Claims (10)
- Druckknopf für ein System zum Spenden einer Flüssigkeit, wobei der besagte Druckknopf einen Korpus (1) umfasst, in dem ein Spenderkanal gebildet wird, und ein Einsatz (17) im besagten Korpus (1) zugeordnet ist, sodass eine Spenderkammer (18) zwischen dem besagten Einsatz (17) und dem besagten Korpus (1) gebildet wird, und die besagte Kammer (18) Kanäle (19) umfasst, die jeweils in Richtung einer Spenderöffnung (20) konvergieren, und die besagten konvergierenden Kanäle (19) so angeordnet sind, um den Aufprall der Flüssigkeitsstrahlen zu ermöglichen, die durch die besagten Öffnungen (20) verteilt werden, und der Einsatz (17) und der Korpus (1) jeweils eine Vertiefung mit kegelförmiger Geometrie umfassen, und die besagten jeweils positiv oder negativ ausgeformten Geometrien so angeordnet sind, dass sie ineinandergefügt werden und zwischen sich die konvergierenden Kanäle (19) bilden, wobei der besagte Druckknopf dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die kegelförmigen Geometrien jeweils eine polygonale Grundfläche für die eine Vertiefung, und eine kreisrunde Grundfläche für die andere Vertiefung aufweisen, und die konvergierenden Kanäle (19) unter der Voraussicht gebildet werden, dass die kreisrunde Geometrie einen Radius aufweist, der geeignet ist, mit den Flächen (21) der polygonalen Geometrie in Kontakt zu treten, und dabei Flüssigkeitsdurchlässe entlang einer jeden Kante (22) der besagten polygonalen Geometrie zu bilden.
- Druckknopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hohlgeometrie kegelig mit polygonaler Grundfläche, und die Steckgeometrie kegelig mit kreisrunder Grundfläche ist.
- Druckknopf nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Korpus (1) die Steckgeometrie aufweist, die in die Hohlgeometrie eingefügt ist, die im Einsatz (17) gebildet wird, wobei die besagte Hohlgeometrie eine Öffnung (33) aufweist, in der die Spenderöffnungen (20) der konvergierenden Kanäle (19) gebildet werden.
- Druckknopf nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spenderkammer (18) einen oberen ringförmigen Kanal (24) umfasst, der mit dem Spenderkanal zusammenwirkt und Zuführungskanäle (30), die einerseits mit dem besagten oberen ringförmigen Kanal, und andererseits mit jeweils einem konvergierenden Kanal (19) zusammenwirken.
- Druckknopf nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Zuführungskanal (30) durch eine Öffnung (35) mit einem konvergierenden Kanal (19) zusammenwirkt, die in der Hohlgeometrie ausgebildet ist.
- Druckknopf nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (35) einen Radius (r1) zur Verbindung zwischen dem Zuführungskanal (30) und dem konvergierenden Kanal (19) aufweist.
- Druckknopf nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Korpus (1) eine Aufnahme (15) aufweist, die mit einem zentralen Stift (25) versehen ist, der Einsatz (17) einen Kanal (27) aufweist, der durch eine vordere Wand (28) begrenzt wird, und der Einsatz (17) um den besagten Stift montiert ist, sodass der ringförmige Kanal (24) zwischen der Innenwand des besagten Kanals und der Außenwand des besagten Stiftes gebildet wird.
- Druckknopf nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenseite der vorderen Wand (28) mit einem Wechselspiel aus Vertiefungen (31) und Buckeln (32) versehen ist, das durch das Aufliegen der Buckel (32) auf dem vordere Ende (26) des Stiftes (25) angeordnet ist, um einen Zuführungskanal (30) in jeder der besagten Vertiefungen zu bilden.
- Druckknopf nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vordere Wand (28) des Einsatzes (17) mit einer Öffnung (33) versehen ist, in der die Hohlgeometrie gebildet wird, wobei das vordere Ende (26) des Stiftes (25) die Steckgeometrie (34) aufweist.
- System zum Spenden einer Flüssigkeit umfassend eine Pumpe oder ein Ventil, auf denen ein Druckknopf nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 montiert ist, wobei der Spenderkanal so mit der besagten Pumpe oder dem besagten Ventil zusammenwirkt, dass das Versprühen der Flüssigkeit durch das Aufprallen der Flüssigkeitsstrahlen aus den konvergierenden Kanälen (19) ermöglicht wird.
