Description

The invention relates to an electrical switch, in particular a micro switch, with at least one convertible by an actuator in different switching positions contact spring, which is arranged on an armature formed as an electrical contact and which has a closed spring frame, wherein the spring frame two, approximately opposing directions extending spring tongues are pliable arranged, wherein a first spring tongue is formed as a return for the actuator and a second spring tongue, the switch for the contact region of the contact spring is formed and wherein the spring tongues have attack areas on opposite surface areas of the armature.

Electrical switches of the aforementioned type, such as microswitches or the like, are used in particular in measurement and control technology in order to be able to spontaneously and unambiguously carry out the switching operations, which are frequently to be carried out in corresponding current and control circuits in these application areas, with a particularly high repeatability. The ones used for these special shifts electrical switches usually have a respective the switching positions of the micro-switch determining, a tilting movement during actuation exporting contact spring. Due to the change in position of a mechanical actuator, such as a housing of the microswitch penetrating plunger, the contact region of the contact spring of a switch position and a standing in contact with the contact area current conductive contact in the other switching position and thus in contact with another contact transferred. The distance between the contacts of the electric switch, which can be used, for example, as normally open, normally closed or change-over, is generally only one tenth of a millimeter to a few millimeters.

The contact springs used in such electrical switches for implementing the switching operation form a tilting system, which is mechanically guided, inter alia, to minimize the contact friction occurring between the contact region of the contact spring and a respective current-conducting contact of the microswitch. The outer guide is also necessary to carry out a defined, unambiguous movement, frequently causing a deteriorated function of the switch due to the friction hysteresis. The formation of a contact spring in the direction of actuation of the actuator receiving guide also always means a structurally complex design of the switch and is connected at the same time with a correspondingly high cost.

From the DE 295 15 991 U1 a switch of the aforementioned type is known. The provided at the switch to the D2 spring element also has spring tongues. These are bent and retain this deflection during actuation of the switch. The operation of the switch is effected by a plunger which impinges at a defined location on the contact spring. Furthermore, the plunger is guided in a housing. Reason for the defined attachment to the edge as well as for guiding the plunger is the occurrence of forces in the lateral direction upon deflection of the spring. The forces can be quite different, they have different sizes and directions, depending on existing material thicknesses, spring characteristics, impact points of the plunger. An uncontrolled degree of freedom in the horizontal plane is given.

The invention is based on the object to improve an electrical switch of the aforementioned type to the effect that this can be simplified and therefore produced inexpensively. In this case, a high switching safety should be ensured.

The object is achieved by an electric switch with the features of claim 1. Advantageous developments and refinements of the invention are set forth in claims 2 to 8.

In an electrical switch, in particular a microswitch, of the type indicated above, it is provided according to the invention that the first, designed as a return for the actuator spring tongue is at least in its longitudinal direction to compressive stress loaded, buckled spring leaf.

With the help of an inventively designed microswitch whose contact spring on two, in particular opposite ends of the spring frame integrally arranged spring tongues on the current-carrying armature of the switch attacking support, even in the generated during the entire switching operation tilting movement of the contact spring a stable position of the contact spring is ensured within the microswitch , Furthermore, arises during the switching process of the contact pin held stable position, due to the reduced tangential movement in the contact point, a reduced contact friction, which improves the longitudinal function of the switch with advantage. On the formation of the contact spring, for example, holding, always frictional sliding guide can thus be dispensed with in an advantageous manner and the switch according to the invention accordingly has a simplified and therefore cost-effective design. Already during assembly of the switch which is then only stable at the anchor and a contact supporting contact spring. The spring tongues of the contact spring extend in a central region of the spring frame, which is formed closed around it, preferably each starting from its end regions, approximately in opposite directions to each other.

The use according to the invention of a spring leaf constitutes a structurally advantageous possibility for forming the preferably flexibly received, first spring tongue. The spring tongue also located in the event of a buckling also generates a degressive spring characteristic during actuation, as a result of which the wear on the actuating member, which can be designed, for example, as a plunger , can be kept low even with relatively large traverses advantage. With the use of a spring leaf is also ensured that in addition to the advantageous return function for the actuator at the same time one of second spring tongue counteracting spring force is generated, by means of which an advantageous balance of each acting in opposite directions spring forces of the spring tongues is created.

The first spring tongue preferably has, in one of the switching positions of the contact spring, a leg section extending from the articulation point on the spring frame, approximately parallel to the spring frame plane, followed by at least one further leg section having an approximately uniformly curved course. The actuator located in its rest position or the upper end position is permanently acted upon by the always elastically deformed spring tongue with a spring force. Upon actuation of the actuator, in particular, the spring frame of the contact spring performs a tilting movement. Trained as a retractor spring tongue is further buckled by acting on them, increasing compressive stress and may have after reaching the lower end leg leg sections that have both different radii of curvature and different directions of curvature.

In addition, it is provided that the second spring tongue of the contact spring has a curved shape. By means of a preferably plastically deformed spring tongue, an advantageously improved switching function or snap movement of the second spring tongue is effected, which after reaching the switching position by the actuating member abruptly performs a change in the switching position of the contact region of the contact spring. The second In contrast to the first spring tongue, the spring tongue has, in particular, a relatively stiff configuration or has a kink-stiffener geometry, whereby a transition into the buckling case is advantageously prevented even with a relatively high pressure force acting in the longitudinal direction of the spring tongue. Instead of a bent or angled shape, the second spring tongue can of course also be straight.

The first spring tongue has in relation to the second spring tongue at approximately the same cross-section on a larger length, which in particular ensures that only one of the spring frame of the contact spring in particular integrally formed spring tongues buckles at a force acting in the longitudinal direction of the spring pressure force. This has an advantageous effect on improving the stable position of the contact spring within the microswitch despite the ungauged movement of the contact spring. Preferably, the length dimension of the first spring tongue is at least twice as long as the length dimension of the second spring tongue.

According to a development of the invention, it is provided that each spring tongue in the region of its articulation on the spring frame has a constriction which reduces its cross-section. About the constrictions in the articulation areas on the spring frame an advantageous joint-like connection of the spring tongues to the otherwise relatively stiff formed spring frame of the contact spring is generated. On the one hand this is an optimal deformation of the buckled, first spring tongue in response to the Switching position of the contact spring achieved and on the other hand, the differential path between switching position and Rückschaltlage reduce with advantage. Thus, at the same time necessary for the switching path is minimized, which in turn has an advantageous effect on the switching behavior of such inventively designed electrical switch.

The contact region of the contact spring, which is assigned to the second spring tongue controlling the switching process, is designed as a rolled-up hollow mold section, which represents an advantageously simple possibility for forming the contact region which can be brought into contact with the contacts of the microswitch. Furthermore, it is ensured by the formation of the contact region as a hollow mold section and the resulting relatively low mass, during the switching operation, an advantageous low-vibration placement of the surface of the contact area to a respective contact surface of the microswitch. The formed as a hollow mold portion contact area is arranged in particular at an end portion of the spring frame, from which extends the second spring tongue approximately in the direction of the opposite end.

In order to further reduce the difference between the switching position and the Rückschaltlage, the articulated at the armature supporting contact spring, it is provided that the articulation point is formed for the second spring tongue in the rolled-up hollow mold portion of the contact spring. The connection of the second spring tongue is preferably in an area above the Federrahmenebene, whereby in particular the Rückschaltlage or the reset point is shifted with advantage in the direction of the switching position and the switching point. Thus, the switching behavior of the electrical switch designed as a microswitch can be relatively easily improved, whereby the aim is always to bring the differential path between the switching and reset position to zero.

Another development of the invention provides that the spring tongues, which are preferably arranged at opposite ends of the contact spring, engage parallel to each other staggered portions of the particular angled trained anchor. By forming the same time serving as an electrical contact armature as a step-shaped component can be dispensed with advantage to the compression of a portion of the spring frame. In particular, the inaccuracies in the forming area occurring simultaneously with the compression of the spring frame, which is caused by a plastic deformation on the spring frame, can thus be avoided and a microswitch according to the invention can be produced with a relatively high switching accuracy. In addition, the plastic deformation of the spring frame always requires a relatively high manufacturing effort, can now be dispensed with by the angled design of the armature with advantage. The angled anchor, however, can be relatively easily modified with a favorable high accuracy.

Dabei führt die zweite Federzunge beim Erreichen der Schaltlage oder der Rückschaltlage durch das Betätigungsglied 3 stets eine spontane und eindeutige Umklappbewegung aus.1 with a micro-switch is referred to, which has at least one housing 2 and a housing 3 penetrating actuator 3, which in turn is in contact with a convertible into different switching positions contact spring 4. The contact spring 4 has a closed spring frame 5, are arranged on the two, approximately in opposite directions extending spring tongues 6, 7 pliable. The spring tongues 6, 7 are in particular formed integrally with the spring frame 5, and are supported on both sides on an electrical contact Anchor 8 off. In this case, a first spring tongue 6 is an unfolded spring leaf which is loaded at least in its longitudinal direction and which also serves as a return spring for the actuating member 3. In particular, the second spring tongue 7 controls the switching function of a contact region 9 formed on the contact spring 4, which switches back and forth between a top contact 10 and a bottom contact 11 upon a corresponding actuation of the contact spring 4. In this case, the second spring tongue always leads on reaching the switching position or the Rückschaltlage by the actuator 3 a spontaneous and unambiguous Umklappbewegung.

In Fig. 2 the actuated micro-switch 1 is shown, wherein the actuator designed as a plunger 3 is in its end position. The contact spring 4 has then carried out a tilting movement, and lies with its contact region 9 on the lower contact 11. The first spring tongue 6 is further buckled by the increased compressive stress in its longitudinal direction, but the spring tongue 6 is deformed only elastically and thus after removal of the force acting on the actuator 3 this automatically by the first spring tongue 6 in its rest position ( Fig. 1 ) is moved back. At the same time then switches the second spring tongue 7 in its upper switching position, so that the contact portion 9 of the contact spring 4 in turn rests on the upper contact 10. The current-carrying armature 8 is angled so that the free ends of the spring tongues 6, 7 engage supportingly at parallel staggered sections 12, 13 of the armature 8. Around In particular, to prevent the ingress of moisture via the actuating member 3 leading to the opening 14, in particular a sealing region sealingly closing the opening portion 15 is provided, which is integrally formed on the housing 2 and the actuator 3 in a form-fitting manner.

Fig. 3 shows in particular the coming into use in microswitch 1 contact spring 4 in an enlarged view, in particular to illustrate their design. The contact spring 4 is shown in the installed state, so that the first spring tongue 6 is shown led out of its actual resting in the plane of the spring frame 5 rest position. The spring frame 5 of the contact spring 4 has at one end always with the actuator 3 ( Fig. 1 ) in contact bearing surface 16, which is formed curved due to the export by the contact spring tilting movement. At the opposite end of the spring frame 5 of each standing with the upper contact 10 or the lower contact 11 in contact contact area 9 is formed, which is preferably a rolled-up hollow mold section. Furthermore, the first spring tongue 6 in relation to the second spring tongue 7 at least twice the length, so that it is ensured that only the first spring tongue 6 buckles at a compressive stress acting in its longitudinal direction. The second spring tongue 7 is always relatively stable in spite of their flexurally flexible articulation on the spring frame 5 and has, as Fig. 3 illustrates already in the delivery state a curved shape, which always leads to a spontaneous or sudden switching of the second spring tongue 7 when reaching the switching position.

Fig. 4 shows a second embodiment of a contact spring 17 according to the invention, which is in particular equipped with a bending out of the plane of the spring frame 5, bend soft-shaped, but straight extending second spring tongue 18. Identical components are designated by the same reference numbers.
