Claims (14)

  1. Sicherheitsvorrichtung, die dazu bestimmt ist, die Zugänglichkeit zu einem Gegenstand (4) zu überwachen, enthaltend:
    - zumindest eine nachgiebige Hülle (1), die aus einem Gewebe (2) gebildet ist, das aus zumindest einem nachgiebigen Leitungsdraht hergestellt ist, der mit einem nachgiebigen Isoliermantel umgeben ist, wobei die nachgiebige Hülle eine Taschenform annimmt, die einen Hohlbereich (3) definiert, der den Gegenstand beinhalten kann, sowie zumindest eine Öffnung (5), welche von dem Gegenstand durchquert werden kann, um in den Hohlbereich (3) aufgenommen zu werden,
    - Schließmittel (6) zum Verschließen der Öffnung (5), welche zumindest eine erste (7) und eine zweite Leiterbahn (8) aufweisen, von denen zumindest die eine mit zumindest einer selbstklebenden Leiterschicht versehen ist, wobei die erste (7) und die zweite Leiterbahn (8) die beiden Elektroden, nämlich Anode und Kathode, einer Kapazität darstellen und zumindest die beiden verschiedenen Stellungen wie folgt einnehmen können:
    - eine erste Stellung, die sogenannte Aktivstellung, in welcher die erste (7) und die zweite Leiterbahn (8) über die selbstklebende Leiterschicht, welche die Öffnung verschließt (5), miteinander in Kontakt stehen,
    - eine zweite Stellung, die sogenannte Inaktivstellung, in welcher die erste (7) und die zweite Leiterbahn (8) voneinander getrennt sind und die Öffnung (5) freigeben,
    - Kontrollmittel (9, 10, 25), von denen zumindest ein Teil (9, 25) in der nachgiebigen Hülle (1) integriert ist, um zumindest die Kontinuität des die nachgiebige Hülle (1) bildenden Leitungsdrahts und den Stellungswechsel zumindest der ersten (7) und der zweiten Leiterbahn (8) zu kontrollieren, die durch einen kapazitiven Effekt wirken, der durch den Kontakt zweier gegenüberliegender Leiterbahnen erzeugt wird.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nachgiebige Hülle (1) ferner eine erste nachgiebige Widerstandsschicht (11), die auf die Innenfläche des Gewebes (2) aufgebracht und dazu bestimmt ist, mit dem Gegenstand (4) in Kontakt zu treten, sowie eine zweite nachgiebige Widerstandsschicht (12), die auf die Außenfläche des Gewebes (2) aufgebracht ist, aufweist, wobei das Gewebe zwischen der ersten (11) und der zweiten nachgiebigen Widerstandsschicht (12) sandwichartig aufgenommen ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nachgiebige Hülle (1) eine Taschenform annimmt, deren Gewebe (2) aus einem Stück gewebt oder gewirkt ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die nachgiebige Hülle (1) bildende Gewebe (2) aus zumindest zwei Drähten hergestellt ist, von denen der eine ein nachgiebiger Leitungsdraht ist, der von einem nachgiebigen Isoliermantel umgeben ist, während der andere ein nachgiebiger Kunststoffdraht mit einem hohen Widerstand ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schließmittel (6) zum Verschließen der Öffnung (5) der nachgiebigen Hülle (1) aufweisen:
    - eine Umschlagklappe (13), welche die Öffnung (5) überdecken kann,
    - zumindest eine dritte (14) und eine vierte Leiterbahn (15), von denen zumindest die eine mit zumindest einer selbstklebenden Leiterschicht versehen ist und die eine auf der Außenfläche der nachgiebigen Hülle (1) und die andere auf der Innenfläche der Umschlagklappe (13) angeordnet ist, so dass dann, wenn sich die Umschlagklappe in der Stellung zum Überdecken der Öffnung (5) befindet und an der Außenfläche der nachgiebigen Hülle anliegt, die dritte (14) und die vierte Leiterbahn (15) einander gegenüberliegen,
    - wobei die erste (7) und die zweite Leiterbahn (8) die Öffnung (5) begrenzen und an der Innenfläche der nachgiebigen Hülle (1) angeordnet sind, so dass sie in ihrer Aktivstellung oder in ihrer Inaktivstellung, die einem Schließzustand bzw. einem Offenzustand der Hülle entsprechen, einander gegenüberliegen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umschlagklappe (13) aus einem Gewebe besteht, das aus zumindest einem nachgiebigen Leitungsdraht herstellt ist, der mit einem nachgiebigen Isoliermantel umgeben ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewebe der Umschlagklappe und das Gewebe der eine Taschenform annehmenden nachgiebigen Hülle aus einem Stück gewebt oder gewirkt sind.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewebe (2) und die erste (11) und die zweite nachgiebige Widerstandsschicht (12) über ein Klebemittel verbunden sind.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste (11) und die zweite nachgiebige Widerstandsschicht (12) eine Schicht aus starkem Papier oder Kunststoff aufweisen.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner Mittel zum Kontrollieren zumindest eines der nachfolgenden Umgebungsparameter aufweist: Temperatur, Druck, Röntgenstrahlung, welcher die nachgiebige Hülle (1) ausgesetzt ist, wobei die Mittel zumindest einen der nachfolgenden Sensoren enthalten: Temperaturmessfühler, Drucksensor, Röntgenstrahlungssensor, Ultraschallsensor, die in der nachgiebigen Hülle integriert sind.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontrollmittel (9, 10, 25) zum Kontrollieren der Kontinuität des die nachgiebige Hülle (1) bildenden Leitungsdrahts, des Stellungswechsels der Leiterbahnen (7, 8; 14, 15) und gegebenenfalls der Umgebung der nachgiebigen Hülle aufweisen:
    - zweikreisige, mobile HF-Kommunikationsmittel (Sender/Empfänger) (9), die in der nachgiebigen Hülle (1) integriert sind,
    - HF-Kommunikationsmittel (Sender/Empfänger) als Basisteile (10), die in Entfernung von der nachgiebigen Hülle (1) liegen und mit den mobilen HF-Kommunikationsmitteln (Sender/Empfänger) kommunizieren können, die in der nachgiebigen Hülle (1) integriert sind,
    - wobei ein erster Kreis der mobilen HF-Kommunikationsmittel dazu bestimmt ist, mit den HF-Kommunikationsmittel-Basisteilen (Sender/Empfänger) zu kommunizieren,
    - wobei ein zweiter Kreis der mobilen HF-Kommunikationsmittel dazu bestimmt ist, eine flache Versorgungsbatterie wieder aufzuladen, die in der nachgiebigen Hülle integriert ist,
    - eine elektronische Karte (25) zum Messen zumindest der Kontinuität des die nachgiebige Hülle (1) bildenden Leitungsdrahts, des Stellungswechsels der Leiterbahnen (7, 8; 14, 15) und gegebenenfalls der Umgebungsparameter der nachgiebigen Hülle (1).
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel zum Datieren und Aufzeichnen einer Diskontinuität des die nachgiebige Hülle (1) bildenden Leitungsdrahts sowie eines zumindest teilweisen Stellungswechsels der Leiterbahnen aufweist, der einem Wechsel des Offen-/Schließzustands der Hülle (1) oder einem versuchten Wechsel des Offen-/Schließzustands der Hülle entspricht.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der in die Hülle (1) integrierte Bereich der Kontrollmittel zum Kontrollieren der Kontinuität des die nachgiebige Hülle bildenden Leitungsdrahts, des Stellungswechsels der Leiterbahnen (7, 8, 14, 15) und gegebenenfalls der Umgebungsparameter der Hülle die Form einer elektronischen Karte (25) annimmt, die nachgiebig und flach und in der nachgiebigen Hülle integriert ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der in der nachgiebigen Hülle (1) integrierten elektronischen Karte (25) eine Einzelseriennummer zugewiesen ist.
