Claims (6)
- Pompe à vide (10), comportant un carter (12) en forme de pot, un rotor (18), monté à excentrique de manière rotative dans le carter (12), une pale (20), qui est montée dans le rotor (18) de manière mobile orthogonalement à l'axe de rotation (21) et qui est en appui avec ses extrémités contre une surface périphérique intérieure (22), délimitant une chambre de travail (30), du carter (12) et, en l'occurrence, divise la chambre de travail (30) en une chambre d'aspiration (32) et une chambre de pression (34), et la chambre d'aspiration (32) est munie d'un orifice d'admission d'air (14) et la chambre de pression (34) est munie d'un orifice de sortie d'air (38), l'orifice d'admission d'air (38) étant muni d'une soupape de sortie (40) et ladite soupape de sortie (40) comportant un ressort à lames (44) serré sur un côté et formant un organe de fermeture (46), la courbe caractéristique de ressort du ressort à lames (44) variant depuis la zone de serrage (50) vers l'extrémité libre (62), le ressort à lames (44) étant courbé dans la surface d'étanchéité sous forme réniforme ou sous forme de cercle partiel, caractérisée en ce que le ressort à lames (44) est un ressort à lames (44) stratifié avec des lames (52, 54, 56, 58) individuelles, lesdites lames (52, 54, 56, 58) ayant des longueurs étagées et étant courbées en direction de la lame (52, 54, 56) respectivement plus longue.

- Pompe à vide selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'épaisseur des différentes lames (52, 54, 56, 58) est identique ou différente.
- Pompe à vide selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le ressort à lames (44) est réalisé en métal ou en matière plastique ou dans une combinaison de ceux-ci.
- Pompe à vide selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la soupape de sortie (40) avec le ressort à lames (44) se situe dans le fond (26) ou dans la paroi périphérique (22) du carter (12).
