt sind. Hierdurch entsteht ein Tray mit unverletzer Grundfläche, was zu einer verbesserten Stabilität des Trays führt. Zudem ermöglicht nur die unversehrte Grundfläche eine Verwendung von Ober- und Unterseite des Trays für die verschiedenen Positionierungen. Bei einer Ausstanzung aus der Grundfläche wäre diese optische unansprechend und ließe sich nicht als Oberseite des im Display positioniert Trays verwenden.
  • Bevorzugt weist das erfindungsgemäße Tray genau ein Paar erste Einstecklaschen auf, die weiter bevorzugt mittig an der Grundfläche angeordnet sind. Die Einstecklaschen weisen bevorzugt die Form eines Halbkreises, eines Halbovals, eines Dreiecks, eines Trapez, eines Rechtecks oder eines Quadrats auf, besonders bevorzugt sind die Einstecklaschen halbkreisförmig.
  • In einer Varianten weisen die Einstecklaschen genau einen waagerechten und einen schrägen Hilfsriller auf. Alternativ weisen die Einstecklaschen mehrere schräge Hilfsriller auf.
  • Die Lage des schrägen Hilfsrillers in der Einstecklasche bestimmt den Neigungswinkel des Trays bei schräger Anordnung im Display. Bevorzugt ist ein schräger Hilfsriller in einem Winkel von 1 bis 99° zum waagerechten Hilfsriller angeordnet. Durch eine Verwendung von mehreren schrägen Hilfsrillern in einer Lasche können für eine Ausführung des erfindungsgemäßen Trays verschiedene schräge Positionierung im Display realisiert werden.
  • Die kurzen Seitenwände des Trays sind bevorzugt im Wesentlichen rechteckig mit einer dreieckigen Verlängerung, wobei die längste Seite des Dreiecks auf der der langen Seitenwand abgewandten Seite vom oberen Ende der kurzen Seitenwand zur Grundfläche verläuft.
  • Bevorzugt sind die Einstecklaschen über die waagerechten Hilfsriller an die kurzen Seiten des Zuschnitts angelenkt. Besonders bevorzugt sind die Einstecklaschen an den sich gegenüberliegenden kurzen Seitenwände angelenkt sind, an der Seite der kurzen Seitenwand die auf der der zweiten Grundfläche abgekehrten Seite liegt. Die schrägen Hilfsriller sind z.B. bevorzugt eine Verlängerung des schrägen Abschnitts der kurzen Seitenwände.
  • Die lange Seitenwand ist im Zuschnitt des erfindungsgemäßen Trays bevorzugt an der zweiten Grundfläche angelenkt. Weiter bevorzugt ist die lange Seitenwand aus zwei deckungsgleichen Seitenwandelementen, die aufeinander gefaltet werden, aufgebaut.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Tray besteht bevorzugt aus Karton, Pappe oder aus Wellpappe, besonders bevorzugt Wellpappe.
  • Durch den Zuschnitt mit Einstecklaschen mit waagrechtem und schrägen Hilfsriller lässt sich das erfindungsgemäße Tray in mindestens drei verschiedenen Faltvarianten aufrichten. Die verschieden Faltvarianten führen dazu, dass ein und dasselbe Tray mindestens fünf verschiedene Präsentationsmöglichkeiten der Waren im Display erlaubt. Bei Faltung der Einstecklaschen entlang der waagerechten Hilfsriller wird das Tray entweder mit nach oben gerichteten Seitenwänden oder nach unten gerichteten Seitenwänden wagerecht im Display positioniert. Eine Faltung der Einstecklaschen entlang der schrägen Hilfsriller erlaubt eine schräge Positionierung des Trays im Display mit einem Neigungswinkel von z.B. 1 bis 99°. Bei Einstecklaschen mit mehreren schrägen Hilfsrillern in den Einstecklaschen sind entsprechend mehrere schräge Positionen im Display möglich abhängig von der gewählten Faltung.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Tray lässt sich mit wenigen Handgriffen einfach aus dem entfalteten in den gefalteten Zustand überführen, wobei das einfache Aufrichten einen weiteren Vorteil darstellt. Das Tray ist bereits ohne Kleben oder zusätzliches Befestigen stabil.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Tray wird bevorzugt im erfindungsgemäßen Display eingesetzt. Das Display besteht ebenfalls bevorzugt aus Karton, Pappe oder Wellpappe, besonders bevorzugt aus Wellpappe.
  • Besonders bevorzugt wird das erfindungsgemäße Display als POS-Display verwendet. Durch die Vielzahl an Faltmöglichkeiten erlaubt das erfindungsgemäße Tray dabei dem Aufsteller des Displays individuell zu entscheiden, welche Präsentation für die Waren er wählt.

  • Figur 1 zeigt ein erfindungsgemäßes Display 1, in dem fünf erfindungsgemäße Trays 2 in verschiedenen Positionen angeordneten sind. Das Display 1 weist einen u-förmigen Displaymantel 3 mit einer Rückwand 4 und dazu senkrecht angeordneten Displayseitenwänden 5a und 5b auf. Die Displayseitenwände 5a und 5b weisen auf der Mantelinnenseite 7 mehrere Einsteckschlitze 6 auf. Die Einsteckschlitze 6 sind dabei jeweils auf der rechten und linken Seitenwand auf der gleichen Höhe positioniert. Das Tray 2d ist so im Display 1 angeordnet, dass jeweils eine lange Seitenwand 13 eine nach obenstehende Kante bildet, die ein Herausfallen von Waren verhindert.
  • Figur 2 zeigt einen Zuschnitt des erfindungsgemäßen Trays im entfaltenden Zustand. Der Zuschnitt 10 weist eine erste rechteckige Grundfläche 11 auf. An einer langen Seite 16a der ersten Grundfläche ist eine zweite Grundfläche 12 angelenkt.
  • An der anderen langen Seite 16b ist eine Stützlasche 21 angelenkt. Die Stützlasche 21 ist ebenfalls über eine Falzlinie 20a mit der ersten Grundfläche 11 verbunden. In der Falzlinie 20a sind drei Schlitze angeordnet.
  • Die kurzen Seitenwände 14 und 15 sind über Falzlinien an den kurzen Seiten 18 der zweiten Grundfläche 12 angeordnet. Auf der der zweiten Grundfläche gegenüberliegenden Seite sind an die kurzen Seitenwände 14 und 15 jeweils Einstecklaschen 8a und 8b angelenkt. Die Einsteiglaschen 8a und 8b weisen dabei zwei Hilfsriller 9a und 9b innerhalb der Lasche auf. An einem Ende der kurzen Seitenwände 14 und 15 sind jeweils Verbindungslaschen 22a und 22b über eine Falzlinie angelenkt. An die zweite lange Seite 16c der zweiten Grundfläche 12 ist eine lange Seitenwand 13 angelenkt. Die Seitenwand 13 ist aus einem ersten Seitenwandteil 13a und einem zweiten Seitenwandteil 13 b aufgebaut, die über eine Falzlinie miteinander verbunden sind. Das erste Seitenwandteil 13a weist drei Einsteckelemente 23 auf.
  • In Figur 3 ist eine Faltvariante zum Aufrichten des Trays dargestellt. Wie sich aus Figur 3a ergibt wird für Nutzungsmöglichkeit A zunächst die erste Grundfläche 11 in Richtung der zweiten Grundfläche 12 gefaltet, wobei die Stützlasche 21 indie von der zweiten Grundfläche abgewandte Richtung gefaltet wird. Parallel wird das eine Element der langen Seitenwand 13a in Richtung des zweiten Elementes 13b gefaltet. Die kurzen Seitenwände 14 und 15 werden entlang der Falzlinien in Richtung zur ersten und zweiten Grundfläche gefaltet.
  • Aus Figur 3b ist zu erkennen, dass die Verbindungslaschen 22 nach innen im rechten Winkel zu den kurzen Seitenwänden 14 bzw. 15 gefaltet werden. Die Einstecklaschen 8a und 8b werden entlang der schrägen Hilfsriller ebenfalls so nach außen gefaltet, dass sie an den kurzen Seiten zu liegen kommen. Zum Schluss wird das eine Element 13a der langen Seitenwand 13 über die Verbindungslaschen 22 und die Stützlasche 21 geführt und mit Einsteckelementen 23 fixiert. Figur 3c zeigt das Tray nach dem Aufrichten im gefalteten Zustand, wobei die Einstecklaschen außerhalb des Trays an der Außenseite angeordnet sind.
  • In Figur 3d wird eine weitere Faltvariante zum Aufrichten des Trays dargestellt. Die Einstecklaschen 8 werden entlang der waagerechten Hilfsriller 9a nach innen gefaltet und wie bei der ersten Variante wird die erste Grundfläche 11 in Richtung auf die zweite Grundfläche 12 gefaltet, wobei jedoch die Einstecklaschen 8a und 8b durch die von den Einsteckschlitze 19a und 19b gebildeten Öffnungen geführt werden. Figur 3e zeigt das Tray nach dem Aufrichten im gefalteten Zustand, wobei die Einstecklaschen unterhalb des Trays waagerecht angeordnet sind.
  • Aus Figur 4a bis 4e sind die verschieden Faltvarianten und die sich daraus ergebenen Nutzungsmöglichkeiten des erfindungsgemäßen Trays zu erkennen. Figur 4a zeigt die Faltvariante A, bei der das Tray über die entlang der waagerechten Hilfsriller gefalteten Einstecklaschen im Displaymantel befestigt wird. Die lange Seitenwand 13 und die kurzen Seitenwände 14 und 15 sind nach oben gerichtet und werden auf der vom Displaymantel abgewandten Seite angeordnet und bilden so einen nach vorne gerichteten Rand. Figur 4b zeigt die Faltvariante B, bei der das erfindungsgemäße Tray ebenfalls über die entlang dem waagerechten Hilfsriller gefalteten Einstecklaschen 8a und 8b, die nach unten gerichtet sind, im Displaymantel befestigt wird. In Figur 4c ist Faltvariante C zu erkennen. Die Faltvariante C entspricht von der Faltung her der Faltvariante A, wobei jedoch beim Positionieren im Display die lange Seitenwand nach hinten zum Displaymantel hin ausgerichtet wird, so dass die Ware im vorderen Bereich nicht durch einen Kante verdeckt wird. Figur 4d zeigt die Faltvariante D, Bei der die langen und kurzen Seitenwände des Trays nach unten gerichtet sind, wobei die lange Seitenwand am Displaymantel angeordnet ist, so dass fast kein Seitenrand sichtbar ist.
  • Figur 4e zeigt die Faltvariante F, bei der das erfindungsgemäße Tray über die entlang der schrägen Hilfsriller gefalteten Einstecklaschen im Displaymantel angeordnet wird. Durch die schräge Positionierung der Einstecklaschen ist das Tray in einer schrägen Position im Displaymantel positioniert, anders als bei den anderen Faltvarianten, die zu einer wagerechten Positionierung des Trays im Displays führen.

Claims (12)

  1. Tray (2), das aus einem faltbaren einteiligen Zuschnitt (10) besteht, wobei der Zuschnitt (10) eine rechteckige Grundfläche und mindestens zwei Einstecklaschen aufweist , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zuschnitt (10) aufweist
    - eine erste rechteckige Grundfläche (11),
    - eine zweite rechteckige Grundfläche (12), die an einer der langen Seiten der ersten Grundfläche (11) angelenkt ist,
    - eine lange Seitenwand (13), die an der langen Seite (16) einer der beiden Grundflächen (11,12,) angelenkt ist,
    - zwei kurze Seitenwände (14, 15), die jeweils an den kurzen Seiten (18) der zweiten Grundfläche (12) angelenkt sind,
    - mindestens zwei Einstecklaschen (8), wobei jede Einstecklasche (8) mindestens einen waagerechten Hilfsriller (9a) und mindestens einen schrägen Hilfsriller (9b) aufweist, und
    und
    - jeweils mindestens ein Einsteckschlitz (19) in der Falzlinie (20) zwischen zweiter Grundfläche (12) und kurzen Seitenwänden (14, 15), die in ihrer Länge mindestens der Länge der Einstecklaschen (8) entspricht,
    wobei im gefalteten Zustand des Trays die Einstecklaschen an der Außenseite des Trays positioniert sind.
  2. Tray (2) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils zwei Einstecklaschen (8a, 8b) paarweise an den sich gegenüberliegenden kurzen Seitenwände (14, 15) angelenkt sind, an der Seite der kurzen Seitenwand (14,15) die auf der der zweiten Grundfläche (12) abgekehrten Seite liegt.
  3. Tray (2) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tray (2) genau ein Paar Einstecklaschen (8a, 8b) aufweist.
  4. Tray (2) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstecklaschen (8) halbkreisförmig, dreieckig, halbovalförmig, rechteckig, trapezförmig oder quadratisch sind, bevorzugt halbkreisförmig.
  5. Tray (2) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstecklaschen (8) mittig angelenkt sind.
  6. Tray (2) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die lange Seitenwand (13) an der lange Seite (16c) der zweiten Grundfläche (12) angelenkt ist, die der langen Seite (16b), an der die erste Grundfläche angelenkt ist, gegenüberliegt.
  7. Tray (2) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch Falten des Zuschnitts (10) abhängig vom Falten der Einstecklaschen 88) drei verschiedene Formen des aufgerichteten Trays (2) gebildet werden.
  8. Tray (2) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tray (2) aus Karton, Pappe oder Wellpappe ist.
  9. Tray (2) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass oder die schrägen Hilfsriller (9b) in einem Winkel von 1 bis 99° zum waagerechten Hilfsriller (9a) angeordnet sind.
  10. Display (1) zur Präsentation von Waren bestehend aus
    - einem Displaymantel (3), der aufgebaut ist aus einer Mantelrückwand (4) und zwei Mantelseitenwänden (5a, 5b), die im gefalteten Zustand rechtwinklig mit der Mantelrückwand (4) verbunden sind, und der Displaymantel (3) mindestens zwei Einsteckschlitze (6) an der Mantelinnenseite (7) aufweist und
    - mindestens einem Tray (2), das Einstecklaschen aufweist, und im gefalteten Zustand über Einstecklaschen in den Einsteckschlitzen (6) des Displaymantels (3) befestigt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tray (2) ein Tray gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 ist.
  11. Display gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Display aus Karton, Pappe oder Wellpappe besteht.
  12. Display gemäß einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Display zumindest teilweise bedruckt, beklebt oder lackiert ist.
