Description

TRANSPORT - SI CHERlJMGS -VORRICHTIMG FUR BEHÄLTER
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sicherungs-Vorrichtung für den Transport von einem oder mehr Behältern wie Spannringfässer oder Kanister.
Sicherungs-Vorrichtungen der eingangs genannten Art werden im Stand der Technik verwendet, um Behälter auf einer Transportpalette zu sichern. Die bekannten Vorrichtungen weisen jedoch den Nachteil auf, dass eine sichere feste Verbindung zwischen Behälter und Palette einerseits und zwischen einer Mehrzahl von Behältern andererseits nicht gewährleistet ist. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es deshalb, eine Vorrichtung zu schaffen, mittels derer eine sichere feste Verbindung zwischen Behälter und Palette einerseits und zwischen einer Mehrzahl von Behältern andererseits gewährleistet ist .
Für eine Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass mindestens ein an dem Behälter lösbar verankerbarer Befestigungsstreben vorgesehen ist, der zumindest teilweise ein zweiseitig geschlossenes Lager für ein Umreifungsband enthält.
Bevorzugte Ausführungsformen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche .
Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung wird durch die Merkmalskombination, dass mindestens ein an dem Behälter lösbar verankerbarer Befestigungsstreben vorgesehen ist, der zumindest teilweise ein zweiseitig geschlossenes Lager für ein Umreifungsband enthält, erreicht, dass ein verrutschsicheres Lager für ein Umreifungsband von einem von zwei parallelen Seitenwänden definierten Lagerbett eines Befestigungsstrebens vorgegeben ist. Insbesondere wird mit Hilfe der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung erreicht, dass ein stabiler Ansatzpunkt für ein Umreifungsband im Bereich einer Kante eines Behälters gegeben ist.
Gemäß einer ersten bevorzugten Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung ist vorgesehen, dass das Lager eines Umreifungsbandes von einem Lagerbett sowie zumindest teilweise von zwei parallelen Seitenwänden eines Befestigungsstrebens gebildet ist. Gemäß einer anderen bevorzugten Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung ist vorgesehen, dass das Lager im Bereich einer planen Stirnfläche oder Seitenfläche eines Behälters ebenbündig mit den Oberkanten der parallelen Seitenwände ausgebildet ist und im Bereich einer Kante eines Behälters zwischen den parallelen Seitenwänden eines Befestigungsstrebens gebogen verlaufend ausgebildet ist .
Gemäß einer wichtigen bevorzugten Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung ist vorgesehen, dass ein Befestigungsstreben im Bereich seiner behälternahen Unterfläche einer Oberfläche eines Behälters konturfolgend ausgebildet ist . Dabei kann ein Befestigungsstreben im Bereich seiner behälternahen Unterfläche eine oder mehr von in Richtung auf eine Behälteroberfläche zu ausgebildete, einer Kontur der Oberfläche folgende Nasen aufweisen.
Vorzugsweise ist eine Nase eines Befestigungsstrebens mit mindestens einer Aussparung versehen, die zum Zweck einer
Verankerung eines Befestigungsstrebens mit einem Behälter in einen im Bereich der Oberfläche des Behälters ausgebildeten Vorsprung eingreift .
Gemäß einer weiteren wichtigen bevorzugten Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung ist vorgesehen, dass ein Befestigungsstreben eine Aussparung zum lösbaren Eingriff eines rechtwinklig zum Befestigungsstreben angeordneten Hilfsstrebens aufweist, der zur Stabilisierung der Lage des Befestigungsstrebens vorgesehen ist. Durch ein
Zusammenwirken des Hilfsstrebens mit dem Befestigungs- streben ist der Ansatzpunkt eines Umreifungsbandes vorzugsweise im Bereich einer Kante eines Behälters fixiert.
Gemäß einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung ist vorgesehen, dass eine Mehrzahl von Behältern mittels eines oder mehr Umreifungsbändern zu einer Blockeinheit zusammengefasst sind.
Ein Befestigungsstreben weist vorzugsweise aber nicht notwendigerweise zwei aus Wellpappe hergestellte Seitenwände auf, wobei zwischen den Seitenwänden eine aus Wellpappe hergestellte Wabenschicht vorgesehen ist. Die Wabenschicht kann dabei aus einwelliger oder auch aus mehrwelliger Wellpappe hergestellt sein.
Um eine besonders hohe Stabilität zu erreihen, ist die Längsrichtung der Wellentäler der Wellpappe der Wabenschicht vorzugsweise senkrecht zur Längsrichtung der Wellentäler der Wellpappe der Seitenwände orientiert. Eine Seitenwand kann vorzugsweise aus einlagiger, zweilagiger oder aus dreilagiger Wellpappe hergestellt sein.
Die Außenflächen einer Seitenwand sind vorzugsweise jeweils mit einer wasserundurchlässigen Beschichtung versehen.
Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung wird im Folgenden anhand einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform erläutert, die in den Figuren der Zeichnung dargestellt ist. Darin zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine erste bevorzugte Ausführungsform der erfin- dungsgemäßen Vorrichtung in einer Ansicht von schräg oben; Fig. 2 eine zweite bevorzugte Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung in einer Ansicht von schräg oben;
Fig. 3 eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform eines Befestigungsstrebens der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung in einer schematischen Seitenansicht;
Fig. 4 die in Fig. 3 dargestellte bevorzugte Ausführungs- form eines erfindungsgemäßen Befestigungsstrebens in einer Absicht von oben.
Die in den Figuren 1 und 2 dargestellte erfindungsgemäße Sicherungs-Vorrichtung 100 für den Transport von einem oder mehr Behältern 101 wie Spannringfässern oder Kanister, weist mindestens einen an dem Behälter 101 lösbar verankerbaren Befestigungsstreben 110 auf, der zumindest teilweise ein zweiseitig geschlossenes Lager 111 für ein Umreifungsband 120 enthält.
Das Lager 111 eines Umreifungsbandes 120 ist von einem Lagerbett sowie zumindest teilweise von zwei parallelen Seitenwänden 112; 113 eines Befestigungsstrebens 110 gebildet. Das Lager 111 ist dabei im Bereich einer planen Stirnfläche 103 oder Seitenfläche 104 eines Behälters 101 ebenbündig mit den Oberkanten der parallelen Seitenwände 112; 113 ausgebildet und im Bereich einer Kante 105 eines Behälters 101 zwischen den parallelen Seitenwänden 112; 113 eines Befestigungsstrebens 110 gebogen verlaufend ausgebildet.
Ein Befestigungsstreben 110 ist im Bereich seiner behälternahen Unterfläche einer Oberfläche eines Behälters 101 konturfolgend ausgebildet, wobei im Bereich seiner behälternahen Unterfläche eine Mehrzahl von in Richtung auf eine Behälteroberfläche zu ausgebildete, einer Kontur der Oberfläche folgende Nasen 114 vorgesehen sind. Bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform ist eine Nase 114 mit mindestens einer Aussparung 107 versehen, die zum Zweck einer Verankerung eines Befestigungsstrebens 110 mit einem Behälter 101 in einen im Bereich der Oberfläche des Behälters 101 ausgebildeten Vorsprung 106 eingreift.
Bei der in Figur 2 dargestellten bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist ein Befestigungsstreben
110 eine in den Figuren 3 und 4 besonders gut erkennbare
Aussparung 117 zum lösbaren Eingriff eines rechtwinklig zum
Befestigungsstreben 110 angeordneten Hilfsstrebens 130 auf, der zur Stabilisierung der Lage des Befestigungsstrebens 110 vorgesehen ist . Durch ein Zusammenwirken des
Hilfsstrebens 130 mit dem Befestigungsstreben 110 ist der
Ansatzpunkt eines Umreifungsbandes 120 im Bereich einer
Kante 105 eines Behälters 101 unverrückbar fixiert. Eine
Mehrzahl von Behältern 101 ist dabei mittels eines oder mehr Umreifungsbändern 120 zu einer Blockeinheit zusammengefasst .
Ein Befestigungsstreben 110 enthält zwei aus mehrlagiger Wellpappe 115 hergestellte Seitenwände 112; 113, wobei zwischen den Seitenwänden 112; 113 eine aus Wellpappe 115 hergestellte, mehrwellige Wabenschicht 116 vorgesehen ist. Die Längsrichtung der Wellentäler der Wellpappe 115 der Wabenschicht 116 ist dabei senkrecht zur Längsrichtung der Wellentäler der Wellpappe 115 der Seitenwände 112; 113 orientiert.
Die Außenflächen einer Seitenwand 112; 113 sind jeweils mit einer wasserundurchlässigen Beschichtung versehen. Das oben erläuterte Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dient lediglich dem Zweck eines besseren Verständnisses der durch die Ansprüche definierten erfindungsgemäßen Lehre, die als solche durch das Ausführungsbeispiel nicht eingeschränkt ist .

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Sicherungs-Vorrichtung (100) für den Transport von einem oder mehr Behältern (101) wie Spannringfässern oder Kanister, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein an dem Behälter (101) lösbar verankerbarer Befestigungsstreben (110) vorgesehen ist, der zumindest teilweise ein zweiseitig geschlossenes Lager (111) für ein Umreifungsband (120) enthält.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lager (111) eines Umreifungsbandes (120) von einem Lagerbett sowie zumindest teilweise von zwei parallelen Seitenwänden (112, 113) eines Befestigungsstrebens (110) gebildet ist.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lager (111) im Bereich einer planen Stirnfläche (103) oder Seitenfläche (104) eines Behälters (101) ebenbündig mit den Oberkanten der parallelen Seitenwände (112, 113) ausgebildet ist und im Bereich einer Kante (105) eines Behälters (101) zwischen den parallelen Seitenwänden (112, 113) eines Befestigungsstrebens (110) gebogen verlaufend ausgebildet ist.
4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Befestigungsstreben (110) im Bereich seiner behälternahen Unterfläche einer Oberfläche eines Behälters (101) konturfolgend ausgebildet ist.
5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Befestigungsstreben (110) im Bereich seiner behälternahen Unterfläche eine Mehrzahl von in Richtung auf eine Behälteroberfläche zu ausgebildeter, einer Kontur der Oberfläche folgende Nasen (114) aufweist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Nase (114) mit mindestens einer Aussparung (107) versehen ist, die zum Zweck einer Verankerung eines Befestigungsstrebens (110) mit einem Behälter (101) in einen im Bereich der Oberfläche des Behälters (101) ausgebildeten Vorsprung (106) eingreift.

Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Befestigungsstreben (110) eine Aussparung (117) zum lösbaren Eingriff eines rechtwinklig zum Befestigungsstreben (110) angeordneten Hilfsstrebens (130) aufweist, der zur Stabilisierung der Lage des Befestigungsstrebens (110) vorgesehen ist.
8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch ein Zusammenwirken des Hilfsstrebens (130) mit dem Befestigungsstreben (110) der Ansatzpunkt eines Umreifungsbandes (120) im Bereich einer Kante (105) eines Behälters (101) fixiert ist.
9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Mehrzahl von Behältern
(101) mittels eines oder mehr Umreifungsbändern (120) zu eine Blockeinheit zusammengefasst sind.

Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Befestigungsstreben (110) zwei aus Wellpappe (115) hergestellte Seitenwände (112; 113) enthält, wobei zwischen den Seitenwänden (112; 113) eine aus Wellpappe (115) hergestellte Wabenschicht (116) vorgesehen ist.
11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wabenschicht (116) aus einwelliger Wellpappe (115) hergestellt ist.
12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wabenschicht (116) aus mehrwelliger Wellpappe
(115) hergestellt ist.
13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsrichtung der Wellentäler der Wellpappe (115) der Wabenschicht (116) senkrecht zur Längsrichtung der Wellentäler der Wellpappe (115) der Seitenwände (112; 113) orientiert ist.
14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Seitenwand (112; 113) aus einlagiger Wellpappe (115) hergestellt ist.
15. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Seitenwand (112; 113) aus zweilagiger Wellpappe (115) hergestellt ist.
16. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Seitenwand (112; 113) aus dreilagiger Wellpappe (115) hergestellt ist.
17. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenflächen einer Seitenwand (112; 113) jeweils mit einer wasserundurchlässigen Beschichtung versehen sind.
