Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kohlebürste (10, 20) zur Übertragung hoher Ströme mit einem Anschlussteil (12) zum Anschluss eines elektrischen Leiters (19) und einem sich verbrauchenden Kontaktteil (11) mit einer zur Anlage an eine Kommutatoreinrichtung ausgebildeten Kontaktfläche (16), wobei der Anschlussteil und der Kontaktteil in einer quer zur Abnutzungsrichtung der Kohlebürste orientierten Schichtübergangzone (13) ineinander übergehend ausgebildet sind und einen einstückigen Formkörpcr bilden, wobei der Anschlussteil und der Kontaktteil unterschiedliche Zusammensetzungen aufweisen, derart, dass ein Kohlenstoffanteil des Kontaktteils größer ist als der Kohlenstoffanteil des Anschlussteils und der Kontaktteil einen vom Anschlussteil abweichenden Metallanteil aufweist.
