  • the assembly may be advantageously obtained by welding or gluing.
  • the welding allows obtaining a safe connection between the plates suitable for preventing the detachment of the same and at the same time ensuring the fluid seal.
  • the welding also ensures that the shower head thickness remains substantially unchanged and equal to the sum of the plate thicknesses.
  • the welding further allows a high assembly accuracy, as well as the possibility of perfectly combining thin surfaces to one another.
  • the welding further allows a high automation degree; for example, a laser welding is advantageous since the same head may be used both for shearing the plates from sheet and for making the subsequent welding.
  • the welding also requires a reduced addition of heat so as to prevent deforming the thin plates; it is possible to carry out an autogenous welding, that is, without using added material, so as to limit as much as possible the axial overall dimensions of the shower head.
  • the adhesive layer is capable of ensuring the fluid seal and also of withstanding the axial separation force between the plates due to the water pressure.
  • the welding and/or gluing allow assembling the plates without the interposition of external rings or seals. In this way, assembly costs and times are reduced.

Claims (15)

  1. Duschkopf (4), umfassend
    eine Abgabeplatte (8), die mit zumindest einem Loch (12) zum Abgeben von Wasser versehen ist,
    eine Schließplatte (16), die mit einem Wasserauslass (18) in Flüssigkeitsver-bindung steht, wobei
    die Platten (8, 16) relativ zu einer axialen Richtung (X) direkt einander zuge-wandt sind,
    und wobei die Abgabeplatte (8) eben und senkrecht zu der axialen Richtung (X) ist,
    wobei
    die Schließplatte (16) einen ersten peripheren Abschnitt (20), der eben und parallel zu der Abgabeplatte (8) ist, um direkt mit einem entsprechenden zweiten peripheren Abschnitt (24) der Abgabeplatte (8) in Kontakt zu kommen, und einen Zwischenabschnitt (28) umfasst, der relativ zu dem ersten peripheren Abschnitt (20) zumindest teilweise erhöht ist und gegenüberliegend bzw. entgegengesetzt zu der assoziierbaren Abgabeplatte (8) ist, um eine Sammelkammer (32) für die abzugebende Flüssigkeit zwischen den Platten (8, 16) zu bilden, die eine axiale Dicke (36) aufweist, die sich von den peripheren Abschnitten (20, 24) zu dem Zwischenabschnitt (28) hin bewegend graduell zunimmt,
    der Duschkopf (4) Befestigungs- und Dichtungsmittel (40) umfasst, die an dem peripheren Abschnitt (20, 24) angeordnet sind und geeignet sind, eine relative Verriegelung zwischen den Platten (8, 16) und eine hermetische Abdichtung zu erreichen, um die Sammelkammer (32) mit den Platten (8, 16) auf dichtende Weise zu begrenzen und die Flüssigkeit durch die Löcher (12) der Abgabeplatte (8) abzugeben, wobei der Zwischenabschnitt (28) unter der Einwirkung von unter Druck stehender Flüssigkeit elastisch verformbar ist, um einen pulsierenden Wasserstrahl zu gewährleisten.
  2. Duschkopf (4) nach Anspruch 1, wobei sich der Zwischenabschnitt (28) radial zumindest bis zu den äußersten Abgabelöchern (12) der Abgabeplatte (8) erstreckt.
  3. Duschkopf (4) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Zwischenabschnitt (28) einen konischen Abschnitt umfasst, der zu dem Wasserauslass (18) hin konvergiert.
  4. Duschkopf (4) nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, wobei der Zwischenabschnitt (28) einen parabolischen Abschnitt umfasst, der eine Konkavität bzw. hohle Be-schaffenheit entgegen bzw. abgewandt von der Abgabeplatte (8) aufweist.
  5. Duschkopf (4) nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3 oder 4, wobei der Zwischenabschnitt (28) einen parabolischen Abschnitt aufweist, der eine Konkavität bzw. hohle Beschaffenheit zu der bzw. zugewandt zu der Abgabeplatte (8) aufweist.
  6. Duschkopf (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Befes-tigungs- und Dichtungsmittel (40) integral bzw. einstückig mit den Platten (8, 16) sind, um das Entfernen der Platten (8, 16) zu verhindern.
  7. Duschkopf (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Befes-tigungs- und Dichtungsmittel (40) eine relativ zu der axialen Dicke der Platten (8, 16) vernachlässigbare axiale Dicke aufweisen, so dass die insgesamte axiale Dicke des Duschkopfs (4) im Wesentlichen gleich der Summe der axia-len Dicken der Platten (8, 16) an den peripheren Abschnitten (20, 24) ist.
  8. Duschkopf (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Befes-tigungs- und Dichtungsmittel (40) eine Schweißung (54) umfassen, welche die gesamte Sammelkammer (32) des Duschkopfs (4) entlang des Umfangs begrenzt.
  9. Duschkopf (4) nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Schweißung von der radialen Art ist, das heißt, an dem Ende des Außenumfangs des Duschkopfs (4) gemacht ist.
  10. Duschkopf (4) nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Schweißung von der axialen Art ist, das heißt, an den peripheren Abschnitten (20, 24) der Platten (8, 16) gemacht ist, die direkt miteinander in Kontakt sind.
  11. Duschkopf (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Befestigungs- und Dichtungsmittel (40) einen Klebeabschnitt (54) umfassen, der die gesamte Sammelkammer (32) des Duschkopfs (4) entlang des Umfangs begrenzt.
  12. Duschkopf (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend Düsen (52), die geeignet sind, zumindest teilweise in die Löcher (12) der Abgabeplatte (8) eingesetzt zu werden.
  13. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Duschkopfs, umfassend die Schritte:
    - Abscheren bzw. Schneiden einer Abgabeplatte (8) aus Blech, die mit zu-mindest einem Loch (12) zum Abgeben von Wasser und mit einem zweiten peripheren Abschnitt (24) versehen ist,
    - Abscheren bzw. Schneiden und Ziehen einer Schließplatte (16) aus Blech, die mit zumindest einem Wasserauslassloch (18) versehen ist, um der Schließplatte (16) einen ersten peripheren Abschnitt (20), der eben und parallel zu der assoziierbaren Abgabeplatte (8) ist, und einen Zwischenabschnitt (28) zu verleihen, der relativ zu dem ersten peripheren Abschnitt (20) erhöht ist,
    - Assoziieren der beiden Platten (8, 16) durch Inkontaktbringen bzw.
    - platzieren der jeweiligen peripheren Abschnitte (20, 24), wobei der Zwi-schenabschnitt (28) der Schließplatte (16) einen Sammelkammer (32) für Flüssigkeit mit der Abgabeplatte (8) definiert, die eine sich von den peripheren Abschnitten (20, 24) zu dem Zwischenabschnitt (28) hin bewegend graduell zunehmende Dicke (36) aufweist,
    - Verriegeln der beiden Platten (8, 16) miteinander an den jeweiligen peri-pheren Abschnitten (20, 24) durch Klärungs- bzw. Befestigungs- und Dichtungsmittel (40), die geeignet sind, eine relative Verriegelung zwischen den Platten (8, 16) und eine hermetische Abdichtung der Sammelkammer (32) zu erhalten.
  14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, wobei der Schritt des Verriegelns der Platten (8, 16) einen Schritt des Schweißens bzw. Anschweißens derselben an den peripheren Abschnitten (20, 24) umfasst.
  15. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, wobei der Schritt des Verriegelns der Platten (8, 16) einen Schritt des Klebens bzw. Anklebens derselben an die peripheren Abschnitte (20, 24) umfasst.
