Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Halte- und Justiervorrichtung zur Befestigung und/oder Justierung von Heizkörpern oder ähnlichen schweren Gegenständen an einer Wand oder einer ähnlichen Befestigungsfläche, wobei die Heizkörper oder Gegenstände an ihren Rückseiten Mittel zum Einhängen in eine derartige Vorrichtung aufweisen.
Insbesondere handelt es sich bei den Heizkörpern um Bad- und/oder Designheizkörper, deren optischer Eindruck durch die Halte- und Justiervorrichtung nicht beeinflusst werden soll und die für eine nachträgliche Justierung mit Hilfe der Vorrichtung nicht unbedingt von allen Seiten leicht zugänglich sind. Es ist aber auch möglich die Vorrichtung zur Befestigung von anderen Heizkörpern wie beispielsweise Heizwänden, Flachheizkörpern, Rohrradiatoren zu verwenden.

Derartige Heizkörper werden in der Regel durch zwei im oberen Bereich links und rechts vorgesehene Befestigungspunkte an einer Befestigungsfläche, insbesondere einer Wand montiert. Die Befestigungspunkte am Heizkörper sind dabei entweder hinter den Sammelrohren fest vorgegeben oder können flexibel zwischen den Querrohren gewählt werden.
Häufig wird der Abstand zwischen zwei horizontalen Heizrohren als Verbindungsstelle für die Befestigungselemente zur Befestigung des Heizkörpers an einer Wand genutzt. Begründet ist das durch den sich ergebenden , einfach zurealisierenden Toleranzausgleich des Befestigungssystems in horizontaler Richtung und das einfache Anbringen derartiger Befestigungselemente am Heizkörper ohne zusätzliche fest mit dem Heizkörper verbundene Elemente wie beispielsweise laschen, Gewindehülsen oder dergleichen. Eine derartige Vorrichtung wird beispielsweise in der EP 086931 B1 beschrieben.
Bei diesen Befestigungen besteht die Schwierigkeit, dass für die unterschiedlichen Ausführungen der Heizkörper hinsichtlich der Rohrdurchmesser, der geometrischen Querschnittsform, der Lage und des Abstandes sowie der Ausführung der Rohre in gerader oder gebogener Form verschiedene Haltesysteme bereitgestellt werden müssen. Derartige Lösungen werden z.B. in den Druckschriften EP 0 386 301 B1 , EP 1 039 240 A2 , DE 196 30 106 A1 , DE 299 20 643 U1 , EP 0 554 473 B2 und DE 20 2007 017 319 U1 beschrieben.

Weiter sind Lösungen bekannt, bei denen die Befestigung hinter den Sammelrohren sitzt, die Zugänglichkeit und Montagefreundlichkeit ist dabei jedoch sehr eingeschränkt. Bei Lösungen ohne seitliche Abdeckungen muss der Heizkörper zum Nachjustieren oft mehrmals von der Wand genommen werden bis er endgültig eingerichtet ist. Eine derartige Vorrichtung wird in der DE 20 2005 005 192 U1 beschrieben.
In der FR 2229025 A1 wird eine Einrichtung zur Befestigung eines Heizkörpers an einer Wand offenbart. Dabei handelt es sich um einen Flachheizkörper, der sich mit der unteren Kante der zusammengeschweißten Heizplatten in eine in einer unteren Konsole vorgesehenen Nut aufstützt und während der obere Teil des Heizkörpers zusätzlich über ein klauenartiges Element gehalten wird. Die Konsole und das klauenartige Element sind hinsichtlich des Abstandes zur Wand sowie in der Höhe verstellbar, wobei die Verstellbarkeit in der Höhe durch die Tiefe der Nut in der unteren Konsole begrenzt wird. Dokument FR 2229025 A1 offenbart den Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Weiter sind Befestigungen mit so genannten Bohrkonsolen bekannt. Hierbei wird der Heizkörper anhand von aufgeschweißten Laschen an den Bohrkonsolen aufgehängt. Diese Lösungen sind in der Regel nur unzureichend gegen Verschieben und unbeabsichtigte Ausheben gesichert. Außerdem sind diese Lösungen optisch nicht sehr ansprechend.
Nachteilig bei den bekannten Lehren ist die Tatsache, dass bei einer Verstellung oder Nachjustierung mindestens einer Position, der Heizkörper wieder demontiert werden muss oder eine Verkleidung entfernt und wieder angebracht werden muss. Außerdem ist eine "Ein-Mann-Montage" oder Justierung oft nicht oder nur sehr schwierig möglich.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es deshalb, die aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Vorrichtungen zu verbessern.
Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausführungen der Erfindung sind in den zugehörigen Ansprüchen enthalten.
Nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 umfasst die Erfindung eine Halte- und Justiervorrichtung zur Befestigung und/oder Justierung von Heizkörpern oder ähnlichen schweren Gegenständen an einer Wand oder einer ähnlichen Befestigungsfläche, wobei die Heizkörper oder Gegenstände an ihren Rückseiten Mittel zum Einhängen in eine derartige Vorrichtung aufweisen, bestehend aus einer Wandkonsole und einem Trägerbügel, der mit den an der Rückseite des Heizkörpers angeordneten Mitteln zum Einhängen in eine Halteverbindung bringbar ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist dabei der Trägerbügel in der Wandkonsole über eine in der Wandkonsole vorgesehene Klemmschraube und Einlegemutter klemmbar, wobei der Trägerbügel aus sich horizontal und parallel gegenüberliegenden Schenkeln und einem die Schenkel einseitig verbindenden Steg gebildet wird, und am Steg ein über eine Spindel vertikal verstellbarer Tragschlitten angeordnet ist. Mit der Spindel wird an der Vorderseite des Trägerbügels der Tragschlitten auf und ab bewegt und somit der Heizkörper in der Höhe ausgerichtet. Der Tragschlitten ist dabei mit einer Nut versehen, die zur Aufnahme der vorgenannten Mittel ausgebildet ist. Die Wandkonsole weist vorteilhaft sich parallel gegenüberliegende schlitzartige Aufnahmen auf, die zur Aufnahme der Schenkel des Trägerbügels ausgebildet sind. Die aus Wandkonsole, Trägerbügel, Tragschlitten, Spindel, Klemmschraube und Einlegemutter bestehende Vorrichtung dient zum Halten und Positionieren von Heizkörpern und ähnlichen schweren Gegenständen an einer Wand oder ähnlichen Befestigungsfläche. Die Besonderheit der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung besteht darin, dass diese im montierten Zustand eine stufenlose Verstellbarkeit von Wandabstand, seitlichem Abstand und Höhe ermöglicht, wobei auch keine Abdeckungen montiert - bzw. demontiert werden müssen und alle Einstellmöglichkeiten von oben erfolgen können. Weiter sind die seitliche Verstellbarkeit und der Wandabstand mit einer einzigen Klemmschraube stufenlos fixierbar, wobei gleichzeitig Winkelabweichungen toleriert werden.

Advantageously, the clamping screw and the spindle for fixing and adjustment are accessible from above. The wall bracket is preferably attachable by means of a screw on a wall or similar mounting surface.

Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand von in Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert.The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings.

Die Fig. 1 zeigt eine Halte- und Justiervorrichtung 1 für Heizkörper, vorzugsweise für Bad- und/oder Designheizkörper 10 und wird beispielsweise mittels Dübelschrauben an einer Wand (nicht dargestellt) montiert. In der Fig. 1 ist der Heizkörper 10 nur andeutungsweise dargestellt. Es handelt sich dabei um das vertikale Sammelrohr eines Badheizkörpers, welches an seiner Rückseite ein als vorzugsweise pilzförmigen Zapfen ausgebildetes Mittel 11 zum Einhängen in die Halte- und Justiervorrichtung 1 aufweist.
Zuerst wird die Wandkonsole 2 nach Maßvorgabe an der Wand befestigt. Danach wird der vormontierte Trägerbügel 3 mit Tragschlitten 7 und Spindel 6 in die Wandkonsole 2 eingeschoben. Die Einzelteile der Vorrichtung werden besonders deutlich in der Fig. 2 gezeigt. Der Trägerbügel 3 wird aus den sich vertikal versetzten und parallel gegenüberliegenden horizontalen Schenkeln 3.1, 3.2 und dem die Schenkel 3.1, 3.2 einseitig verbindenden Steg 3.3 gebildet, wobei am Steg 3.3 der über die Spindel 6 vertikal verstellbarer Tragschlitten 7 angeordnet ist. Der Tragschlitten 7 weist eine Nut 7.1 auf, die zur Aufnahme der Mittel 11 ausgebildet ist. Die Wandkonsole 2 verfügt über die sich parallel gegenüberliegende schlitzartige Aufnahmen 2.1, 2.2, die zur Aufnahme der Schenkel 3.1, 3.2 des Trägerbügels 3 ausgebildet sind. Die Spindel 6 ist über eine im Schenkel 3.1 vorgesehene Bohrung 3.1.3 mit einem Betätigungswerkzeug zugänglich, wobei die Wandkonsole 2 in diesem Bereich eine den dem Zugang dienliche Aussparung 2.4 aufweist.
Anhand der Klemmschraube 4 die durch die beiden gegenüberliegenden, vorzugsweise quadratischen oder rechteckigen Öffnungen 3.1.1, 3.2.1 im Trägerbügel 3 geführt wird und mit der vorgesehenen Einlegemutter 5 wird der Trägerbügel 3 mit der Wandkonsole 2 verbunden. Der Heizkörper 10 kann danach mit den vorgesehenen Zapfen 11 auf dessen Rückseite in die V-förmige Nut 7.1 des Trageschlittens 7 eingehängt werden. Die integrierte Aushebesicherung 8 schnappt sofort ein und sichert somit selbsttätig den Heizkörper 10 gegen herunterfallen und unbeabsichtigte Aushängen. Durch Drücken der Aushebesicherung 8 nach hinten kann diese wieder gelöst werden. Anhand der Spindel 6 und des damit verbundenen Trageschlittens 7 wird die Höhenverstellung vorgenommen. Nachdem der Heizkörper seitlich und im passenden Wandabstand eingerichtet ist, wird die Klemmschraube 4 angezogen, wodurch der Heizkörper in beide Richtungen fixiert wird.

First, the wall bracket 2 is attached to the specified size on the wall. Thereafter, the preassembled support bracket 3 is inserted with support carriage 7 and spindle 6 in the wall bracket 2. The individual parts of the device become particularly clear in the Fig. 2 shown. The support bracket 3 is formed from the vertically offset and parallel horizontal legs 3.1, 3.2 and the leg 3.1, 3.2 unilaterally connecting web 3.3, wherein on the web 3.3 of the spindle 6 vertically adjustable support carriage 7 is arranged. The support carriage 7 has a groove 7.1, which is designed to receive the means 11. The wall bracket 2 has the slot-like receivers 2.1, 2.2 which are arranged opposite one another in parallel and which are designed to receive the legs 3.1, 3.2 of the support bracket 3. The spindle 6 is provided via a bore provided in the leg 3.1 3.1.3 accessible with an operating tool, wherein the wall bracket 2 in this area has a recess serving the access 2.4.
On the basis of the clamping screw 4 which is guided by the two opposite, preferably square or rectangular openings 3.1.1, 3.2.1 in the support bracket 3 and with the proposed insert nut 5, the support bracket 3 is connected to the wall bracket 2. The radiator 10 can then be hung with the provided pin 11 on the back in the V-shaped groove 7.1 of the support carriage 7. The integrated lift-out 8 snaps immediately and thus automatically secures the radiator 10 against falling and unintentional unhooking. By pressing the lift-out 8 backwards this can be solved again. Based on the spindle 6 and the associated support carriage 7, the height adjustment is made. After the radiator is arranged laterally and in the appropriate distance from the wall, the clamping screw 4 is tightened, whereby the radiator is fixed in both directions.

Claims (6)

  1. Retaining and adjusting device for securing and/or adjusting heaters to a wall or similar securing surface, wherein the heaters comprise on their rear sides means for suspending them in such a device, consisting of a wall bracket (2) and a supporting bracket (3), which can be brought into contact with the means arranged on the rear side of the heater (10) for suspending (11) in a holding connection, characterised in that
    the supporting bracket (3) is clamped in the wall bracket (2) by means of a clamping screw (4) arranged in the wall bracket (2) and an inlaid nut (5);
    the supporting bracket (3) is formed from horizontal and parallel facing journals (3.1, 3.2) and a web (3.3) connecting the journals (3.1, 3.2) on one side, and a supporting carriage (7) is arranged at the web (3.3), which is vertically adjustable by means of a spindle (6), wherein the supporting carriage (7) is provided with a groove (7.1),which is formed for receiving the means (11);
    the wall bracket (2) comprises slot-shaped parallel-facing receivers (2.1, 2.2), which are configured so as to receive the journals (3.1, 3.2) of the supporting bracket (3).
  2. Retaining and adjusting device according to claim 1, characterised in that the clamping screw (4) is in clamping contact by way of a vertical borehole (2.3) in the wall bracket (2) as well as by way of openings (3.1.1, 3.2.1) arranged opposite one another at the free ends of the journals (3.1, 3.2) with the inlaid nut (5) mounted beneath the receiver (2.2).
  3. Retaining and adjusting device according to claims 1 and 2, characterised in that the supporting carriage (7) comprises a device (8) to secure it against lifting in the region of the groove (7.1).
  4. Retaining and adjusting device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the spindle (6) is accessible to an actuation tool by way of a borehole (3.1.3) provided in the journal (3.1), wherein the wall bracket (2) exhibits a cut-out opening (2.4) in this region.
  5. Retaining and adjusting device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the clamping screw (4) and the spindle (6) for fixing and adjusting is accessible from above.
  6. Retaining and adjusting device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the wall bracket (2) can be brought in contact with a wall or similar securing surface by means of a screw connection.
