Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vakuumpumpe mit einer ersten Welle (10), einem damit verbundenen ersten Kolben (12), einer zweiten Welle (14), einem damit verbundenen zweiten Kolben (16), einem Antrieb (54, 56), welcher wenigstens eine Welle in Drehung versetzt, wobei beide Wellen gegenläufig mit gleicher Frequenz drehend in Rotation versetzt sind, und wenigstens einem Lager (22, 24, 26, 28) zur drehbaren Unterstützung einer Welle. Um die Gefährdung durch eine Berührung der Kolben untereinander oder mit dem Gehäuse zu verringern, schlägt die Erfindung vor, dass zwischen Kolben und Lager eine Freigabestruktur vorgesehen ist.
