Claims (5)
- Dispositif (10) pour couper fin des pieces à usiner, comme des roués dentées ou similaires, essentiellement compose d'un poinçon de coupage (11) muni d'un contour de coupe, de faces de coupe et d'un dispositif de guidage force, d'une plaque de serrage ainsi que d'une plaque de decoupage (15), dans laquelle est guide un contre-appui (14), sachant qu'entre la plaque de serrage et al plaque de decoupage (15) une tôle peut être maintenue inamoviblement et qu'au moins le poinçon de coupage (11) et la plaque de découpage (15) sont disposes orientables, de façon relative, l'un par rapport à l'autre et que le poinçon de coupage (11) est muni de faces de coupe disposes selon un angle par rapport au sens vertical de déplacement du poinçon de coupage (11) caracterizé en ce que le poinçon de coupage (11) présente un talon de poinçonnage (22) qui est logé de manière orientable dans un espace de pression (21) d'un outil supérieur (20) lequel est rempli de liquid hydraulique, préférablement d'huile, faisant office de palier, et qui est obturé par un clapet anti-retour pour que le poinçon de coupage (11) soit positioné à l'aide d'une couche d'huile (23) pendant le coupage et les surfaces du talon de poinçonnage (22) et de l'outil supérieur soient séparées.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, characterize en ce qu'aussi, le contre-appui (14) et la plaque de decoupage (15) sont disposes orientables, de façon relative l'un à l'autre et qu'il présente également un contour de coupe realize de façon analogue au poinçon de coupage (11) et des faces de coupe.

- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le contour de coupe ou les faces de coupe du poinçon de coupage (11) ou du contre-appui (14) est/sont realisé(es) en tant que denture oblique (13a, 16a).
