Die Klemmschraube (16) durchgreift das Langloch (9), das die Verschiebung der Klemmschraube in beide Richtungen ermöglicht. Beim Verdrehen der Verstelleinheit drückt die Verstellscheibe den Aufnahmekörper nach oben oder nach unten, wodurch sich die Höhenverstellung ergibt. Der Aufnahmekörper kann bei gelöster Klemmschraube auch seitlich verschoben werden, wodurch sich die seitliche Verstellung des Bandes ergibt. Im Gegensatz zu der Ausführungsform in Figur 1 wird der Aufnahmekörper respektive das Türband durch die Verstellscheibe direkt verschoben, in Figur 1 wird der Aufnahmekörper durch die Drehachse verschoben. Die Vorderplatte (17) ist in dieser Figur abgeschnitten, um die Verstelleinheit mit ihrer Anordnung zu zeigen. Die Vorderplatten werden durch die Befestigungslöcher (19) in die Türzarge (oder alternativ in das Türblatt) fixiert und können sich nicht verschieben. Beim Verdrehen der Drehachse bzw. der Verstelleinheit bildet die Vorderplatte das ortsfeste Gegenlager, in dem die Drehachse nur drehbeweglich gelagert ist. Die Verstellung in der Tiefe erfolgt durch Verdrehen der Verstellspindeln (23), wodurch die Lage des Aufnahmekörpers (2) in der Tiefe geändert wird. Der Bandteil mit dem Aufnahmekörper (2) wird üblicherweise in das Türblatt eingesetzt und durch die Befestigungsbohrungen (19) darin fixiert. Bei der Verstellung der Tiefenlage wird auch das Türblatt in seiner Lage zum Türband verändert, also wird im Grunde bei dieser Verstellung das Türblatt verschoben, da der Aufnahmekörper (2) unverschiebbar mit dem Aufnahmekörper (1) über die Gelenkkörper verbunden ist und der Aufnahmekörper (1) in die Türzarge eingesetzt ist, die fest an das umgebene Mauerwerk befestigt ist.In the Figure 5 the door hinge is shown with an adjustment unit. Die Verzahnung wird in Längsrichtung ausgeführt, so das bei leicht gelösten Klemmschrauben die Vorder-Mittelplatten in Längsrichtung verschiebbar sind, die Verzahnung aber noch ineinander greift aber keine Flächenpressung mehr vorhanden ist. Das Ineinandergreifen der Verzahnung verhindert in diesem Fall bei Verstellung in Längsrichtung das ungewollte Verstellen in Quer- bzw. Seitenrichtung. Die Verstellung in Querrichtung kann erst erfolgen, wenn die Klemmschrauben soweit gelöst sind, dass die Verzahnung nicht mehr ineinander greift. Claims (10)

  1. Door hinge for concealed installation for rotatably connecting a door leaf to a door frame with three-dimensional adjustability and an internal adjusting unit consisting of
    a) two receiving bodies (1, 2) which can be inserted in the frame and the door leaf and which form hinge parts,
    b) two joint bodies (13) which are rotatably connected to one another through a central axis (6) and which are each rotatably connected to the receiving bodies (1, 2) via an axis (7), wherein the joint bodies (13) can dip into a recess (10) of the receiving bodies (1, 2) and the position of the axes (7) relative to the receiving bodies (1, 2) cannot be changed,
    c) front plates (17, 18) which connect the receiving bodies (1, 2) to the frame and to the door leaf,
    d) at least one adjusting unit which is inserted in one of the hinge parts,
    e) clamping screws (16) for fixing the position of one of the receiving bodies (1) relative to the front plates (17) by pressing a respective front plate (17) and a clamping plate (20) against the lateral extension (12) of the receiving body (1),
    characterized in that
    the adjusting unit consists of a rotation axle (5) and an adjusting disc (4) eccentrically connected thereto, by which, when the clamping screws (16) are loosened, the receiving body (1, 2) can be changed in terms of its position relative to the front plates (17, 18) in one direction by rotating, wherein the adjusting disc (4) is inserted in a pocket (11, 15) in the front plate (17), in a middle plate (3) arranged between the front plate (17) and the lateral extension (12), or in the lateral extension (12) of the receiving body (1, 2), wherein the middle plate is fixedly connected to the front plate (17) or the front plate and the middle plate are manufactured from one part, wherein the pocket (11, 15) corresponds in terms of height to the diameter of the adjusting disc (4), and wherein, if the pocket (11) is provided in the front plate (17) or the middle plate (3), the rotation axle (5) is displaceable on the front plate (17) in a longitudinal direction of the receiving body (1, 2) in a slot (14) of the front plate (17) by rotating the rotation axle (5), wherein the part of the rotation axle (5) that engages through a cutout in the lateral extension (12) of the receiving body (1) displaces the receiving body in terms of its position relative to the front plates (17) and, if the pocket (15) is provided in the lateral extension (12) of the receiving body (1, 2), is mounted in a stationary manner in the direction of displacement of the receiving body (1, 2), wherein the front plate (17) forms a stationary counter-bearing, in which the rotation axle (5) is mounted in such a way as to be able only to rotate.
  2. Door hinge according to claim 1, characterized in that, after loosening the clamping screws (16) between the front plate (17), the middle plate (3) connected thereto and the clamping plate (20), the receiving body (1) is displaceable in the lateral direction, wherein the clamping screws (16) are displaceable in slots (9) in the lateral extension (12), wherein the rotation axle (5) is displaceable in the cutout in the lateral extension (12), which is in the form of a slot (8), without rotating the adjusting disc (4).
  3. Door hinge according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rotation axle (5) is arranged between the front plate (17) and the clamping plate (20), is supported thereon by a shoulder, and is mounted in the front plate (17) and the clamping plate (20) with a cylindrical extension (30) in the slot (14) such that the adjusting unit (4, 5), during the rotation, can be displaced between the front plate (17) and the clamping plate (20) and the receiving body (1) is displaced by the rotation axle (5).
  4. Door hinge according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the adjusting disc (4) has an eccentric aperture (22) and the edge of the adjusting disc (4) is undulatory such that autonomous rotation of the adjusting disc in the pocket (11, 15) is inhibited.
  5. Door hinge according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the adjusting disc (4) is connected to the rotation axle (5) with a form fit or with a force fit or with a form and force fit such that, by rotating the rotation axle (5), the adjusting disc (4) is also rotated, or the rotation axle (5) and the adjusting disc (4) are formed as one part.
  6. Door hinge according to any one of claims 2 to 5, characterized in that the slot (8) in the receiving body (1, 2) is just as wide as the diameter of the region of the rotation axle (5) that is located in the slot (8), and the length of the slot (8) is larger than said diameter such that the rotation axle (5) can be displaced in the receiving body (1, 2) in the lateral direction but not in the height direction.
  7. Door hinge according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that slots (9) are provided in the receiving body which are wider and longer than the clamping screws (16) engaging therethrough, such that the clamping screws can be displaced in the lateral direction and in the height direction.
  8. Door hinge according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a toothing in the longitudinal direction is applied to the extension (12) on the receiving body (1) and to the underside of the front plate (17) and/or to the underside of the middle plate (3) such that, when the clamping screws (16) are loosened slightly, the receiving body (1, 2) cannot slip in the lateral direction but an adjustment in the height direction and/or longitudinal direction is possible, and when the clamping screws (16) are loosened to a greater extent a lateral adjustment is also possible.
  9. Door hinge according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rotation axle (5) is mounted between the front plate (17) and the clamping plate (20) with a shoulder, and in the front plate (17) and the clamping plate (20) there is in each case a hole, in which an extension of the rotation axle (5) is mounted.
  10. Door hinge according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the receiving body (1) is displaceable between the front plates (17) and the clamping plates (20) in the lateral direction when the clamping screws (16) are loosened, is displaceable in terms of the height position by rotating the rotation axle (5), the receiving body (2) is displaceable in terms of its depth position by rotating adjusting spindles (23), and thus the position of the door leaf (24) in the frame (25) can be changed in three dimensions, wherein the axes (7) of the joint bodies (13) cannot be changed in terms of their position relative to the receiving bodies (1, 2).
