Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de changement de plaque d'impression sur une machine d'impression comprenant :
    - une installation (14) pour recevoir une plaque d'impression au niveau du groupe d'impression dans lequel on veut changer une plaque d'impression du cylindre porte-plaques,
    - un bras pivotant (16) monté sur les parois latérales du groupe d'impression,
    dispositif caractérisé en ce qu'
    le bras pivotant se déplace entre au moins trois positions, à l'aide d'un moyen d'articulation (19) également porté par les parois latérales du groupe d'impression, à savoir :
    * une première position dans laquelle une plaque d'impression a positionner sur le cylindre porte-plaques du groupe d'impression est accrochée à l'installation (14) de réception de plaque d'impression et une plaque d'impression accrochée à l'installation (14) est pincée contre le bras pivotant (16), et
    * une seconde position dans laquelle une plaque d'impression pincée par le bras pivotant (16) est fournie au cylindre porte-plaques du groupe d'impression, et
    * une troisième position entre la première position et la seconde position et dans laquelle, le bras pivotant (16) avec un élément de guidage (23), fixe, délimite une trémie de guidage par laquelle, une plaque d'impression à enlever du cylindre porte-plaques est conduite dans un compartiment de plaques usées (22).
  2. Dispositif de changement de plaque d'impression selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le bras pivotant (16) comporte une plaque de guidage (31) qui s'étend au moins sur la largeur de la plaque d'impression à positionner sur le cylindre porte-plaques du groupe d'impression, et un cylindre tendeur (32) qui s'étend également au moins sur la largeur de la plaque à positionner sur le cylindre porte-plaques du groupe d'impression,
    * la plaque d'impression à positionner sur le cylindre porte-plaques du groupe d'impression est pincée entre la plaque de guidage (31) et le cylindre tendeur (32).
  3. Dispositif de changement de plaque d'impression selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    pour pincer une plaque d'impression à positionner sur le cylindre porte-plaques du groupe d'impression, entre la plaque de guidage (31) et le cylindre tendeur (32), le cylindre tendeur (32) est transféré d'une position de libération dans laquelle, il libère la plaque d'impression vers une position de serrage dans laquelle il pince la plaque d'impression, le long d'une courbe de déplacement (33), de façon que la force de serrage servant à pincer la plaque d'impression, ne s'applique qu'en position de serrage ou directement avant cette position.
  4. Dispositif de changement de plaque d'impression selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le moyen d'articulation (19) sur le bras pivotant (16) qui est monté pivotant sur les parois latérales du groupe d'impression, agit sur les deux côtés du bras.
  5. Dispositif de changement de plaque d'impression selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    pour pivoter le bras pivotant (16) entre au moins les trois positions, le moyen d'articulation comporte à au moins un endroit, d'un côté, deux cylindres (36, 37) qui peuvent se déployer dans des directions opposées,
    * lorsque les deux cylindres sont déployés, le bras pivotant (16) prend la première position, et
    * si seulement l'un des deux cylindres est déployé, le bras pivotant (16) prend la troisième position, et
    * si les deux cylindres sont rétractés, le bras pivotant (16) prend la seconde position.
  6. Dispositif de changement de plaque d'impression selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le compartiment à plaques usées (22) peut être transféré entre au moins deux positions à savoir, une position abaissée et une position relevée.
  7. Dispositif de changement de plaque d'impression selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    dans la position relevée du compartiment à plaques usées (22), une plaque d'impression à enlever du cylindre porte-plaques, est introduite par une extrémité dans le compartiment et y est verrouillée, de façon qu'une plaque d'impression pincée par une extrémité dans le compartiment à plaques usées (22), puisse être enlevée du groupe d'impression par le déplacement du compartiment de plaques usées passant de sa position relevée à sa position abaissée.
  8. Dispositif de changement de plaque d'impression selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'installation de réception d'une plaque d'impression comporte au moins deux broches de fixation (24),
    * une plaque d'impression à positionner dans la zone du groupe d'impression, est accrochée par une extrémité repliée à savoir, une extrémité amont ou une extrémité aval aux broches de fixation (24),
    * les broches de fixation (24) se situent sur une droite sensiblement parallèle à un canal de serrage du cylindre porte-plaques du groupe d'impression, pour assurer ainsi l'alignement suivant un registre en diagonale de la plaque d'impression par rapport au cylindre porte-plaques du groupe d'impression, et
    * une butée (26) est associée à l'une des broches de fixation (24), contre laquelle est appuyée la plaque d'impression accrochée aux broches de fixation pour assurer ainsi un alignement latéral de registre correct de la plaque d'impression par rapport au cylindre porte-plaques du groupe d'impression.
  9. Dispositif de changement de plaque d'impression selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    une première broche de fixation (24) est montée coulissante selon un mouvement linéaire sur une première paroi latérale (18) du groupe d'impression et une seconde broche de fixation (24) est montée de manière à coulisser linéairement sur une seconde paroi latérale (18) du groupe d'impression, de façon que pour recevoir une plaque d'impression, les deux broches de fixation (24) soient rapprochées linéairement l'une de l'autre et que pour libérer la plaque d'impression reçue, les broches soient écartées l'une de l'autre.
  10. Dispositif de changement de plaque d'impression selon la revendication 8 ou 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    chaque broche de fixation (24) est montée dans un moyen de réception (28),
    * le moyen de réception respectif (28) est fixé à la paroi latérale respective (18) du groupe d'impression, et
    * l'un des moyens de réception (28) constitue la butée (26) pour aligner la plaque d'impression avec un registre latéral correct par rapport au cylindre porte-plaques du groupe d'impression.
